Starfleet Season 2 (Rewrite)

Sapphire, Mykan, Ampharos and all three Lycanroc and Noctowl were walking through New Ponyville on a bright, sunny morning. Sapphire wanted to be a guest as Mykan's school along with her pokemon. As they were getting closer to the school, Ampharos saw something out the corner of his eye. "Ampha?"

"What is it, Ampharos?" Sapphire asked. Ampharos pointed and that's when Sapphire and Mykan saw what he was pointing at. Two pokemon. One had a small white bump on it's forehead, a long blue tail with white lining on it's stomach. The second one had black fur covering its head and neck, concealing everything but its mouth from view. The fur around its neck also has six purple spots encircling it, which resemble bruises. The hair on the top of its head takes the shape of a single small horn. It also has a short tail that appears to be bitten off.

"Woah, a Dratini and Deino." Sapphire said. As Sapphire and Mykan gazed at them, they gazed back at them.

The Dratini hopped onto Deino's back and Deino came towards the two humans and Pokemon. "Hey there, is something you need?" Mykan asked.

The two wild pokemon didn't respond.

"Maybe they're hungry?" Sapphire used her magic and made a turkey sandwich appear in front of the pokemon. "Deino!" Deino cried happily. Deino took the sandwich and quickly scurried away. ".... Well that was something." Mykan said.

"Looks like they were hungry." Sapphire added. "Anyway, let's get to the schoolhouse."

Deino ran away from New Ponyville and into the nearby forest. Deino went to an abandoned house covered with moss and vines. Looking around to make sure no one had followed them, Deino went inside an Dratini hopped off his back. Sitting there on a couch covered with a blanket was an elderly pokemon.

Deino placed the sandwich on a little crate in front of Scoutland. Dratini leaped onto the couch and nuzzled Scoutland, waking him up. Scoutland saw the sandwich they brought, but he pushed it away, wanting Denino and Dratini to eat it. Deino pushed the sandwich back. "Deino." "You need it." Scoutland decided to have a bite of the sandwich and he liked it. Dratini and Deino cried happily as they watched their guardian eat.

Later, Scoutland was with Deino practicing his Dragon Rage attack. Deino exhaled the attack but it was small.

"Scoutland!"

Deino looked back at his guardian. Scoutland arched his back. "Scoutland!"

Deino copied Scoutland arching his back to build up power and the attack this time the output was larger. Scoutland nodded and Dratini cried happily for his friend. Deino repeated the same thing again and again.

Meanwhile, Sapphire and Mykan arrived at the schoolhouse, just as the students were arriving. "Alright, class today Mykan has brought us three special guests today. And one you might remember is Princess Sapphire Shimmer." Cheerilee announced. Sapphire walked in and the class applauded for her. The Cutie Mark Crusaders were happy to see Sapphire once more.

"Good monring, children." Sapphire greeted.

"So the cry baby comes back, huh?" a familiar voice sounded. It was Biffy Box, the same colt that sent Sapphire crying months ago. Still the naughty bullying pony he always was. "Biffy, you leave the Princess alone, ya heard!" Applebloom demanded.

Biffy scoffed, "And if I don't what are you doing to do about it, wimp?"

Just then, "Ampharos! Lycanroc! Noctowl!" The pokemon dashed into the room and stood between Applebloom and Biffy. "What in tarnation!"

"What are these things?"

Lycanroc (Midday Form) growled at BIffy. "Lycanroc, Lycan."

"Lycanroc says, don't mess with the little filly!" Sapphire translated.

Some of the children giggled as Biffy slowly got up again. "That's it you little dog!" he lunged at Lycanroc. "BIffy, enough!" Mykan said. That's when Lycanroc (Midnight Form) rushed and rammed Biffy away from his best friend. Biffy landed on the floor with Lycanroc standing in front of him. "Lycanroc, Lycan!"

"Lycanroc says, You mess with my best buddy and you mess with me buster!" Sapphire translated. Biffy was about to change them again when, "Biffy Box enough!" Cheerilee stated.

Biffy growled and looked at Ampharos and the Lycanroc. "Punks." he grumbled, receiving their Thunderbolts as a result.

After that was taken care of, Sapphire introduced her pokemon to the children. The children adored the pokemon, especially the CMC's.

"He's s gosh darn cute." Applebloom cooed.

"And they're awesome!" Scootaloo added.

"They're tough for their size too." Daphine Dil or DD for short said.

"Princess? Why are these three different?" Sweetie Belle asked, referring to the three Lycanroc.

"My Lycanroc are different forms. Midday, Midnight and Dusk." Sapphire explained.

Her pokemon loved the attention they were getting from all the children. When the final school bell rang, the children all went home while Mykan, Cheerilee and Sapphire wanted them go. "Another day, finished. "Mykan said.

"See you on Monday." Cheerilee said. Mykan and Sapphire nodded and walked away.

