Dear Diary,

Whoo boy, do I have a story to tell you! During the Festival of Friendship, Canterlot was attacked by this mean old mare named Tempest, and she was so bad she actually managed to take over the city and capture three of the Princesses! Thankfully, Twilight escaped, along with me and our friends. Together, we had to come up with a plan to get our people saved from Tempest, so we actually left Equestria to find some help. We went all over the place, through deserts, through the skies, and even to places underwater. And we met a load of people along the way who became our friends, including the lost kingdom of the Hippogriffs! How cool is that?!

But things weren't all exciting, and after getting into a fight with her friends, Twilight got herself captured. By the time we'd gathered our new friends to go after her, Tempest's boss, this big dude called the Storm King, had taken her and the other alicorn's powers. He was super-powered now, and it took all of us to have even a chance of getting to Twilight and helping her. In the end, after that whole fight, it was actually Tempest who saved us from the Storm king's final attack. For that, we saved her too, and she was willing to help us restore what had been taken.

So, the Festival was able to go off without a hitch this time, and hey, we've even got a new friend to boot. This was a majorly stressful time, but I'm glad we all came out okay.

...Well, everyone except the Storm King. But hey, just no helping some people, I suppose...Hehe.
