Many ponies have their guesses about just how skilled the Princess of Friendship is, but very few know for sure. Known mostly for her intellect and control over magic, Twilight Sparkle jumps at the chance to demonstrate her vast medical knowledge to her students at the School of Friendship. The only problem is nopony needs her help.

And then it hit her. Sometimes, you just have to look deeper. On the surface, many ponies are ordinary, but underneath they have pain and suffering that they bottle deep inside. It's not healthy, and Twilight knows just who needs a little friendship in their life.
