                                                                             Prologue: Cody Chaos Blaze

Hello the name's Cody Blaze. I'm just your average red pegasus. Nothing really special about me. Well except my wings. They're alot different than the others. I was abandon years ago. And the worst thing is that I can't even remeber my parents faces or names!

I was given a new home for awhile by some nice unicorns. They gave me all that I could have wanted. Those were the best 2 years of my life. But they died a year later in a fire. And since then I've been alone for awhile now.

I traveled across Equestria on my own for months I've even meet alot of good ponies but I still felt alone in this world.

On one of my travels I meet a group of Buffalos. They were extremly kind to me. They gave me a home, shelter, food, and some good company too. I've think I lived with them for at least 4 years before the incedent.

They taught me some really cools tricks. I was told that everything in this wolrd has a certain energy and that they could teach me there ability their ancetors made. They called it the "Nature Sense".

It's an ability that allows then to sense the life force in everything and everyone. It can even tell apart a plant to an animal to even the planet it's self. I was told to go to the mountains and train with nature for a month so that I could understand it more.

So I flew up to the mountains to train for an entire month up there. It was very hard but I was determind to know about this ability and learn it! I spent weeks on this ability in the moutians and after long last I've mastered it!

I was so happy about it I flew to the village as fast as I could. Then it happened. As I flew towards the village my body began to heat up from the speed. I then caught on fire but the weird thing was it didn't hurt.

Hell I didn't even notice it until I heard an explosion behind me. After that I heard the explosion from behind me my speed tripled and my momentum went through the roof! And in the end I crashed into a pond near the village.

I woke up a few hours later in such a daze. "Uhh... What in the hay just happened?" I replied in confusion. "Well to put it simple young one. You did a Sonic Rainboom." Said The Chief.

My eyes grew with surprise. "A Sonic Rainboom?! I thought that was just a fairy tale?" I replied. The chief shook his head. "It seems not. But there is more to it." Replied the Chief.

I was extremely confused. "What do you mean?" I asked. "Yes you did a Sonic Rainboom but this was extremely different from what everypony says." Said the Chief.

"When you did the Rainboom you didn't just break the sound barrier and the visible light spectrum. Instead you broke the barrier and you were on fire." Replied the Chief.

He then started to smile. "And not only that it looks like you got yourself a Cutie Mark young Cody." Said the Chief as he ponited to my cutie mark.

It was a uniqe Cutie Mark. It was a Gold Star the two red deltas in front of it. I was hopping with joy. "I got my Cuite Mark and I did a Sonic Rainboom! Best Day Ever!!" I said.

As the months went on I learned to control this new power of mine. I now know that this isn't a Sonic Rainboom but somthing more. I decided to call it Blaze Streak due to the fact that I burst into flames everytime I do it.

And as I learned to control this ability I found out that I can do alot more than just busrt into flames and move at super sonic speed. One day their was a huge forest fire and that we needed to save the animals in there.

I couldn't abandon those animals. So I spread my wings and took off into the forest to save them. I tried to use the clouds and douse the flames but it didn't do much. So I dove right into the flames and grab as many animals as I could carry. I was able to rescue a few animals in there but the flames were becoming to intense. I decided to see if my new ability could be the answer.

I flew straight up into the clouds so I could gain enough momentum to do this. I then started to plumet towards the flames and after I got close I used my Blaze Streak to see if my flames could put out the forest fire.

But as soon as I got close to it the flames around me began to flow into the forest. At first I thought I just made it worst. But then all of a sudden the fire came right towards me and began to engulf me. I was begining to panic but I started to clam down.

The flames. They didn't hurt instead it felt like a cooling warmth. When I closed my eyes I heard to what seemed like a heart beat. It was beautiful. Then as I opened my eyes back up the forest fire was no more. It was completely gone. i looked up inot the sky to see if rain was the cause. Nope nothing.

I stood there more confused than ever until the chief walked towards me. "Cheif what just happned?" I asked him. The chief told me that as soon as I got to the forest fire the flames I created from my Blaze Streak began to absorb the flames of the forest fire into me then it was gone.

I was completely speechless. "I did all that?" I said. The chief nodded. "To tell you the truth Cody we Buffalos heard of this once before." I replied. "Really? How?" I asked. The chief took a deep breath. "Their is a legend. A legend about a special pony who can control the flames of life. And it is he who would not only save Equestria from the one of Disharmony but also stop the eternal flames of chaos and save everyone. Cody Blaze. You are the one who possesses the Solar Blitz." Replied the Chief.

