CH.2 Help NeededView OnlineThe Princesses Friend pt.1CH.2 Help NeededNow that the mysterious pony was in the light you could see his features. He was blue, just blue, his mane was a naval blue, so was his tail. His choice hairstyle was a combover around his horn. His cutiemark was three crystals in a line with a golden horseshoe laying in front of them, the crystals were arranged in this order - small, large, medium. He was wrapped up in bandages and hooked up to some hospital equipment, including a heart rate detector,he was stable, And a blood bag. There is a knock on the front doors of the castle. "Hey, Starlight are you in there." said a darker blue unicorn with silver hair. The door opened "Nice to know you were wondering where I was." said Twilight sarcastically. "Yeah, yeah were's Starlight at." said the unicorn"She said we were having lunch at the castle." "Actually I told her to say that, I need your help." said Twilight. "You need my help?Why?" asked the unicorn looking puzzled. "Trixie, somepony has an alicorn amulet." she stated Twilight. There was a guard at the door of the room witch had the unnamed pony laying in a bed. He started to stir around in the bed, was he dreaming, or was he having a nightmare. There is a knock on the door. "Stand down." said a voice from outside the door. "As you wish princess." he bowed and stepped out of the way. "Starlight's coming in just a minute so we can wait if you want- huh" twilight looked at the pony who tried opening his eyes. "Canterlot" he said. "What" Twilight looked confused. "Am I in Canterlot? Where's Celesta? I need to find her." He said weakly "Why?" Twilight said worryingly. "Need... help" He passed out once again. This worried Twilight even more than before."What's going one here"asked Trixie looking confused. "I have no idea"replied Twilight. The pony woke once more but, this time he shot upwards looking scared breathing heavily. "Where am I? Who are you? Why does my side- Is this a needle in my leg?" Twilight nodded."Please don't tell me what its connected to."The pony covered his eyes with his left foreleg."Back to my first question. Who are you two?" He asked not daring to see where the needle led. "I'm Princess Twilight Sparkle and this is-" Twilight was cut off by Trixie"I am the great, and powerful Trixie!" "Wait did you say princess, since when is there a new princess?" he asked. "Wait are you not-" The door to the room had opened. The pony uncovered his eyes to see the two sisters, one was taller and white with a flowing mane of a rainbow. The other was shorter she was a midnight blue color, with a matching mane that also flowed with white specks like stars. The taller one spoke "Well if it isn't mister Crystal Hoof. I have missed you old friend. " Twilight looked at Celestia in amazement."You know him!" "That is correct."Celestia answered. "Actually I'm surprised you two don't know each other." "What do you mean?" Twilight asked. "Well you two were neighbors back in Canterlot." Crystal Hoof and Twilight looked confused. "If we were neighbors how come you didn't introduce us." Asked Crystal Hoof. "I'm still confused princesses." Twilight said. "Well, you see Chris wasn't allowed to be out of his tower very often, and he only had two visitors Cadence and-" Princess Luna was cut off by the door bursting open "COOKIES!" A pink pony with a messy pink mane yelled. "Sorry Twi I tried to get her to be qui- Oh hello princesses." said an orange pony with blonde hair. "Applejack, Pinkie do you have what I asked for?" Twilight hurried to asked the two ponies. "Oh oh I do, Choose me!" said Pinkie excitedly. "I do to here you are Twi-" "Its not for me, Its for him." Twilight cut off Applejack who replied looking less confused "Oh, yeah that makes more sense. Here you are um-. Pardon but what's your-" Applejack stared at the amulet around his neck. "He's got an ali-" Twilight cut her off as fast as she could. "I don't think he's here to hurt us. He's the one who is hurt." "Um I don't feel very comfortable right now." said Chris looking better than the previous night. And do I need to have this needle in my leg." "Oh, sorry guess I can take it out now." said Twilight taking the needle out of his leg. "Thanks I think I need some fresh air." Chris said. "Wait a minute, you need to eat first." Celestia said. "Okay" Chris said walking out of the room with Twilight following him."But first there's been something bothering me. Who's blood was in that bag?" He asked "Oh, that was Starlight's she was the only pony in ponyville who could match your blood type." Twilight answered. "Who's Starlight?"Chris asked "The one who rescued you." Twilight replied. "Where's Starlight now?" Chris asked. "She's getting some rest. she stayed next to you all night." "That's creepy." Chris said. "How is that creepy?" asked Twilight "Would you want somepony to watch you sleep without you knowing it?" Chris asked. "Okay, that is creepy when you put it