To whom ever finds this letter,

Sorry for the sudden surprise you see my mentor has suggested doung this to both test my teleportation of inanimate objects and to start making friends. My name is Starlight Glimmer I am studying the Magic of Friendship under the Princess of Frienship, Twilight Sparkle. I have no idea where this letter has been sent to only that someone capable of sending it back is nearby the spell used by me stressed that heavily. If you live around Ponyville then you may know about my messing with the past to destroy my mentor's friendship with the other bearers of the Elements.

Please keep on reading I swear that I have changed you see I was hurt pretty bad in the past when my friend Sunburst obtained his cutiemark before me. This led to him being sent off to magic school leaving me in Sire's Hollow all alone now I know what you are probably thinking. But Starlight couldn't you have just made more friends why did you do something so drastic. Well I was pretty young at the time so I felt abandoned come on you can't expect a young foal to understand a situation like that. Anyway I lived many years distancing myself from other ponies to the point when I moved away from Sire's Hollow I forced an entire town of ponies to give up their special talents. Don't worry Twilight and her friends stopped me before any actual harm could be done to them.

I spent much time planning my revenge on Twilight for ruining the community I had put so much effort into creating. I managed to come across one of Starswirl the Bearded's spells when tweaked just right using the cutiemap you can travel through time. I repeatedly stopped the Sonic Rainbow with Princess Twilight confronting me everytime until I attempted to rip the spell apart making the change permanent. She convinced me to return to the present meaning that my fate would be decided by the bearers.

I honestly thought that they would exile me from Equestria for my actions they agreed for Twilight to teach me about the Magic Of Friendship as her student. It has been two days since this happened this being my first excercise so if you can please send a different letter back soon. I'm hoping that who ever finds this can actually read it so if you are then please send back a response.

Azure Grace kept reading the letter over and over she has never had any contact with the outside world so when this letter materialized in the garden her curiosity was intrigued. She wanted to learm more about this pony named Starlight Glimmer who had been through so many events. Azure Grace found some paper to write on with a bit of ink she had to make sure that this letter was well written so the other pony would respond. She would use her mouth to write it rather than magic, her cracked horn made it hard to concentrate without pain starting to build up in her cranial area.

Dear Starlight Glimmer,

I was a bit surprised by your lettet you see I live by myself, my family is long gone. My name is Azure Grace I actually understand your point of view of course being hurt like that as a young filly would make it difficult to get attached to others. Luckily, you found others who are willing to teach I live pretty far away from Ponyville. I have a pretty normal routine so it was nice having a small surprise like this. I can't use magic as well as I would like to you see there is a slight crack in my horn that makes it difficult to channel magic causing me to feel pain.

Don't worry sending this letter will not be any trouble, I hope that you will send more soon I know that it may take time to adjust you just have to be patient. Something I should clarify is that I am technically not an orphan my mother is not dead, I come from a family of noble blood so we live far away from each other. I am technically the youngest in my family and I have no other siblings. Regardless of the low chance of this letter finding my home I am glad that it did. I would love to read more about you hopefully you have the time in the near future I am sure that your studies might occupy much time. By the way if you need a certain book or spell my family has quite a collection of both that could provide some use to you so don't be afraid to ask. I need to reorganize the ten level archives soon so it will be alright.

She quickly sent the letter off eager for a reply from Starlight Glimmer.

Meanwhile in the Castle of Frienship Starlight Glimmer hears a letter phase into existence as she was finishing a book with Twilight. She became excited as she realized it had been sent from the one who had received her letter. Starlight was surprised to learn that Azure Grace had a slightly cracked horn after all any chip in a unicorn horn can mess with magical control.

Twilight Sparkle peaked at the letter now wearing a dumbfounded expression upon reading that the unicorn had a ten level arcuive full of books. This could lead to many new stories to read along with spells to learn in the near future for the Element of Magic the purple alicorn started to drool slightly. Starlight Glimmer went to her new room almost getting lost due the many rooms looking to similiar to each other.

Something in this letter did raise a potent point how could Azure Grace accept her after all the things she wrote about either this unicorn was very kind or just very lonely. It was nice to get a response so quickly there was something positive to lift the mood of this situation.
