Noir spider

After my first period I had health class. I wish I didn't have to take it but it wasn't optional. I walked into the classroom, after getting lost once. I had still made it just in time. As I walked in I saw the teacher giving me a slight smile. I approached him.

"good morning sir.". I said as politely as possible. "good morning to you to.". He replied. He started looking over my papers for a moment.
"alright I would like you to sit over there in that empty seat.". He finally said.

I turned my head to where he was pointing, and I nodded. I took my seat, and waited for him to give out instructions. Then a girl came into the class she had yellow skin and pink hair. She was beautiful.

She approached the teacher.
"oh Mr. Grover, I am so sorry I'm late.". She said in a very shy manner. Mr. Grover seemed to be OK with her being late as long as she didn't do it to much.

She took her seat. Which just so happened to have been next to me. I didn't want to seem weird so I just decided not to look or say anything unless she did.

I never was the social type. Mostly because people only gave me pity when they spoke to me. Maybe she might be the same? No. The only two people in this school who know about my past is principal Celestia, and vice principal Luna.

The chip in my brain started telling me that I am being watched. I turned to my right slowly. Then I turned to my left to see the shy girl, had been looking at me from behind her hair.

"um hello?". I whispered. She replied with a very light "eep". It was so silent that I could barely hear it. As soon as she made that noise she directed her attention back to Mr. Grover who had just started class.

I didn't want to get in trouble nor did I want to get her in trouble, so I just decided to leave her alone.

The class went on pretty quick after that. I had lunch next, and I intended to have something at least edible. From what Benjamin said, school lunches are terrible. I saw Benjamin and I waved him over.

He came over and set his plate next to mine. "how's your first ever day of school?". He asked me. I shrugged. "it's alright. Met a girl named Twilight in theater. Then I saw this really pretty girl in health class.". I responded. I mentally face palmed. He was chuckling.

"oh really. T-". He was cut off from what he was about to say by a female voice. "um excuse me?". She said. We both looked at her. She was wearing a skin tight leather jacket, and blue jeans. Her hair was red and yellow.

"can we help you?". I asked. Benjamin always hated when I was being polite but he knew how to keep it to himself. "well me and my friends were wondering if we could sit with you. Since you're new and all.". She said.

I shrugged. "I don't see anything wrong with that. She had a nervous smile when she left to get her friends. She came back a few seconds later with two familiar faces and the rest I didn't know.
"oh hi Twilight.". I said. Twilight smiled and sat down with her tray of food. The rest of the group sat down as well. One of them looked like they were ready to tear my head off, if I tried anything funny.

"so I know Twilight, but I don't know the rest of you.". I said.

"MA names applejack.". The Stetson wearing girl said.

"I am am rarity. A pleasure darling.". The obvious British accent girl said.

"rainbow dash.". The rainbow haired girl muttered.

"I'm pinkie! Party planner extraordinaire!". The hyper girl shouted.

"I'm sunset.". The girl said. She was clearly unsure about us. I could tell by how she spoke to us.

"I'm Fluttershy...". The shy girl finally said. I have to hand it to her. Her personality suits her name well.

"my name is Benjamin. This is my older brother, Ivan.". Benjamin introduced us both. I took a spoonful of my mash potatoes, and my sleeve rolled up a bit. It revealed some of the millions of scars I had all over my body. Fluttershy gasped.

"what happened to your arm... If you don't mind me asking?". She asked. She sounded so concerned. Though it was something I didn't like to talk about. "that's personal.". Benjamin said for me. He sounded serious about it, and it made the rest of the girls straighten a little bit.

Rainbow looked angry. "well excuse my friend for being concerned!". Rainbow spoke up. "well excuse me if my brother can't talk about these scars because he isn't ready yet.". Benjamin stated.

Rainbow let her suspicions get the best of her. "alright cut the act. I know you two are up to something! What are you hiding?". Rainbow said.

"can we not talk about it please?". I asked. I actually sounded like I was on the verge of tears. "it's something I had to suffer through since I was two. I don't like to talk about it.". I said. Everyone calmed down. Even Rainbow looked at me with pity.

Lunch ended, and before I walked out of the room, Fluttershy gave me a pity hug. Then she broke it and walked away. I didn't think much of it. I walked away and finished the school day with science and history. I actually shared history with applejack. When that final period ended I saw applejack again. She waved goodbye to me before getting into a car and driving away.

After mom picked up me and Benjamin she gave me a smirk.
"what's with that look?". I asked.
"who was that you were waving goodbye to?". She asked with interest. "a new friend.". I said.
