Dear Diary,

Yep, it's library watch duty again. But that's okay. I like hanging out here when nopony else is about. Gives me a chance to look through some of our new cookbooks and see if there's any neat recipes. But you're probably wondering where Twilight and the others are. Well, wondering is the right word, because they're all going off to visit Rainbow up at the Wonderbolts Academy! Hehe, see what I did there? But yeah, Rainbow finally got accepted, which is like the best things she's ever had happen to her, or at least that's how she seemed to feel about it. And she's up there now, giving it her all to become a full-fledged Wonderbolt.

I hope she's doing okay. I know she tries so hard to be as good a flier as she is, and I know I don't have the same love of the Wonderbolts as she does, but I can certainly see why a pony like her would want to be a part of them. They are pretty impressive, but I hear that Spitfire is kinda demanding. I hope they're not too hard on her up there. Well, if nothing else, maybe she'll make some friends while she's there? Somepony who's just as eager as she is? I hope so. The more the merrier! Anyway, I just found this awesome recipe for a pie, and I think I'll make it for her for when she comes back down.
