Chapter Fourteen: Hard work and more SOCIAL ACTIVITY
-Story Start-

It's been eighty-four yea- I mean, it's been ten years. I have gotten pretty far, mastered Piccolo's Demon Style, used that to complete Demon Turtle's Balanced Style, then I learned Strong Fist. I ended up needing to summon Piccolo and Gai for their respective styles, but with that I also learned some of their other moves. I learned Piccolo's Explosive Wave, Special Beam Cannon, and Hell zone Grenade. I also learned Gai's more personal moves for Strong Fist allowing me to get to Advanced Strong Fist and later Master Strong Fist. Gai also taught me three of the eight gates but told me to never use the eighth, I already knew that though. That gate causes death.

This all went well as I then started learning some Jutsu. I would have had to summon Kakashi, but Gai apparently knows Ninjutsu and carries around a large stash of Jutsu scrolls. When I asked him about it, he said he learned as many as he could, in case he ever actually needed them, but will never use them unless to not do so would put Lee or a fellow Leaf Shinobi in jeoprody.

I learned about five Jutsu and started working on making them seal-less before learning more. This pattern was kept for the two years I had left and with only three switches I got fifteen mastered Jutsu now. I think I'm good for whatever happens next and, oh yeah, I did get to 1000x Earth's/Equis' gravity. Got me a significant boost in stats for that one.

It was about time to leave the chamber, so I just had a small snack from the infinite fridge in the chamber building before departing. Yes, there is a fridge of infinite food in there for some reason, probably so I don't starve. After that, I got the timeout message and appeared in my living room... with ‘Tia there, half-naked, ice cream bucket on her lap, playing a game on my PS4.

We both stared at each other for a second before I averted my gaze and spoke, "awkwaaaaard."

I had expected her to act irrationally and try to smite me down, but she didn't. ‘Tia didn't even speak and that got me worried enough to look up at her again. She wasn't wearing much, just her white panties and a plain bra. She was merely staring at me with a mild blush, I couldn't figure out why... until I looked down at myself. It seemed that I had forgotten the fact that I had run out of clothes while training because the high gravity would just tear them apart. So I had decided to simply wear a pair of boxers when in the Chamber and forgotten to put more clothes on before I exited.

I hurriedly decided I should address this post-haste and equipped some of my casual clothes while throwing a blanket on ‘Tia. That woke her up as she moved the ice cream away to stand up sharply, holding the blanket against her body.

Without waiting to hear her speak, I left to go to my room, speedily telling her that what she has to say can wait until she is dressed.

Pov: Celestia.
It had been a rough day. I struggled to get through the conferences with some of the snobbiest of the ponies in Equestria that come and tried to get their one-sided laws passed. It was only thanks to my nephew, Blueblood, that more did not come. He had been pretended to be just as snobbish as the rest in order to gain their trust, that way he could persuade them to not put forward too many laws at once. I never asked him to do this but I am happy that he would do this to lessen the load that's pressed on my shoulders.

It was as I was dismissing the last of my sessions that I decided I wanted to visit Hikari. Over the few years I've known him, he was the only one who saw me as I was; a mare with an enormous weight of responsibilty on her due to her race. He had shown up at least twice a week to pull me off on an adventure to have fun and just be myself. Even my new free time was because of him, otherwise, I would have denied Motherly Love's proposal.

When I got to his weirdly shaped house outside of Ponyville I gave his door a light knock. There was no answer so I gave a slightly harder knock. Still go no answer. Hikari always said if he wasn't home, that I and the others were allowed to go inside anyway, so I opened the door and went in.

I went into what I assumed was the living room and found a note on the coffee table saying that he had gone into the HTS Chamber and would be back tomorrow. After reading that I decided to spend the night there after sending a letter to Luna. Then I went about the house, looking around in interest until I found the kitchen and in turn discovered Hikari's ice cream.

Carton in arm, I ended up in the living room again, eating the ice cream and reading a manual on how to use a box called a PS4. When I had finished the manual, I turned it on and found it already had a game in it. I decided to see what Hikari was either playing or going to play, it was called 'Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 3.'

It was about two hours later that I decided to sleep in a guest room that the house had. I was going to sleep on the couch but this was much better than that or invading Hikari's room. I stripped down to my underclothing and went to sleep.

I woke up the next day and decided to go back to playing that game, it was entertaining to play. I really liked the 'Goku' character too, he was fun to play even though his story had its share of deaths.

I raided Hikari's ice cream freezer again and decided to stay in my underclothing as I returned to the game. I ended up losing track of time and just playing before I realized that I should probably go back to Canterlot and leave Hikari a note to say that I had been there.

