I had a BS, MS, MBA, and PhD, I was a theoretical physicist in Harvard, I spend all my life studying, and in the end I die as nothing, I'm a mere casualty of today's society, I suppose these are the last moments that I have left of brain activity, being an atheist doesn't make this any easier, I'm still afraid to die.
Suddenly, a light appeared, it was warm, and I could swear the light was smiling at me.
"Is this the hallucinations you have before you die? My brain activity must be decreasing now." I said, but before I could continue talking the light slapped me.
"Bro, this is real, I'm real, and also I'm really cool!." the light said with the voice of a student who lived inside parties, "I'm your guardian angel, and I come to repay my mistake."
"Do not be ridiculous, such things as guardian angels do not exist, there is no evidence to support such thing," I said, "though I'm the stupid one here for having a debate with my subconscious."
The light gave me another slap, and another, and another, and another, and another, and another, and another, and another.

Great my subconscious is a high school student with a dialect which only includes the abbreviation of brother and the word cool, and for some reasons gets more dates than me.
"Ok, so how are you going to fix this situation Mister 'angel', or the slaps were the solution?" I asked, remembering my grandfather's saying, if you're going to be crazy, at least enjoy it.

I started to hear ponies talking, why did I think ponies instead of ponies? It must be a side effect of the hallucination that I had recently, I must be in a hospital, and everything will be fine. I guess it's not my time, the mere fact of not hearing, the constant abbreviation of brother is already helping me to heal.
When I opened my eyes everything got worse for me; the nurse was a pony, the doctor was a pony, the medical student taking notes in front of me was a pony.
"Oh, you're awake, could you give us your name, please." a nurse asked.
"Bright Mac, ma'am," I said immediately with a southern accent. Where in the fuck that name came from, and the accent?.
"Thanks, don't move, we'll be right back with you in a couple of minutes." the nurse said, leaving the room with the doctor and the student following behind her.
If all of this is true, I am in the My Little Pony universe, which implies that God exists in an irrefutable way, also depending on what time they sent me, be it past or future, My knowledge on the series could give me the upper hooves in some situations, that's only if the show and this world I'm currently in, have something in common, what I don't know is, who is this Bright Mac, maybe is a new pony explicitly created for me?, it doesn't matter, so far my knowledge covers the entire series and comics, but that could prove to be useless if the two have no connection, there's also option b, which is that I'm still dying in the most bizarre way.

Meeting part 1
Bright Mac P.O.V
I woke up again in the hospital, keeping my eyes close, I wanted everything to be a dream, my accident, my new life, When I opened my eyes, I found myself alone in the room, I heard outside the doors ponies debating or discussing something, I did not care much, for the moment I just wanted to know what path my life would take
I turned my eyes to the front door, the debate the ponies were having outside had piqued my curiosity, focusing my attention I heard some familiar voices, I decided to get out of bed and get closer, the closer I got my suspicions became clearer.
The first voice I heard was undoubtedly from Twilight, It's funny I didn't expect her to have the same voice used in the show, the closer I got to the door the clearer the conversation they were having was to me, she was talking about some kind of spell to check the DNA, and saying that the results were precise, I wonder if one of the main six is pregnant, I don't remember watching that on the show...
The second voice was from Applejack; her southern accent made it easy for me, she was shocked by the news, she repeated over and over again that he had died years ago in the forest, the intrigue was killing me.
Almost immediately I heard a masculine voice, with a southern accent too, if I was not mistaken, it was Big Mac, he said with short and concise words that the Apple's are always together.
I heard Twilight's voice again; she told them that the pony had been in a kind of magical coma and that it was the same age as when it disappeared, apparently the magic kept the pony on perfect conditions.
I decided that I had already heard a lot for something that didn't concern me; in the end, it was not my business. I was thirsty, and there was no water supply in my room, so I decided to leave the room, I admit it would be a little uncomfortable to see what I thought it was fiction face to face, I mean the main six outside my room, that thought made me chuckle.
I was still under the effect of the medicines, cause my inhibitions were non-existent at the moment, I was barely able to think at the moment, with one kick I opened the door of my room wide open, everypony outside went silent.

"Are ya okay pa, did she hurt ya?" asked Big Mac with a face that showed concern, I had never seen him so talkative in the show.
"Yeah, I'm mighty fine, I was just thirsty and there was no water in mah room," I replied, for whoever is watching this in another universe (yes after all this I believe everything is possible, besides I already believed in string theory), also I'm an orphan, my parents died when I was six, and seeing Big Mac with that happy face, I couldn't bring myself to break him.
"Is that really you...daddy?..." Applejack said between tears; you could tell she did not believe in anything that was happening right now, believe me, I understand that feeling, many nights I dreamed about my parents, only to wake up alone.
What should I say in this situation?, how should I react?, I guess I'll go with the flow.