"Solar Blitz? What's that?" I asked. "Solar Blitz is a uniqe ability to not only absorb fire but also control it too. You young Cody Blaze are the one that the prophecy speaks of." Said the chief.

I was completely astounished from it. I had such an amazing gift. But I didn't even know what to do with it?

Years have gone by and I've gotten more control of my abilites. I've even created a power I call it Blitz Break. With this I can envelop my whole body in flames and teleport. But only short distances and anywhere I have been.

And today was a great day. I've was given the task to sell some of our crops with a local town not to far from here called Dodge City. It was a small town near Apple Loosa. This would have been the first time I sent back to the city ever since my first adopted parents died. Even if it's not big as Canterlot or ManeHatten or even AppleWood. But it was a descent sized town.

I was all set towards the town and was ready for my first sale! I was so excited I couldn't sit still. "Now remember Cody be smart with the sales and most importantly treat others with the same respect you would wanted to be treated." Said the chief. "I promise chief! And I'll be back with a whole lot of money and pride for everyone." I said. I then waved everybody goodbye and set off towards the town.

I spent the night at the motel in town. I selled everything and got quite the profit and was ready to go home. (*chuckle* Home right.) I thought to myself as I driffted off to sleep.

The next morning I got up real early so I could surprise everyone when I got back. I gathered up everything and flew off towards the village. I was so happy to see them again after a few days in town. But that all chaged when I got there.

As I flew threw the air for awhile I started to smell fire. I figured it was somepony doing it but the smell began to increase the closer I got towards the village. "No. Please No." I said to myself.

As I got to the village I saw my life crumbling before me. The whole village was on fire! Houses were being destroyed and my buffalo frineds were dead. I began to panic as I ran toawrds the chief's hut. I opened it as fast as I could and I saw it. The chief. My new adopted father was lying there lifeless.

I walked towards him hoping he was still alive. "Chief?" I said as I poked his body. "Come on. Wake up. *sniffle* Please don't leave me." I said. Tear began to fall as my new family died. I was crying my heart out in so much pain. But before I began to scream somthing caught my eye. It was a note addressed to me.

~Dear Cody my son,

These past few years were the best I could hope for. I just wished we had more time together but it doesn't matter now.

I just hope you can enjoy the rest of your life in peace. There is a ticket here to Cloudsdale and a note showing you start at flight camp next month.

I know your dream is to find a place were you can belong. And i hope you have a bright future ahead of you.

Stay safe and remeber to live in a brighter tomorrow than today.

The dames broke. My new family and father all dead. ".....GAAAHHHHH!!!!!!" I yelled out in pain. As everything was begining to go up in flames I saw out of the corner of my eye a shadowy figure.

"GET BACK HERE!" I screamed to him. As I ran out of the tent I saw ten cloaked figures surronding me and chuckling. I was blinded by fury and all I could see was them dieing by my hoofs.

I got into a fighting stance ready to kill these monster who destoryed my life here. But then all of a sudden I felt a cold but burning sensation throughout my entire body.

I looked around me to see if that was just my flames erupting out of my body. But instead of the red and gold flames it was black and dark blue flames appearing from my body. I began to scream in the pain that it caused me Then eveything went dark.

I woke up later in the charred remains of the village. I turned around to see if those figure were still there. Nope nothing. I began to cry again hoping this was just a nightmare but I knew better this was real not a dream.

I walked over to the cheif's hut see if there was anything I could find. I did find his body as well as many others. I gave them a proper barrial that they desserved. As I walked back to the chiefs hut I saw somthing sticking out of the ground. I opened it up to see a vest, four legs braclets, four boots, a note, and a book of legends. "This was meant for me too?" I said. I opened the note up to see what is said.

~Dear Cody,

If you're reading this then I am dead along with the tribe. I don't know why but I had a feeling someday we would be slaughtered.

Don't cry for us young one. Just remeber to look past this and move on. You are an remarkable pegasus and we couldn't have been more proud of you.

I made these for you for your travels. Be safe and remember we will always be by your side not matter what.

I began to cry again but this time of joy. They loved me for who I am and I'm going to move on. "I promise I will do what is best for everyone. I will also find the monsters who did this to you and make them pay. I swear it!" I said as I left my home to go to Cloudsdale.

