A large part of it is because 1, we prefer to hire ponies we know, 2, it is super dangerous and our insurance doesn't cover most of your insurance costs, 3, we came up with a rule book and it tends to scare ponies off. So here's our list of rules that you need to follow alongside having decent combat skills.