While they were walking they heard a cry, "Deino."

They turned and saw Deino and Dratini but this time they were cornered by another pokemon. This on was a large cat pokemon it was grayish with a circular face with large rounded ears. There was a small orb on it's forehead.

"An Alolan Persian?! What's that doing here?" Mykan asked.

Sapphire saw a berry in Deino's mouth. "I think it wants the berry Deino has."

Persian got out his claws and they glowed. "It's gonna use Scratch?!" Sapphire cried. Ampharos and Noctowl leaped towards the Persian and Ampharos smacked it on the head with Iron Tail. Deino and Dratini were surprised at them. Persian growled at the two pokemon and fired Power Gem from the orb of it's forehead.

Ampharos used Thunderbolt, shocking the large cat and making it run away. Sapphire and Mykan came up to the four pokemon. "Great job." Sapphire praised.

The pokemon smiled."Deino, Dratini are you both okay?" Mykan asked. Deino and Dratini nodded and began on their way once more. "I wonder where they're going?" Mykan wondered.

"Me too." Sapphire added.

"Ampharos, Ampha." Ampharos said pointing to the pokemon.

"You want us to follow them?" Sapphire translated. Ampharos nodded.

Sapphire looked at Mykan, "What do you think?"

"Well, it would give us an insight on to what's going on with those two." Mykan added. "Alright. We'll follow them tonight." Unknown, by them, some distance away was the Alolan Persian. It wasn't through with the two dragon-type pokemon and it wanted revenge.

That night, Dratini and Deino were walking back through New Ponvyille each with a berry in their mouths. Dratini was riding on top of Deino. Sapphire, Mykan, Ampharos and Lycanroc saw them from their hiding place, the alleyway. "Let's go." Sapphire whispered. This time she only had Lycanroc (Midnight Form) with them.

The four friends followed the pokemon outside the city boarders and into the forest nearby. They followed their trail to the abandoned house. "An abandoned house? What could be in there?" Mykan wondered.

Deino and Dratini placed the fruit on the crate and nudged Scoutland away. Scoutland took a bite out of the berry as Deino and Dratini smiled. They heard something and saw the Ampharos and Lycanroc with the two humans. Deino growled at them, but Dratini called to him. "Dratini, Tini, Dra." "It's alright, buddy, their nice humans, remember?"

Deino remembered the kindness the two humans showed and lost tension. "Woah, a Scoutland." Sapphire said.

"And an elderly one at that." Mykan added. Seeing the little bits of fruit on the ground and some cans of food, Sapphire suggested, "Deino and Dratini must have been getting food to give it to Scoutland."

"That's seems about right." Mykan said. Ampharos and Lycanroc nodded. Sapphire and Mykan approached Deino and Dratini, "I guess you two are his caretakers, huh?"

Deino and Dratini nodded.

Then Lycanroc's ears perked up, "Lycan!"

"What's wrong?" Mykan asked.

"There!" Sapphire pointed up and at the top of the staircase was the same Alolan Persian. Persian leaped down near the gang. "This Persian must want revenge." Sapphire said. And she was proven right when the Persian readied a Power Gem attack, "Everyone, outside, quick!"

Everyone and all the pokemon managed to make it outside, even the elderly Scoutland. Persian stood at the doorway, growling at Deino and Dratini. "Looks like we have to beat you again." Mykan said. "Ampharos, Quick Attack!"

Pikachu lunged at the cat with blinding speed and bashed into it, sending Persian skidding back. "Lycanroc, Accelarock!"

Lycanroc charged Persian, but the cat skillfully leaped up and over Ampharos, heading for the elderly Scoutland. Deino and Dratini came in and headbutted the Persian and kicked him away from their guardian. "Deino!" "Leave our guardian alone, cat!"

Deino arched his back and prepared his Dragon Pulse attack. It fired the attack at Persian, consuming it completely. The cat ran away into the forest, covered in scratches from the attack. "Yeah, you did it, Deino!" Sapphire praised.

"You chased it away for good!" Mykan added. Ampharos and Lycanroc cheered as well. Deino and Dratini nuzzled Scoutland, happy he was alright after the close encounter. "Well Sapphire, we better get going, before daybreak." Mykan said. The sun was beginning to come over the horizon.

"Right." Sapphire turned to Deino and Dratini. "Deino, Dratini, we'll bring you both some berries tommorrow, alright?"

"Deino, Deino."

"Tini, Dra."

"What did they say?" Mykan asked.

"They said 'thank you'." Sapphire replied.

With that, Mykan and Sapphire walked off along with the pokemon.

The next morning,, they all returned to the abandoned house... only to find Dratini, Deino and Scoutland gone!

"Hey, where'd they go?" Mykan asked.

"Must have relocated." Sapphire suggested. "Looks like we have some secretive new friends."

Mykan and the pokemon agreed. They hope they'll see Deino, Dratini and Scoutland soon.
