Twilight awoke with a start as she looked around her room. She couldn't quite make out what her room was like due to the blinding light coming in from a near by window. She groans in her sleep as she tosses and turns. This bed felt stiff and dull, not like the one she had back home.
"Spiiiike not funny! Can you close the window." But there was nothing. No reply, just silence. She sighs, and Twilight attempts to cast a spell to close the window, but she became shocked.
"M..my magic. It isn't working!?" She begins to panic but her rational, calm mind tries to calm herself.
"OK Twilight, calm down. Maybe your just not awake enough yet to use magic. Maybe someone is just pulling a prank." She tells herself this and she breathes calming down, closing her eyes to focus. After opening them, what she saw shocked her. She was in a tiny room with barely anything in it. Nothing expect for a simple bed. She knew these are what the dungeons looked like. But, why she was in a jail cell? She was confused as she tried once more to cast a spell, with once more no luck. She goes to feel her horn and felt something on it. She understood that she was silenced from her magic. She decided to do the only thing she can do.
"Hello!? Anyone out there!?" She yelled this out hoping for a reply. At first, there was nothing but she soon heard the clanking of hooves as she watches as several ponies dressed up in armor she has never seen before staring at her.
"So, the prisoner finally wakes up huh? You have a lot of nerve doing what you did missy." *His voice was rough and cold. The princess of course didn't understand but she remains silent.
"Not even going to talk huh? Breaking and entering. Assault on officers. Not to mention the fact you have those wings which makes no sense. Theres also the fact that there is a bounty on your head." He begins to walk around back and forth as he explained what she did. Of course, this made no sense to her so she finally replied.
"Do you have any idea who I am? I am a princess no less! You shouldn't be making up such lies about me." She huffs as she spoke, and the guard simply stops in his track smirking.
"Sure, a princess. And I'm a magical dragon! Don't play stupid with me girly or I'll be forced to take action you don't want to see." He grins as he goes to open the cell.
"Try me. You don't scare me." She stands her ground when all of a sudden, alarms begin to go off and the guard grumbles.
"You two. Stay here and guard her." With that, he ran off as Twilight sits down thinking in her head as the two guards stand guard at her cell.
"So um..Where..am I?" She tries to get a conversation going with the guards watching her but they just growl. She sighs and listens in on what was going on around her as a explosion went off.
"Rebels! All guards on deck!" She heard from somewhere as the guards watching her cell ran off. She used this time to listen in on what is going on. Sounds she doesn't understand, they sound like magic but..different. And rebels?
"Oh what did you get yourself into now Sparkle..think..think. There must be something around here i can use." She was speaking aloud to nopony as she looks around, digging under the bed for anything useful. Finding nothing, she looks at the window. There was small crack next to it as she gets an idea. She goes to the bed and begins to pull it apart as she gets something that she uses to beat the crack in the wall, causing it to widen. While working on this little project of hers, the alarms and voices out of no where continued but she didn't. Soon enough, the window explodes, giving her enough room to wiggle out of her cell. She begins to push though it, seeing more lights.
What she saw on the other side of her cell shocked her. Guards were fighting ponies in strange clothing, explosions and magical blasts were being fired all around. This dungeon was under attack! She was lost in thought when debris goes flying at her. She snaps out of her thoughts just in time to fly up in the air to dodge it. "I need to find a key to unlock my horn..." She thinks as she begins to fly around the bloodshed and fighting around her. She was trying her best to ignore what was going on around her. "How could ponies just...do this..fighting...killing...this isn't normal..where am I..." She didn't realize she stopped in place as she turns to see several ponies of both parties staring at her. The guards firing off blasts at her while the other rebels fired something from a gun. She didn't have enough time to dodge either of the attacks as she screams in pain as she begins to plummet to the ground in fast speeds, and the ground wasn't soft either.
However, she manged to catch herself in the air before crashing too hard, using her wings to slow her fall as she slams into the ground at much less of a speed before. Bleeding from her head, Twilight pushes herself up and continues to make her way out, even going to try to find an exist away from the conflict and fighting around her. She sees a hole in the wall and tries to gallop out of it, only to collapse on the ground in front of the hole, trying to stay awake.
Several figures stand over her with a cage, pushing her into the cage and walking off with the weak Twilight, who could only watch as she was carried off against her will once more, soon passing out from the wound she took in earlier.
Twilight would wake up once more in a well lit room much to her surprise. She looked down at herself to see she was in bindings just like Triek has. She sighs in annoyance. Why can't this day just be normal. She instead ops to explore the room she was in. Paintings, a fireplace, several couches and chairs, a rug. This was the complete polar oopsite to where she just was. She tried to stand up but something was holding her down, though she wasn't able to turn her head to look at it. She just lays down and waits for somepony to walk in to talk to her just like the guards before.

