Dear Diary,

I guess we can never predict who's gonna end up as friends with who in this world. Because it seems that Starlight got herself a new friend besides Trixie today, and it's none other than Maud. Yeah, seems that Maud is going to be living in Ponyville now, or at least "adjacent" to it, and has been looking for somepony to spend time with. Pinkie, as usual, was pretty eager to help her sister out with that, and was scouring all over for a new friend for her. Seems Starlight ended up as the perfect fit, and after some mishaps here and there involving stuff like a cave-in, the two are now friends with one another.

I'm happy for them. I mean, sure, Maud's not the easiest mare to spend time with, but she's always been a decent person, and spending time with Starlight might be good for her since both mares have sort of been outsiders in their lives for one reason or another. Although I do worry about Starlight's side of things, especially when you consider a certain show-mare. Seriously, Trixie does not strike me as the kind of pony who likes to share, so here's hoping she doesn't get too jealous of Starlight and Maud's new friendship.

Or maybe I'm just over-worrying about stuff. That's always a possibility.
