Dear Diary,

You know how, every once in a while, Twilight finds out that some little thing from her past has caught up with her and is making her stress out beyond belief? Well, yeah, it happened again. After getting a delivery of some of her old stuff, she found out that she had an overdue library book from Canterlot. And I mean majorly overdue, since before she and I first moved to Ponyville. What's worse, she found out that she might have been responsible for getting the mare who lent it to her fired! So she went all over Equestria trying to find the mare, Dusty, and set things right. And wouldn't you know, it turned out that Dusty's life has actually been made all the better since she left the library. Yeah, seems she was unhappy in the job, and having that overdue book was exactly what she needed to get out.

And I have to say, I'm pretty happy for her. Twilight and me actually saw all the stuff she and the other retired ponies do all day, and it looked really fun. I'm definitely gonna put myself down for staying in a place like that when I retire. That is, if dragons can retire, I might need to double-check that. But yeah, the book situation got resolved, and with a much smaller fine than expected thankfully, and Twilight learned that trying to be perfect all the time just stresses you out more than you need. But hey, I could've told her that from the start and saved her the trouble.

Oh, and we also met Moondancer briefly during all this, which was nice. And hey, guess who turned out to be pretty good as a waiter? Might offer to work there at the Tasty Treat one day, just for fun. See ya around.