that way. But, I have a question for you. Do you have any friends?" Twilight said as they walked past the map. Twilight stopped in her tracks and asked, "Where did this chair come from?" Staring at the chair between Rainbow Dash's and her own. It looked like the others, but it had Crystal Hoof's cutiemark on the tall back. "You didn't put it there?" Chris looked in confusion. "No, it was never there before. We'll figure this out later, probably has something to do with the Tree of Harmony. I'll ask Celestia later."Twilight said trying not to look worried, unlike Chris who was filled with even more questions than before. Author's Note Why does he need Celestia? CH.3 ConfrontationsView OnlineThe Princesses Friend pt.1CH.3 Confrontations"Um, Twilight everpony's waiting for you to get back." Spike said. "Oh, right forgot about everypony." Twilight says as she starts to leave. "Um, now might be a good time to consult Celestia about the chair." Chris says sounding worried. She left along with Spike. Did she hear him? Was he supposed to leave? The chair seemed inviting, to inviting, like a siren's call. He didn't trust it. He looked at the table. Then the door opened, Starlight had walked in and said,"Oh, hi your awake. You look worr-" Starlight cut-off her sentence as she caught sight of the chair. "Did you do that?" she asked. "No." he replied. "Should've guessed, you're looking at it like it might attack." Starlight saw his confused face and said "I'm Starlight Glimmer and you are?" "Oh, I'm Crystal Hoof."He replied. "So your Starlight Glimmer?" "Talk, you've got something on your mind. Is it something that happened while you were asleep."She asked. "Yeah, Kinda. First off why were you watching me sleep?"Chris asked avoiding eye contact. Starlight blushed," Oh, I was just worried. So, keep going." "Secondly, it was a dream or nightmare or maybe a vision. I couldn't tell." "Keep going." Starlight insisted. "I'd rather not" Chris said looking even more worried. "Okay, just feel free to talk when your ready." Starlight said "Sure" he replied. "Okay- Oh hi Starlight I see that you two have met. Okay everypony meet Crystal Hoof"Twilight said as ponies filled in through the door. There was Princesses Celestia and Luna, Twilight, Two mares he's met before Applejack and Pinkie Pie, then three more mares entered the room. One was a white unicorn with a purple mane and tail and had three diamonds cutiemark, another was a yellow pegasus with pink hair and had three butterflies as a cutiemark. The last one was a light blue pegasus with rainbow colored hair and had a cloud shooting rainbow lightning out of it for a cutiemark. The unicorn spoke up,"Oh, so your the pony who appeared in the schoolyard, and I do like your sense of style darling that clip on your almost looks like a real alicorn amulet." "That's because it is." Chris replied. The unicorn stepped back looked scared and gave a false smile. "So, Chrystal Hoof this is Rarity" Twilight said gesturing towards the unicorn and continued speaking, "The blue pegasus is Rainbow Dash, and the yellow pegasus is Fluttershy." Twilight said and chuckled nervously. "Wait a minute, your cutiemarks look just like the ones on the chairs. This is so confusing." Chris said looking down "Whats confusing is that you have a chair. Why?" Rainbow Dash said flying right in front of his face. "Like I know, I just got here." Chris said not backing down. "Well why do you have an alicorn amulet." Rainbow dash said not backing down either. "It was a gift... from a friend." he said stuttering. "Oh, Rainbow Dash I don't think that we should bother him about this we don't even know anything about him." Fluttershy said quietly trying to avoid eye contact. "Really Fluttershy your taking his side!"She yelled "The thing is that we don't know anything about him. He could put Equestria in dan-" Celestia stepped in, "Rainbow Dash if there is a chair for each of the elements I suspect that he is tied to them somehow." She said sternly and continued, "Twilight do you have the elements with you." Twilight replied,"Yes, here everypony." The main six took their elements and put them on. "Now to my knowledge the first time all of you sat in your correct chairs the map appeared. Correct Twilight." Celestia said relieving the thought of Rainbow Dash's behavior just seconds before. "That is correct, but whats that got to do with all of this?" Twilight asked. Celestia went on, "Then, If there is a new chair the table may look empty until Chris sits down. So, lets get on with this." The main six took their seats. "I... I can't it just feels weird." Chris says backing away from the chair. "I felt this might happen. Very well you shall stay in Ponyville until further notice. I feel it may be best for you." Starlight cut in,"Where is he going to stay?" "Only he can decide that. On this I bid you farewell." As Her and her sister left. Author's Note Where is he to stay? This might be obvious.
