(POV Matt dream realm)

'well this is new’ I thought I as stood in a sea stars. I started to walk around and occasionally playing with stars. “Welp if this dream isn't going to turn into a Nightmare I guess I'll start training.” I pulled out two remnant swords

As ran I through my sword training I decided to add my Bionics to the mix to make me faster and stronger.

“Excuse me what are you doing in my dreams?” I stopped what I was doing and looked to my left to see a female horse thing. She looked quite cute

“Well this dream just got weirder if that possible at this point… sorry but what are you?”

“Well I'm princess Luna princess of night and dreams co-ruler of Equestria. Now do you mind telling me who you are and what your doing in my room of dreams?”

“I'm Pathfinder Matt Shadow and I'm pretty sure I'm asleep.” After I said this her eyes widened as her horn came to life and glowed a bright blue. Suddenly a blue bolt shot out towards me. But I casted black light before it hit me.

“WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU! ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME!” I yelled as put the shield down

“No maybe I don't know, your not supposed to be able to dream of space no pony or what ever you are can.”

“I don't know you think you are Luna. But if space bothers you that much.” I snapped my fingers “Then I'll change it to the Pathfinders room on my ship.”

“How did you do that?!”

“What never heard of a illucid dreamer?... What ever, here's how I see it you just shot at a Pathfinder an if this wasn't a dream I'm pretty sure I would have killed you with my swords. But since this is a dream I want you explain yourself.” I said as I broke out the vodka from underneath the cabinet and took a drink. 'so long to not drinking on this trip.’

“W-well you see for someone dream of space and have me pulled here without me needing to intervene a nightmare means one thing. I'm supposed to get married to you.” She said as ears fell against her head

“Hold on I’ve got a girlfriend and don't dreams reflect your real life work or something like that.”

She nods

“Well I work in space. Although most of my dreams are nightmares.”

“What do you mean by you work in space?”

(Flashback 14 years ago)

“Welcome to the Tempest Matt your new home.” Scott Ryder said as he turned to me

“I just hope the people of Nexus won't hate him.” Said Vetra as she put her hand on my shoulder.

“Ryder who the hell is this?” Croa as she stepped out of the ship

“Cora this is Matt the last of the remnant race.” Liam answered

“Oh I'm so sorry I didn't mean-”

“It's fine you didn't know.”

We didn't say anything as the ship took off.

(End of flashback)

“Well to say that they hated me was a understatement. They through rocks and glass at me. But Vetra makes it all worth it.”

“That's horrible no pony should live like that.” Suddenly a heart formed on her neck. She gasped as she fell out of her chair.

“What's wrong?!” She started to claw at her neck. Without even thinking I started to give her mouth to mouth and that was mistake as the heart on her neck glowed brightly before disappearing.

“OH NO OH NO! WHY DID YOU KISS ME?!” She yelled as she sat up

“What do you mean I was trying to save you!”

“‘sigh’ Well it can't be helped you and me are bound to together.”

“I can't have two girlfriends! Shit Vetra going to kill me, wait can't you reverse the effects.”

“I don't see the problem with having more than one marefriends it's perfectly normal for a stallion to have more than one.”

“Wait what's the male to female ratio?”

“If remember right for every one male there are seven more female.”

“So your race has herds compensate for the lack of men…… welp it's a good thing this is a dream, right?”

“All of this is a dream yes but I am real. If I'm correct your at ponyville Hospital. I'll go introduce myself, goodbye for now.” She said as she started to fade out of existence.

'WELP I’M FUCKED WHEN I WAKE UP!’

(30 minutes later in real world)

As I started come to the first thing I noticed was that Vetra was sitting next to, oh God she real.

As I tried to sit up Vetra put her hand on my shoulder and push me back down gently. “Easy your still wounded take it easy Matt. And don't worry I'm not mad sure surprise but hey if what I heard is true, I want to go through with it and have my soul connected with yours Matt.” She said with a soft smile

“Ok now I'm confused what happened?”

“Well you see Matt when that heart appeared on my neck it was a sign that I found my soulmate but it only appears if the pony falls and love with another for the right reasons.” said princess Luna

“Are you sure you want go through with this honey?”

“Yes I'm sure, besides I want to be as close as possible to you.” Vetra said as she ran her hand though my hair. “Ok Luna I'm ready, do your magic thing.”

