When Kratos made a pact with Ares, the god of war, he lost his family. Once he had defeated Olympus and left the world in ruin, Kratos was finally able to let go, knowing that his wife and daughter were avenged. But now, over 100 years later, the cycle has repeated itself. Once again, Kratos has lost his family, and now he lacks the means to get back to them. Once again, Kratos will have to start anew, in a world that is not his own.