That's when he appeared out of nowhere in the middle of the room... in nothing but his boxers. I was going to cover myself before I found myself staring at and admiring his body, it was well toned and seemed to be the build of a runner or swimmer. He looked away from me when he realized I wasn't presentable at the moment, but I couldn't tear my gaze from him.

I was surprised when a blanket covered me and moved the ice cream away to cover myself up. Hikari must have used the Game to equip some clothing while I was covered as the next time I looked he was wearing a dark blue shirt and jeans.

"I'll be in my room, come and get me when you are dressed," Hikari said. Then he turned and walked away before I could say anything. I went to the guest room and put on my clothes before heading towards the door to his room. 'I hope he is ok with me being here, regardless of that slight moment of awkwardness...'

Pov: Hikari
I was baffled, questions flowed through my mind as I sat on my bed and waited for ‘Tia. Why was she in my house? How did she know where my ice cream was? How did she figure out how to use the PS4? Why was she in her underclothes?

Whatever, it was not my main concern right now, that lay with whether or not I had messed up the timeline because I was pretty sure the third episode was about the gala,. Which meant that ‘Tia should have been planning to invite Twilight to it, and possibly me too.

I expected that I was most likely going to be forced to go by her, so there was no point in denying the invitation. It was at this point that there was a knock on my door. "Come in Tia," I said.

She opened the door slowly and walked in, now dressed in her usual adornments. She wore a white dress made of a silky material with golden wristbands and a necklace, along with her golden... Hoof shoes? Whatever.

"I'm sorry for intruding on your home, and for... what was seen." She spoke softly.

"I am fine with you coming to my house Tia, just try to stay decent in case I come back while your here. Ok?"

"Thank you. I must say though, you have very unique things in your house. I like that box called a ‘PS4’."

"I guess you could say that I do have many things that are not of your world. Maybe we can have a look at this GS on a later date. For now, I believe you need to go see to your duties, I'm suuuuure you miss those wonderful and important sessions," I said with a grin.

"... I hate you."

"Love you too ‘Tia, better get back to your sessions before the nobles get antsy."

"Still hate you, and as revenge, here," suddenly two golden tickets appeared on my coffee table. "You have to come, with a date," Tia gained a mischievous smirk at that, "or I will choose one for you. See you there, Hikari!" With that, she teleported out.

'Well shit, my jokes got me into the Gala... Wonder if she would have given me them anyway.'

After my little conversation with Tia, I decided now was a perfect time to play some games. I hoped that I would gain an ability or something from playing them, maybe I would get a reward for beating all the DBZ games. This ended up with me playing from Dragon Ball: Budokai 1-3, Tenkaichi 1-3, Ultimate Tenkaichi, Raging Blast 1 and 2, Battle of Z, and the two Xenoverse games. It took a while and was very difficult due to my thinking that beating them on the highest difficulty would yield me a better chance of... something. It did yield me some things though. I ended up learning most of the casts of Dragon Ball z's personal moves and earned a reward for beating the "Silver, Golden, and New Age" of DBZ games.

These 'eras' were Budokai and Budokai Tenkaichi for Golden, Ultimate Tenkaichi, Raging Blast, and Battle of Z for Silver, and the two Xenoverse games as New Age. The Silver Age gained me a new customization, the capsule house from Ultimate Tenkaichi Hero Mode. The Golden Age gained me the ability to fight copies of the characters, along with customizable settings like infinite Ki and other things. New age gained me the ability to add stats to clothes for a small boost, the maximum amount of added stats if correlated to the quality of the clothes.

After playing those, I decided to think about who to take to the Gala with me, as I did not want ‘Tia choosing. I really did not want her to do that, I don't want to know who she had planned for that. I thought for a bit before getting down to three people, Fluttershy, Luna, or just taking ‘Tia herself. I am not sure how well a regular unicorn taking one of the princesses would go over with the nobles, but I actually did not care. Soon I had decided that it had to be Luna, as Fluttershy would get a ticket during that whole ticket fiasco with Twilight and ‘Tia would be very busy during the event. That, and Luna would most likely be alone during this due to her past, it would do nicely to keep her company.

At least I had that done and over with, now all I had to worry about was how I was going to.... ask... Luna...

Holy shit I'm going too ask Luna out to a gala.

Soooo, we have a slight problem.
This is probably going to be the last chapter for a month, as I do not have internet and rely on phone data to write this. But I am losing my data for this next month.
I'm very sorry for this, and for leaving it on a very early time in the cannon story. I hope to continue this once I have data again.
