Spike's Diary

Dear Diary,

Rarity and I are doing some work over in her boutique this afternoon, and I have to say, she's in a very good mood right now. I'm always glad to see she's upbeat like this, and I hear I sort of have Sweetie Belle to thank. You see, Rarity was feeling like the two of them hadn't spent much time together lately, so she decided to fix that by, well, spending more time with her. Those intentions were good, but Sweetie isn't the little filly she used to be, so there was some trouble for Rarity coming to grips with that. In the end, they had such differences about what they did and didn't enjoy doing together that the two had an argument.

Now, those two have had issues together in the past, and this one was no different. There was a fair bit of discomfort over the whole thing, but Rarity eventually learned that she shouldn't see Sweetie as this little foal anymore. So, the two started off their day again, and this time they had a much more fun time of it. And I mean a lot of fun, Rarity's still going on about it as she's working. You know, I should maybe suggest to Twilight that she and I have a day out together like that in future. Might be nice.

Anyways, gotta go. Time for more work over on this new dress of Rarity's.
