Revenge

"Huh...who could that be?"

Sunburst's confusion was clear as he made his way over to his door, using his magic to turn the knob and open it up. When he saw who was on the other side, his face lit up with a happy smile.

"Starlight! Hello! How have you been?"

His childhood friend smiled back, and she took a single step into his home.

"Oh, I've been fine. I was in the neighbourhood, so..."

But Sunburst raised a hoof.

"Say no more. Please, come on in!"

And come in she did, entering the house in earnest while the stallion closed the door behind her. She took a quick moment to look around, taking in all the many piles of poorly-organized books he had strewn about the place, leading to a nervous chuckle on Sunburst's part.

"Hehe, sorry. Wasn't expecting company."

But Starlight merely smiled.

"Don't worry about it. I'm just happy to see you again."

A "light-bulb look" came to Sunburst soon afterwards, and he started walking towards his kitchen.

"Oh! I was just about to get some tea. Would you like some?"

Starlight nodded.

"That sounds wonderful."

Sunburst galloped off, leaving the room, and leaving the female to herself. And it was in this solitude that the smile dropped, instead replaced by a look of disgust and barely-contained rage.

"That I have to wear her face for this is insulting! But..."

She smirked.

"...it does give me a way in. Soon..."

Her eyes drifted over in the direction of the kitchen.

"...I'll have everything I need."

A chuckle escaped her.

"Oh, sweet little Starlight. How delicious it will be for me. For one day, you will fall, not by my hooves..."

Her eyes narrowed.

"...but by the children of your closest friend."

She desperately wanted to cackle at this point, revelling in the irony of her sweet revenge, but Sunburst's sudden re-entry onto the scene put a stop to that, and she instead put on her completely fake smile.

"Sorry, I'm useless at tea," Sunburst admitted.

"Starlight" simply smiled, taking one of the offered cups.

"You don't need to apologise. I'm just glad to be with a friend right now."

The two walked over to the table in the middle of the room, and they sat down right next to one another. They both drank from their cups, but while Sunburst clearly enjoyed his tea, Chrysalis did not, fighting against the urge to choke on the beverage. Pony stuff never did agree with her, but for now, she stomached it, if only to keep up the illusion.

"Hmmmmm, this is...really good!" she said through gritted teeth.

Sunburst smiled.

"Not as good as being able to see an old friend again. So, what brings you by?"

Chrysalis sighed.

"Oh, you know, I guess I just needed a friendly face."

Sunburst tilted his head.

"Something wrong?"

Chrysalis nodded.

"I guess I just feel stressed. All this school work and friendship missions. It...it gets to a girl, you know?"

The stallion nodded back.

"I can understand. You need personal time. It happens to everyone."

Chrysalis looked to him with false affection.

"You've always been so good to me, Sunburst. A true friend."

Sunburst blushed a little.

"Well...I certainly try."

Chrysalis saw her opening and, with a quickly-hidden smirk, she took it. Getting down from her chair, she walked right up to Sunburst and, with great delicacy, nuzzled him softly.

"Er...Starlight? Wha...what are you doing?"

Chrysalis sighed.

"It's just...I've always felt safe with you, Sunburst. You're just so kind and warm..."

She looked up, right into his eyes.

"...and handsome."

His blush became ever more fierce.

"Well...I...erm..."

Then, to his utter shock, his childhood friend leaned closer and planted her lips right onto his, taking him in a deep and passionate kiss. Sunburst's eyes widened immensely, and yet, in spite of his uncertainty, he couldn't bring himself to pull away. When the mare did so, however, she smiled to him.

"Now, don't tell me you've never thought about this?"

Gulping, Sunburst looked away.

"I...um...well..."

His thoughts were as clear as day, and now that she knew she had his interest, Chrysalis knew what she had to do. Taking his hoof into her own, she slowly guided him away from the tea and their table.

"Starlight? Where are we going?"

She said nothing in response, instead just leading him to the entrance of an adjacent room. There, Sunburst looked on at his bedroom and, more specifically, his bed. Gulping, he turned to his friend.

"Are...are you sure?"

Chrysalis looked to him.

"Sunburst...I spent so long alone. But now? Now...I want you. And only you."

That part, Chrysalis thought to herself, was the truth at least. Sunburst maintained his uncertainty, but before he could voice anything even resembling his worries, Chrysalis again kissed him, this time with greater vigour than before. And with that, it was as if something was triggered within the timid stallion. He came alive, relishing the kiss himself and, with a move completely unexpected to Chrysalis, embraced her. He lifted her up with unexpected strength, carrying her over to the bed, before gently laying her down upon it. The mare giggled, then re-positioned herself, belly-down upon the soft mattress. With just the barest movement, she lifted her hind quarters upwards, moving her tail aside slightly.

"Come on, Sunburst...this has been a long time coming!"

Sunburst smiled to her, and after using his magic to remove his cloak from himself, he moved forward, climbing onto the bed himself and, with huge care, positioned himself so as to be mounting her. Chrysalis looked away, hiding her face so her partner could not see her wicked grin, and within a few seconds, she could feel it. Unsheathed, Sunburst pushed into her, causing a moan of pleasure on her part. She was tight, gripping his member hard, as if to try and eliciting climax even faster.

"Starlight! I...I..."

"Shhh...it's alright. Just do what feels right," Chrysalis responded.

The stallion nodded, taking deep breaths, before pulling out and then moving back in. He was trying to be careful, trying not to hurt his oldest friend. Chrysalis knew this, but did not care for it. Come on, you fool, she thought. I don't need gentleness here, I need your seed! So give it to me! But while she was more than tempted to voice that thought, she maintained the façade of the caring lover.

"Oh, Sunburst! You feel wonderful!"

Sunburst, through his constant groaning and grunting, clearly inexperienced with mating, nevertheless felt, for just a moment, a hint of worry.

"Starlight, are...are you...at a good time?"

Chrysalis knew what he meant, and through her own pleasured moans, she answered.

"No...ugh...wrong time...oh! You're...ah...fine!"

Sunburst seemed to relax, but Chrysalis merely stifled her need to laugh at his naiveté. Changeling Queens have no 'mating time', you silly stallion. We are always ready, always fertile. And soon, when I at last have all that you have to offer, all of Equestria will see just how much one union can yield! And speaking of which, she could feel it, his growth. He was swelling now, right on the cusp of unleashing himself into her fully, and she braced herself for it.

"Sunburst! I...I feel it!"

"Y...yes! I...I'm going...going to...!"

With one final push, he did it. A torrent of fluid poured from his stallionhood, emptying himself into his "friend". Chrysalis, for her part, threw back her head, unleashing a loud scream of pleasure. She could feel it all. The seed was planted, and, as befitted her status as Queen, she could sense it already doing its work. The act itself did not give her pleasure, as no stallion could satisfy her. No, for one such as her, it was what followed that gave her satisfaction. The feeling of new life with in her. The sense of something new coming into being within her womb. A womb that had desired and urged to be filled for far too long. As she felt this all happen within her, thoughts and images of birthings yet-to-be filled her mind, giving her a sense of utter delight.

"How...how was it?"

In her ecstasy, she'd almost forgotten that she was not alone here, and after a few breaths to calm herself, she looked over her shoulder, smiling sweetly to her lover.

"It was...everything I wanted."

Sunburst smiled, and as he slowly pulled himself from her, he leaned closer, nuzzling her just as she had done to him a while back.

"I hope...we remember this forever."

Moments afterwards, Chrysalis decided to say perhaps the only honest things she'd said to him all day.

"That, my dear Sunburst...I can promise you."