Alright, I know this is a short chapter but this is the first chapter I've wrote in like 3 years so i wanted to start small and get feedback on it. It will get much better later dont you worry.
Twilight awoke and looked around, but noticed she wasn't in the strange room she was in before. This place seemed like a strange library, almost like the one back home. Though...it felt fake. Like it wasn't real. She wasn't sure why but something felt off about this strange place. She got up and walked around. While it seemed off at the same time..it felt like home.
"Hello? Anyone here?" She called out, to nopony replied. She did it again and again, and finally, she heard a voice spoke. It seemed to speak in a friendly tone, and was coming from all around her.
"Hello Princess. You're probably really confused right about now aren't you?" However, before she even had a change to answer, something appeared in front of her. It was a book, a floating book with a dark cover and an eye in the middle. It was dark blue in color with strips of purple. There was a strap keeping it closed, and it seemed rather dark, an aura coming off it. When it spoke, the words came from the book this time.
"Seems you don't remember little pony. That is fine. Just know what where you stand is cause of me little one." Despite it having no mouth, she could tell the book was smirking at her.
"Who are you! What did you do to me!" Twilight stamps a hoof in a demanding tone as she stares at it.
"Easy Princess. All will be explained in time. And I didn't do anything. This is all your doing." She would hear a soft giggle all around her as the book floats around her.
"For now, I will say this. I will appear with you very soon, and once that happens, all should make sense little princess. But until then my little Twilight, try to survive. This place isn't as nice as the Equestira you know, and I would hate for my little pe..pony to get hurt." It said this in a almost fatherly tone towards her as Twilight just huffs, trying to tackle the book to grab it. This worked as the book got grabbed in her hoofs.
"Answers. Now!" She yelled her horn glowing as she being to ready up a spell to damage the book. It simply chuckled and teleported out of her grasp.
"Fine fine. I suppose I owe you that much. You found me, locked away in an underground cave. You took me to your castle to read me, and found what I contained. You wanted to know more, and that is when you heard me speaking to you. We made a deal you see. You wanted what I held but I couldn't simply give it. As much as I want to not even I could do that. So...a deal was made and here you are. Poofed here by me of course. I think I'll keep the details of the deal contained to myself for now, would ruin all the fun." The book would simply fly up to one of the many books in this fake library. "All will become clear in time little Princess. For now, I would be careful. Oh, and a little tip. Alicorns don't exist in this place so I would be careful with those wings and horn you have there. Don't want these people to know you don't belong." And with that, the scene faded away.
When Twilight awoke this time, she was in the same room she was in last. She sits up and had to think about what happened. Was this book telling the truth. What kind of deal would she have made? What even was this deal? Would she really be running into this book soon? Before she had time to answer any of these however, an armed pony would walk in with her saddlebags and tosses them down, walking out shutting and locking the door behind her. She got up and goes to peek into the bag. The Element of Magic, some quills, a blank book, the strange..book from her dreams. And some other items that she assumed would help her. But..where did this come from. She didn't have this before. Was this the books doing again?
It's words echo in her mind over and over. What was it? Clearly no normal book would talk to her like that. She sighs and put her saddlebags on her to hide her wings as she soon heard another pony walked in. This one was much shorter then most of the guards and appeared to be female. She would have walked over and took a seat somewhere, just looking at Twilight and not saying a word.
"Do you um...want anything...?" Twilight asked nervously as the mare still did not say a words. Soon however, she got and walked over to Twilight, grabbing her saddlebags and throwing them off. She would then grab her wings and open them up, as if studying her. She then did this to her legs and her horn, and almost every other part of her body. She was just about to cast a spell before she felt something click onto her horn, cutting off her magical flow so she wasn't able to. She was about to question it when suddenly, she was stuck in a muzzle as well! What was going on. Now Twilight was really worried as she squirms and tried to buck the mare off of her. She did as she tried to take the things locking her in place in but it didn't work as she got tackled, and a collar was put around her.
"Listen here you freak. No pony has ever had a wings and a horn. So you will either behave and do what we say or things will get VERY ugly. Do I make myself clear." Her voice was stern. Twilight just nodded, knowing there was no point. Her wings were also locked into place as her saddle bags were thrown onto her back.
"Now...come with us." The mare attached a leash to the collar on her neck and drags her out, and Twilight just followed along. What did they want with her? What were they going to do with her? The words of the book ran though her mind: Alicorns never existed here. And she was still one. That wasn't a good sign as she was blindfolded on the way out as well, forced to just use the sounds to follow the mare and what sounded like six armed ponies with them.