Applejack didn't need to hear that my offer twice, as she galloped as fast she possibly could beside me and gave me a big hug that left me without air, Big Mac joined making this a hell of a hug.
The girls who were watching this all of this started crying, except for Rainbow Dash, she was looking like I was some monster.
"Ah miss ya so much Daddy," Applejack said as she cried in my chest, the tears were falling into the floor.
Big Mac was also crying on my back, I could feel the tears running down my back, while hugging me strong and tight, at that moment I thought of the best possible lie to avoid raising any suspicions.
"Why are ya both so big?" I asked, if Twilight was as smart as she appeared in the series, she would conclude that the medicines had me half asleep and that my brain filled the patterns to recognize my 'children,' if she didn't come to that conclusion, I would be fucked up.
After about fifteen minutes of hugs in which Big Mac and Applejack did not stop crying, One of the nurses approached me,
"I'm sorry, but the patient should rest, the medicine is still working," the nurse said, pushing me into the room. "I'm surprised he can walk on its effects."
"But ahm still thirsty .." I exclaimed discontentedly, my main mission was to hydrate, but I ended up with a family.
"Don't ya worry Pa, ahm gonna bring your favorite cider," exclaimed Big Mac as he galloped out of the hospital with a smile.
"and I'll bring ya some food, ya must be starving the stuff they serve in this place is no food, I'll bring ya yer favorites," exclaimed Applejack as she followed Big Mac.
With that the nurse closed the door, leading me to the bed again, and again, I was where I had started, thirsty and lying down, but I felt happy, how weird ...zZzZzZzZ
Meeting and Reveletions Part 2

After leaving the room, I decided to wait for Applejack and Big Mac, the condition of Bright was delicate and needed follow-up, Zecora said that it would take a long time to recover all his memories, but to accelerate the process, the patient should be in a familiar environment, like Ponyville.
After about fifteen minutes, waiting, Applejack, and Big Mac arrived with a large amount of food and drinks.

As I walked through the hospital, I began to think about what I should do, then after few minutes, the exit was in front of me, just like before, I opened the door slowly and without making any sound.
Outside I saw Big Mac, and he was sleeping in front of the hospital, along with Applejack.
'Fuck...' I thought watching the duo outside. 'Maybe they won't notice me If I don't make any sound.'
"Daddy?.."A sweet and tender voice said behind me.
Slowly I start turning around, to find Applebloom, with a few tears looking at me like she doesn't know what to do, Applebloom's eyes shouted at me, “Hold me, tell me you love me. “, I don't have the heart to do what I was going to do, leave them.

"Ahm not gonna leave baby girls...and is figments not figs," I said with a smile on my face. "I might not be sure of anything right now, but yer my family, right? and family never turns the back on you!"
'I'm an asshole, I almost re-traumatize this family... but if they are fake...GOD DAMN IT...alright change of plans, I'll stay with the apples until I find an answer to my conundrum.' I thought.
Applejack and Big mac galloped to hug me; apparently, my words touched them deeply.
"Can you do yer old man a favor...?" I said, "I don't wanna stay in that hospital; it makes me feel bad."
"Of course Pa!, we have yer room ready, Granny Smith never touched yer room," Big Mac answered fast like a bullet.
'They want to make me happy, I'm an asshole.' I thought, looking at Applebloom still hugging my leg.
"Thanks, champ!" I said, smiling at Big Mac.
"Let's go, daddy," Applejack said, "I'll deal with Twilight tomorrow she said you need it to stay in the clinic, but ah I reckon a good time in the apple farm will have you running at a 100% in no time!."
"Sounds like a plan!" I replied, "Baby girl, can you let go of my leg? I can't move like this."
Applebloom looked at me like I was asking for something, after a couple of seconds I understood... wanted me to load it, if my brain was playing with me this was a ruthless way to do it.
"Alright hop in, baby girl," I said, she didn't wait too long, and with a single jump was on my back, hugging me, again, this scene made Applejack and Big Mac laugh bit as they lead the way to the Apple farm.
' I'm screwed at levels which the current level of mathematics can't calculate. at least if I'm crazy, this isn't the worst scenario, so at least if this is all fake my brain is not fucking with me, the other answer could be that everything is real, both this world and the world I know, I really hope everything is real, I mean I did choose to reincarnate here...my other option was an apocalyptic world, so perhaps things are not that bad' I thought following my children...
"Can I sleep with you, Daddy?" Applebloom asked.
"I suppose baby girl, but I move a lot at night, don't be angry at me if ya don't get any sleep" I replied acknowledging my defeat, I can't say no to Applebloom, she's just too cute!