As Luna's eyes closed and her horn came to life the faint outline of a blue heart appeared. It started to glow brighter and brighter Vetra’s legs gave out. As Vetra was falling I caught her and french kissed her. As the heart pulsed and fade out a small light came from underneath my t-shirt. As I stood up I lifted up my t-shirt to reveal two symbols, one of a moon and the other a gun. “Uh okay what's up with the tattoos?”

“those are our cutie marks. They tell you we still love you.” I brushed my fingers over smyob of the gun. Suddenly a gun appeared out of thin air. It looked like energy based weapon with the blue lightning.

“Well that's new.” I said as turned the weapon around in my hands. “Hey honey your good with guns what this it?” I tried to give it her but it disappeared.

“Y-you c-can use soul weapons! Oh my that can't be the last soul warrior died off thousands of years ago!” Yelled Luna as if on Q a small white fire appeared behind Luna and started to float towards me it started to dance around me before disappearing along with my bandages. It was amazing no more pain I stood up and walked over to the chair that had my clothes and started getting dressed. My shirt was riddle with holes.

“Hey SAM are you online?”

Nothing

“I guess not. Hey Luna, Vetra would you like to go get something to eat because I am starving.”

“Your always hungry Matt” teased Vetra “but could go for something to eat.” Her stomach confirmed this letting out a low growl

“What you about you Luna? Want to join us for lunch?” I said as I held out my hand. Suddenly I got a message from one of my remnant protector drones that something tried to mess with the ship. “But first I need to go see who's messing with my ship. Vetra can you take me back to the ship?” She nodded

( 30 minutes later)

After a small argument with the doctors I was finally able to leave.

When we got there we saw five ponies tied up together with the remnant drones pointing their guns at the group of people ponys.

(Minus Fluttershy)

“Well this is new they usually kill the trust pastors.” I said as started to walk towards the group. “Ok who are you and why are you poking around my ship?”

“Well uhm sir we- wait your Matt the Pathfinder we were told you won't be awake for another week.”

“So while I was asleep you thought you'd steal parts from my ship.”

“N-NO WE WERE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT YOU WERE PLANNING.” yelled the rainbow haired one

“John come here for a minute.” It let out a small beep as it walked over. “John play back feed from before you apprehended the trust pastors.”

(Audio feed) “come on we have to figure out why those aliens are here.”

“Twilight ah have to agree with Fluttershy that they crashed here.”

“I for one don't care this place is absolutely horrid.”

“Hey maybe we'll find some sweet stuff we can keep.”

“I just want to throw them a party!”

“So you thought we were a threat that's cute we don't even have a weapon. At least we're not the kett.”

“Who's the kett?” Asked the purple unicorn

“There a spi that believe that they can do whatever they want because they've been chosen.”

“More like changed they aren't even angora anymore and they would have done that to everyone… They killed millions and tortured more than that. There leader wanted to get ahold of Matt's home plant and use it to take over the universe. But Ryder and Matt killed him before he could do that.” Vetra chimed in

“Anyways before we came here we were going on vacation and I was planning on taking Vetra to the beach.”

“Really” I nodded “honey you didn't have to do that.” She said as she hugged me

“Well I know how much you wanted to go to the beach so yeah.”

“I for one am disappointed in you twilight. You assumed that they were evil without getting there side of the story. I will be Tia about this.” said Luna

“What about there ship being on fire when it crashed?” Asked the orange mare

“I can answer that. the system warp drive exploded.”

“System what now?”

“the system warp drive allows the ship to travel faster than the speed of light.my guess is that when it exploded it made one final jump in a random direction and we crashed here. Anyways what's your girls names?”

“Applejack”

“And I'm pinkie pie do you like party's?” Asked pinkie pie

“I don't think I've ever been to a party before.” I said as scratched my chin I shrugged as I waved for the drones to release them. “Luna I don't think they need to be punished for this, they were just curious as long as something like this doesn't happen ag-” I was cut off as a pink border rocketed towards me and hit me square in the chest. When I looked down I saw pinkie pie hugging me and crying uncontrollably. “Pinkie pie why are you crying?”

“How could you never had a party before in your life?!” Asked pinkie pie

“Well besides the fact I'm the last of a dead race, people usually think of me as a monster.”

“Why's that partner?” Asked Applejack

“People fear the unknown… hey Luna didn't you say you had a sister?” I said with a slight smirk

“Ohm y-yes” she said was a small blush “why do you ask?”

“Well if we're going to start this heard thing I think I should meet the sister first.” There was a audible gasp behind me

“I don't think that's a good idea.”

“Why not it's not like she going to kill me.” I say in a joking tone
