Tiny Hooves is, just as her name says, tiny. She's a lot older than she appears to be, being shorter than the mane 6, but taller than the CMC. Her cutie mark is a flamboyant pink paint splatter, getting it from the ability to steal the colors from the things around her. Her power is ancient, but Celestia nor Luna know where it comes from. Or, at least they don't remember it.
