Spike's Diary

Dear Diary,

Today, me and my friends went over to the town of Appleoosa to deliver, you guessed it, an apple tree. But we hit some trouble along the way when we were attacked by the local buffalo. Turns out they had some trouble with the ponies of the town, so we all decided to get involved and see if we could get some kind of peace settled. But things didn't really work out that way, at least at first. Rainbow and Applejack sort of got involved in the two sides and were almost more eager for war than the buffalo and Appleoosans. Guess I can't say I didn't see that coming though. This is Rainbow and AJ we're taking about.

But you know what actually sparked it all off in the end? Pinkie Pie's singing. Yeah, no joke. Apparently that was all it took for them to just lose it and start attacking. I mean, sure, it wasn't her best song, but geez! The fighting was pretty rough though. I don't think I've ever seen that many mutilated pies in one place before. That'll haunt my nightmares for sure. But, things actually got worked out, and the buffalo actually managed to get a place to stampede through, which was all they really wanted. I'm glad they can be friends with Appleoosa now.

Oh, and remind me to visit the buffalo again one day, because those guys seriously know how to treat a dragon right.
