Spike's Diary

Dear Diary,

Um...did you know it was legal to trade ponies? Because apparently it's legal to trade ponies. We all went to the regular traders exchange over at Rainbow Falls, and in her efforts to get this vintage Daring Do book, Rainbow Dash accidentally traded away Fluttershy. Well, technically she traded Fluttershy's services in helping a new owner of a big animal, but still. I think I need to have a talk with Twilight about that because that doesn't seem like something that should be happening. Well, knowing her, it's probably something that will be looked over, several times over, before being re-written and sent for proper examination at some kind of legal board thrice over before being swamped in paperwork. You know how bureaucracy works.

But aside from that rather uncomfortable moment, the exchange went pretty well. I got my new comic and I plan on spending the whole day reading it. The others all have their own stories to tell, and I'm guessing Rarity and Applejack had a bit of a tense moment given how they're nervously laughing over the whole matter. So yeah, pretty eventful day all around.

Well, except for Twilight, since she doesn't seem to have traded anything. Oh well, maybe next year.