CH.4 Old FriendsView OnlineThe Princesses Friend pt.1CH.4 Old FriendsIt had been an hour since Celestia had left the castle to go back to her own. Chrystal Hoof still had not made any progress in finding a place to stay. "Do you have any friends who live in Ponyville?" asked Spike "Not that I know of." Chris replied. "Do you have any friends?" Twilight asked "Besides Celestia and Luna." "Does Lyra Heartstrings still live in Canterlot? She always talked about moving here, but I doubt she had time to move." Chris replied. "Oh, you know Lyra. She lives here maybe 'she' would like the company." Twilight said with a smug look on her face, "Ha ha, very funny. S, she really lives here in Ponyville?" Chris asked looking surprised. "Yeah I can show you her place if you want. Spike can you go around and try to find Lyra? She might not be home, she almost never is." Twilight said as they turned at Sugarcube Corner. "Is it alright if-" Twilight cut him off. "Yes, Sweetie Drops can come if she's with Lyra." "Okie-dokie." Spike said as he headed off. "Almost there Chris. Hey, how do you know Lyra?" Twilight asked. "If it's not too personal." Chris hesitated for a moment then said,"I knew her back in Canterlot, but I can't remember too much of what we did together. Or how we met It's all to hazy. What I told you is what I can remember." Twilight thought 'strange how can he not remember too much of his own friends' a voice broke her train of thought. "Twilight, Twilight Spike said you wanted to speak about something. Of course, he didn't tell me what you wanted to talk about." She was a light blue pony with white and silver hair and tail and her cutiemark was a yellow harp. She caught sight of Crystal Hoof and dashed towards him and hugged him at once. "Oh, Chris I missed you." Lyra said happily "Come in right now. I won't take no for an answer." Chris and Twilight followed Lyra inside. "So, Twilight what did you want to talk about?" Lyra asked. "I actually wanted to talk about him." Twilight replied and continued,"So first off, how do you know each other?" "We actually met back when I still lived in Canterlot, in the courtyard."Lyra said,"Remember that Chris?" Chris replied,"Sorry, I don't."He said sadly. "Well, that's not exactly new." Lyra continued,"First thing I noticed was that cape-" Chris cut her off,"You said it looked funny."He said smiling. Twilight and Lyra looked at him shocked. "Was it something I said?" Chris asked looking from Lyra to Twilight and back again. "It's exactly that. I thought you couldn't remember anything." Twilight said starting to look more confused than shocked. "I thought that to. But then, I said it and started to remember what happened." said Chris still looking at their faces. "What else do you remember from that day?" Twilight asked. "I can remember that we started to talk, Lyra said that she liked that I wasn't as stuck-up as everypony else in Canterlot." Lyra chimed in, "Then, he started to get hungry and said he was going to go to Cadence's house." Chris continued,"I don't think that Cadence liked me bringing a stranger to her house without asking. But, everything turned around when I introduced them and they started talking and giggling. A couple of times I thought they were talking about me when they started to whisper. Of course, they both denied it." "Okay that question is answered, the next question I have is a bit more in the now." Twilight said and continued, "Is it okay with you, Lyra, If Chris can stay here for a little while. Celestia wants him to stay in Ponyville." Lyra looked happier now,"Of course he can." "I'd rather not bother your peaceful life Lyra." Lyra replied,"It won't bother me at all. If anything my life is a little too peaceful." "I... I can't. I don't want to put anypony in danger it's best if I find my own place."said Chris trying to make-up a reason to not stay. "How are going to put anypony in danger?" Twilight asked. "You haven't told her yet?" Lyra asked. "Told me what?" Twilight said demanding an answer. "I never wanted to say this but, Queen Chrysalis wants my magic on her side." He said looking down neither looking happy nor sad. "That settles it your staying in the protection of my castle." Twilight said with a straight face,"That is a royal decree." "Are you sure, trust me Chrysalis will do anything to get me on her side." "Yes!" Twilight said sternly Author's Note What!?!?'Trust me'
CH.1 The VisitorView OnlineThe Princesses Friend pt.1CH.1 The VisitorA shadowy figure stumbles into Ponyville, limping his way through the schoolyard of the school of friendship. He falls to the ground. "Must... get... to... Canterlot." he mumbled weakly, and through his blurry vision he saw a pony. He- no, she looked like a unicorn but it was hard to tell. He passed out. "Twilight I need your help, fast" Starlight Glimmer yells frantically throughout the castle until she found Twilight. "What do you need help with Starlight?" Twilight asked looking puzzled. "There's an unconscious pony in the schoolyard." Starlight said worryingly. "WHAT! Hurry lets go get them" Twilight said aghast. "Okay" Starlight agreed. "Spike! Get some bandages!" twilight yelled at her assistant. "What for?" Asked Spike sleepily. "No time to explain. Just hurry." Twilight said. "Alright I'm on it." Spike said sleepily. Twilight and Starlight hurried toward the schoolyard. "There he is" Starlight said. Twilight stared at him with an open mouth ."What's the matter Twilight." Starlight asked looking confused. "Nothing, lets get him to the castle." Twiight said. "Dear Princess Celestia, Princess this is urgent you need to come as fast as you can. There is a pony who appeared in the schoolyard last night. He is badly hurt and none of my spells are helping. But, that,s the last of my worries, He has an alicorn amulet around his neck and I can't get it off.