After a few weeks of traveling I made it to Cloudsdale. This place was amazing! Some many pegasi as far as I could see. I was giggling with excitment but I had to be profensional.

First I had to get a room of some kind. I still had alot of bits from the sales I had before the fire. So I stopped by a motel called the WindyInns. I opened the door then walked up to the front desk and rang the bell. "Hello? I would like a room please?" I said.

"A room? Aren't you too young for an appartment young one? Where's your parents?" Said the owner. I lowered my head and my ears too. "i don't have any parents. I was abandon years ago. and my other two families who died in a fire." Said as a tear began to form. The owner's eyes looked at me with such surprise. "Okay you can have a room. Here's the keys to it." Said the owner. "Thank you mister. I'll pay the monthly fee for it." I replied. He began to shake his head. "No need for it. The first year is free. And by the way don't call me mister. The name's Windy Gale." Replied Windy Gale. "Thank you mist- I mean Windy Gale." I replied. Okay then room found now to the camp.

I made it to the Flight Camp grounds ready to start. I got to the school and already ponies were begin to start talking about me. Luckly I had very good hearing so I knew what they were all saying.

"Who's that?" Whispered one pegasus. "Is he new here?" Said another pegasus.

"What's up with his wings?" Said a pegasus. "Is he even allowed here?" Whispered another.

(Shake it off Cody. No need to get distracted. Just keep on going until you meet with the Dean.) I thought as I waked passed everypony.

I finally made it to the Dean's office. "Okay let's being then shall we?" I said to myself. I knocked on the door. "Come in" Said the Dean. I opened the door. "Hello?" I said. "Well hello there young colt. May I help you?" Said the Dean. "Uh yes. Um... I'm Cody Blaze. I got a note saying that I'm supposted to attened here in flight camp?" I said.

"Oh yes I remeber now. Yes yes I got your note two months ago. Yes you will be attending here until you graduate or until you decide to drop out. I'm the Dean of this flight camp. I'm BlackSwift. Pleasure to meet you Cody Blaze." Said BlackSwift as he offered my a hoofshake. "Thanks." I replied as we shook.

A four years have passed and I''ve worked my butt off. I already new the basics but I still had to do it. And lately I've been getting picked. Due to the fact that I don't have any parents or familes. They even made fun of my wings all because they're different.

They hurt me but I needed to keep on moving so that I can live my life to the fullest. And today was going to be a great day.

As I finished my rounds of flying I was given a break. The teachers were very nice to me but there were some ponies who just liked to torture me.  They kept calling me Chaos due to the fact I sometimes sent something on fire and cause a painc. But I didn't let that get to me.

A four more years have passed and I've graduated from fligth camp. Not at the top of the class as I hoped for but I did a very good job. I was even rewarded as the hardest working flier they had ever had.

Years have gone by and I was ready for more of my life to begin. And as time went on I heard alot of cool stories. I heard of six mares obtian the most powerfulest magic in Equestrai. The Elements Of Harmony. They've even defeated Nightmare Moon from sending Equestria into an eternal darkness.

I wished I lived in Ponyville then I could meet those amazing filles. But it was just a dream. And one day I heard about the greatest flier competition that Cloudsdale was hosting. I would've have entered at the time but I was pre-occupied at the moment with some odd jobs.

How ever I did see two pegasi's that caught my eye. I found out the two filles names. Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy. They were so beautiful I thought that I saw two angels as I saw them. I'm glad I was at least watching the competition. But the one thing that made me star strucked was Rainbow Dash performing a Sonic Rainboom! When she did that I was simply in awe.

It was so breathtaking that I couldn't even describe how beautiful it was. And a few months have passed and more stories about the Element Bearers came out. It was all about how they defeated Discord and the Disharmony he brought about. I so had wished I could've been there to help them out. But again duty called. And not only that made me want to meet them even more. I was compeled to meet them.

But they weren't on the top list of ponies I wanted to meet. I really wanted to meet the Wonderbolts. They amaze me so much. With there choreography and talents made me awe struck again. And not the WonderBolts amaze me the Royal Guards too. They have such a sense in justice that I can really appreciate.

And finally the final story I heard about the Element Bearers was when Canterlot was under attack by the Changelings. And how them and Princess Cadance stopped there tyranny. "Man I reall want to meet them!" I said as I drifted off to sleep.............
