Spike's Diary

Dear Diary,

Every day since Hearth's Warming has had interesting stuff in it lately. And yeah, I know we always have interesting stuff, but it's like every day has had little sprinkles of fun and excitement for us, and it's come in all sorts of forms. Rainbow and Applejack competing with each other over dares, Fluttershy going into more detail about how she constantly wins the "teacher of the month" award Rarity trying to get her mane to move about like Celestias, Pinkie hosting some kind of ice cream party, Starlight trying out hypnosis, oh, and let's not forget the rather big incident of a sick alicorn whose illness causes her magic to go haywire. Nothing that can fill a day, but they're certainly interesting to see.

And speaking of Twilight, I still have to take care of her, even after she got medicine to help cure her illness. Why? Well, one of the side-effects of being cured was that she's been turned into...well...a foal. No you didn't read that wrong, I said a foal. And she just won't stop crying either! It'd be nice if our other friends were around to help, out apparently taking care of a baby is too much to ask. Not even Pinkie, and heck, she's supposed to be good at looking after babies now! Ugh, whatever, it's fine. I can look after Twilight when she's like this. I mean, she looked after me when I was a baby, so maybe it's time I returned the favour.

So anyways, gotta go. I've got some milk ready to give her, and hopefully she won't blast it back in my face this time.
