Dear Diary,

If there's one thing I can safely say I've learned today, it's that keeping the peace is hard. We recently had a group of Yaks visiting us, the first time they've ever really had anything to do with Equestria, and it was next to impossible to keep them happy! They were offended by everything, and Twilight was at her wits end trying to keep them comfortable and welcome while they were here. If it hadn't been for Pinkie turning up when she did, I really think we'd have had full-on war with them. I mean geez, how little does it take for something that catastrophic to happen?!

Now, I don't want to be the kind of guy who just sees these few from their people and make assumptions, because let's face it, that's what people have been doing with my people for centuries. But if Yakyakistan has nothing but this kind of Yak in it, then I shudder what it'd be like to actually go up there. I mean, I'd probably shudder anyway, what with the cold and all. That was supposed to be a joke, and yeah, I know, it was terrible.

Still, if nothing else, I guess I can appreciate pinkie's parties a bit more, which is always nice.
