Dear Diary,

Today was the day of the annual Apple family reunion, and oh boy, I remember the last time we saw that happen! It was when me and Twilight first came to Ponyville, and we were utterly swamped with them! They were nice, sure, but my stomach was full to bursting by the time they'd finished giving me all that food! This time, it's Applejack's family's turn to do it again, and they pulled out all the stops to make it the best one the Apples have ever known. I know AJ's family is big, but I swear it's even bigger than the last time I saw them all together! Maybe some of them just couldn't make it last time maybe? Meh, either way, Ponyville saw quite an influx today.

I hope they all have fun. I mean, I'm not an Apple so I'm probably not gonna go over. You know, don't wanna stick my nose into family business and all that, but I hope they have a good time anyway. And I hear Babs Seed is coming back too. Apple Bloom was really excited about that, so I'm glad they were able to work out all the bad stuff from the last time they saw one another.

Applejack loves her family, so I'm sure she'll do all she can to give them a good time today. And I hope that, whoever hosts this next year does her the same courtesy. Hehe, they'd have to work pretty hard to top her efforts though.
