Uneventful to Horror

Days after her discovery, Sandy and her research teams tried endlessly to find anything else about the egg/pod she found. They searched high and low but found no other trace of origin. No cells or particles were left behind. The dug deep in the sand but found nothing but old pony relics and fossils. Nothing on the egg/pod she found. As the team continues to wander around the San Palomino Desert, they decided to call it quits. By now, something would be sticking out of the sands; however, that is not the case.

Another team is investigating the South Luna Ocean to see whether or not the egg/pod left any signs beneath the waters. They too weren't able to find anything relatable. They found hidden treasures and secrets which they kept for themselves. It's been an uneventful process for the past few days for everypony. To report back to Celestia with nothing to show. Nothing for her to respond. Just emptiness of a fail search from the highest order.

Sandy Swift told all teams to report back to Base of Operations. Theirs finished with the week's worth of research. From an exciting discovery to a disappointing loss, Sandy will have to own up for her research. As all teams came back to base, they packed everything up and traveled out of the San Palomino Desert. As they took a different turn heading into the forest where Arimaspi lives, they saw Tirek and Gozy Glow roaming free. From feeling disappointment to horror took a turn for everypony. They were just free from Cozy's reign of tyranny weeks ago. Now they have a choice to make, keep watch for what the two may end up doing or running away. Sandy decided to split the teams. Half of them report to Celestia about Tirek and Cozy prisonbreak while Sandy and her squad keep watch.

Tirek and Cozy are looking for Arimaspi to add on to their small army of fiends to take down Princess Twilight and Celestia once and for all. Tirek and Cozy were able to find Arimaspi deeper in the forest. They spoke and made a temporary truce. Sandy and her team watched from afar. They were witnessing a possible end in Equestria with this new army of fiends. Tirek and Cozy let Arimaspi know that their next target to acquire is none other than Ahuizotl. Surprisingly to them, Arimaspi knows where Ahuizotl is living at for the time being. They are distant cousins but do see each other once in a full moon. Arimaspi leads Tirek and Cozy to Ahuizotl's territory.

Sandy and her team are now in a state of shock. They knew from the Daring Do books the character of Ahuizotl but never would have thought that he's real. From Sandy's view, she remembered going to a Daring Do convention. Now she believes Rainbow Dash for obliviously shouting out that Daring Do is the real deal. Sandy and her team go forth; following Tirek and Cozy to Ahuizotl's land and see what happens from there.

A few hours later, the others from Sandy's group made their way straight to Canterlot. They entered the castle unannounced. Princess Celestia noticed that Sandy isn't with them. She approaches the team and after a few moments of explaining the whole situation to Celestia; she takes drastic measures and starts writing a letter to Twilight. She and her friends are needed to apprehend Tirek and Cozy glow before things get out of control. As Celestia finished writing her letter, she sends it to Twilight. Now she is looking for her sister Luna so they can form a powerful alliance to counterattack Tirek and his schemes. Celestia and Luna took flight searching for Starswirl the Bearded and his friends. It's time to end Tirek once and for all.
