Even a princess has feelings

(One month later)

It has been one month since I came back from the dead the third time..... I guess third times wasn't the charm for me. I was sitting in the waiting room of the cantorlot hospital. Hard to belive how long ago I was in the same hospital. Turns out in equestria a pregnant pony doesn't take 9 months before she delivers. No it only takes a month for them to be born. I could hear the sounds of tia screaming as she gave birth. That's the power of a cantorlot voice I guess.

I was eager to see the young foal to be born. I didn't even know what gender it would be and I didn't know if the foal was gonna be a pegasus or a uniron....or both. Then when I heard a loud scream from tia I heard I heard crying. I then knew that the child has been born. Now I had to know if the foal was gonna have any human parts or not. Either way I would love them for whatever they would have been born as.

"Mister Jerry I think you might want to come and see this." The docter said. He had a black mane and tail, blue eyes, and had a brown coat. I got up from the chair and followed him into the hospital room. In the bed was tia under the covers rocking back and forth our foal in her hooves. I just smiled as I went inside the others leaving us alone. She looked up at me with a smile.

"It's a filly Jerry....and pegasus." She stopped rocking the filly so I could get a better view. I smiled warmly as I saw her. She had a black mane and tail, white coat.

"What should we name her?" I asked.

"How about blackbell?" Tia asked. I smiled.

"That's a perfect name." I said. Tia just looked up and smiled at me. She then knew what I was gonna ask next. Tia made her hooves move so I could pick blackbell up. I took her from tias hooves and held her gently. Blackbell looked at me with her big green eyes. She just then seemed to snugle more into me. I never figured out enough about babies at all but I didn't know much about a filly. So instead I just rocked her back and forth. A smile on my face.

I guess sometimes there are good things happen to those who wait. Now nopony could figure out how I came back, but I was glad I did. Now I was a father, husband, and I had new things to do in my life. I had to make sure that the two ponies I now cared for would be safe from any kind of harm. Thus began a journy I didn't know would happen full of happiness and adventure....but also depression and pain.

(Three weeks later)

It has been three weeks since blackbell was born and she was crying again. Now tia tried to make it where she would take care of it. But I always took care of her myself. Turns out I was a good father for the most part. I would get up, walk to her crib that was in tias and mine chambers. I picked her up checking to see if she need changed,fed, or just woke up from a nightmare or something. This time she just woke up from a nightmare. I rocked her back and forth giveing her an occacional "Shhhhh...calm down little one.....shhhhh." Somehow it always worked and again it worked this time. When she was fully asleep I placed her gently into the crib covering her with the blacket and giveing her a quck peck on the forehead.

I walked back to the bed and crawled in with tia. She just smiled at me in the darkness. I smiled back giveing her a quick kiss before laying back down us cuddleing in eachothers grasp. We fell asleep quickly...but my dream would be different.

This time I was in a black like area. I knew this feeling and of course tias parents came flying down from the air. They landed infront of me.

"Nice to see you two again. So hows my family doing?" I asked. The mom smiled as she explained what was going on.

"Well they are doing great Jerry. Your mom and dad are proud of you for what you are able to do while your brother just kept laughing at your failed attemps to changeing the diper for blackbell." I chuckled at the memories.

"Yeah...but i'm sure that's not the only reason why i'm brought back here is it?" I asked with a straight face. The dad shook his head sadly.

"No....we since an evil force is gonna invade cantorlot and try to take you away from our daughter. The evil force will be a chalenge and destroy equestria in the process. Jerry we know what you've been through and understand if this is to much....but you have to protect our daughter and grabdaughter the best you can....can you do this?" He asked. I'll admit it was alot to take in and was surprising for me to take in.

But I still nodded. "Ok....ok I will....just please.....help if you can I know you will be able to." I said flatly. They nodded as I sunndely woke up. I saw tia careing for blackbell who was being.....breast fed by tia. I just smiled softly at tia who looked up at me. Now this may sound wierd but she was feeding her from the her belly where her....nipples were. I just smiled softly as I went over what went on in the dream. This was gonna be one hell of an explanation to tia.
