Twilight Sparkle is fed up with the state of Equestria. The more she sees, the lower her opinion of the royal sisters' leadership - so she comes up with a wager. She wants five years to run Equestria, and a detailed proposal for how she's going to do it. And she makes such a powerful case that Celestia and Luna actually accept; the sisters journey to the stars, and return five years later...

And Queen Twilight, in their absence, has done all she promised and more. Not only is Equestria prospering, but it's picked up some powerful sources of new magic. "Dark" magic has been utilized for the betterment of society, and perhaps more dramatically, changeling magic has allowed ponies to change their bodies in almost any way they wish. Most ponies are mares now, many of them with dicks; Equestria has become a paradise of sexual freedom, and the princesses, as newcomers to this changed world, are going to need a hyper-sized welcome...
