As Cerberus took Cozy Glow to a different section of Tartarus, he places her right next to a Cockatrice. The Cockatrice can barely use its magic but thanks to Tirek's teachings of using other creature's magic, she was able to use the magic of the cockatrice to her advantage. By grabbing a hoof of the cage, she stared at the eyes of the Cockatrice but didn't turn to stone. Instead, she used mind manipulation on the Cockatrice. She remembered how to perform it after reading some books in Twilight's archive not that long ago. Now that Cozy is in control of the Cockatrice and the remaining magic it has, its time to start mayhem.

Right after Twilight and her friends left and telling some of the Equestrian Forces to keep watch, Cozy began to plot. The Equestrian Forces marched straight into Tartarus. Cerberus gives the nod for them to do their thing as he takes a much-needed rest. Some ponies patrolled around until one came up to Cozy and stares at her.

"Say, cheese," Cozy said as she uses the magic of the Cockatrice turning the pony into stone. Cozy made the Cockatrice tip over by using its tail and breaking her cage.

"Now, let the mayhem begin!" Cozy said as she frees the Cockatrice. Then every other creature she's nearby.

As the Equestrian Forces patrolled around Tartarus, they heard the roaring of a lot of creatures coming closer. Led by Cozy Glow, the creatures of Tartarus fought the Equestrian Forces. They were being overwhelmed as Cozy made her way to Tirek. She frees Tirek from his imprisonment. The two of them unleashed more creatures thus creating a riot. Cerberus fought the tougher creatures of Tartarus while the Equestrian Forces took on the weaker creatures of Tartarus. Tirek took the opportunity to drain everypony from the Equestrian Forces from behind. One by one, they were getting weaker thus being unable to fight off the weaker creatures of Tartarus. Cozy and Tirek went to a different section of Tartarus where he last saw his brother a millennium ago. Tirek remembered that Scorpan had his secret passage to Tartarus whenever he wanted to visit him. Tirek and Cozy entered the secret passageway so that way, no one would be able to trace their steps.

"Where will this passage take us Tirek?"

"My homeland if I'm not mistaken. From there, we'll rest up and capture wandering ponies for me to feast. Then, we start gathering every creature that wants vengeance on Celestia and Twilight and anypony else that did them wrong. Finally, Equestria will be ours to rule."

"Sounds good to me. Uh, how far is this pathway?"

"A day's worth of travel."

"So in the meantime, we should jot down those who were heavily affected by Princess Celestia and Princess Twilight."

"As far as I know, Queen Chrysalis wants Twilight and this Starlight Glimmer."

"I want to burn down her Friendship School and every creature in it."

"In due time child. For now, we need to build our army."

The secret passageway took a day's travel back to Tirek's homeland. Faraway from the pesky ponies towns that are near Tartarus. Tirek was able to spot a few wanders doing some research nearby and absorbed their magic. Tirek gains his strength back and continues his travel with Cozy deeper in his homeland. Cozy thought of some creatures that can aid them for their new army. Chimera, Queen Chrysalis, Arimsapi, Iron Will, and Ahuizotl. Tirek couldn't wait to see how the Princesses would react to their new uprising army of foes.

"Let's keep moving Cozy. We have no time to waste."

"Yes, best friend."

Cozy and Tirek begin their travel heading towards Arimspai's Territory to start recruiting from there,
