Spike's Diary

Dear Diary,

Today, Twilight and Rainbow headed off to the Wonderbolts Academy for a friendship mission, leaving me and Starlight alone in the castle together. We didn't really talk much during all that since we had a whole bunch of our own stuff to do. I had some cleaning chores to get on with, as well as some groceries I needed to pick up in the afternoon. As for Starlight, she was busy studying magic, as well as going over some notes on her friendship lessons that Twilight had prepared for her earlier. So yeah, things were fairly quiet in the castle today.

I do wonder what kind of mission was needed over at the Academy though. Although, now that I think on it, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. The Wonderbolts have had their fair share of problems. Lightning Dust, that guy who tried to frame Rainbow, there's no shortage of pegasi in their group who can cause problems. So I wouldn't be surprised if Rainbow gets called there more often on these missions. Ugh, she's gonna be exhausted after all this.

You know, maybe I should make her some hot chocolate when she gets back, so she and Twilight can relax a bit.
