Treatment One

It was the start of a new day in Equestria, and to Twilight Sparkle that meant a new day on the unending quest for knowledge. She had just arrived at the school of friendship to teach a lesson. "Welcome to class, everypony!" Twilight greeted her students as they seated themselves. Most of the class smiled and mumbled a greeting back.

"Hi, Twilight!" exclaimed the Cutie Mark Crusaders. They weren't official students of the School of Friendship, but they visited occasionally to see what they were missing out on.

"We're going to be doing something very exciting in class today." Twilight thought for a moment, putting a hoof to her chin. "Well, I'll be doing something exciting and you'll be watching, but it's basically the same thing." She looked around the room eagerly, secretly thrilled that she would be able to showcase her physical prowess. She knew most ponies saw her as a skilled magician, but she had also gone through complex studies on healing and medicine with Princess Celestia in case something were to happen one day, leaving Twilight as the sole ruler of Equestria.

"So... does anypony have a broken hoof?" asked Twilight. There were murmurs and giggles, but nopony volunteered. "Really? Okay, no problem! Just wait here everypony. I'll be right back." With that, Twilight disappeared in a flash of purple light.

The Cutie Mark Crusaders turned to each other in confusion. "So uh, where do y'all think Twilight's gonna find a pony with a broken hoof?" asked Apple Bloom.

"I don't know, but she's smart so I'm sure she'll figure it out," replied Scootaloo.

"I mean, couldn't Twilight just go break somepony's hoof if she really needed to?" said Sweetie Belle, tilting her head. When her friends didn't reply, she realized she might have misspoken. She raised her hooves innocently. "Not that I think she would!" she added quickly.

"Uh..." Seemingly at a loss for words, Apple Bloom turned her attention back to the front of the room, where Twilight had reappeared with a large metal cage.

"Welcome back, everypony!" Twilight said excitedly. "Yes, Apple Bloom?" she asked as the young farm filly raised her hoof.

"We weren't the ones who left, so shouldn't we be the ones saying 'welcome back' to you?"

"That's a great point, Apple Bloom!" Twilight made her way to Apple Bloom's table with a smile on her face and leaned in close to the filly's ear. "Don't you ever fucking correct me in my classroom again. Do you understand, you moldy piece of shit fruit?"

The young Apple's eyes grew wide with terror and she nodded her head. "Y-yes Twilight, ah'm sorry. W-Won't happen again," she managed to squeak out.

"Good!" replied Twilight. "Now everypony, I'd like you to all welcome Cozy Glow back to our class for the day!" She gestured to the filly inside the cage. She was sitting in a wooden chair, all four legs restrained by Twilight's magical binds. A dark and sinister frown creased her face, and the look she was giving the class made many of the students squirm uncomfortably. They clearly remembered what Cozy Glow had done before her... departure.

Scootaloo raised her hoof. "Um, Twilight? I don't think she has a broken hoof," she pointed out. "How are you gonna show us this technique of yours?"

"That's ridiculous." Twilight opened the cage door and levitated Cozy Glow out beside her. She grabbed the filly's hoof, prompting a vicious snarl from her. However, hard as she tried, Cozy Glow could not escape her bindings. Twilight turned to the class, covering the caged filly with her own body. "Just give me one moment, everypony!" she said and teleported herself and the cage into the hallway.

Twilight slammed a hoof across Cozy Glow's face, warm pleasure washing over her as she heard the surprised cry of pain from filly. "Cozy, what did we say about the conditions of your parole?" She thought she saw a flicker of doubt flash in the pegasus's eyes, but it was replaced so quickly by a fake cutesie smile that she couldn't tell if her eyes were just playing tricks on her.

"I'm sorry, Princess Twilight," Cozy Glow said, her eyes watering with fake tears. "I'm just a little filly who doesn't know any better. I promise I'll take part in your demonstration if you just let me go." Suddenly, she spat at the princess. "Maybe if you let me out then I would be-- hey, what are you AHHHH!"

"Uh, did y'all just hear that?" Apple Bloom asked her friends.

"Uh, you mean the noise that sounded like somepony screaming?" replied Scootaloo. "I think it'd be pretty hard not to."

"I have a bad feeling about this," said Sweetie Belle. She leaned in close in case anypony else was listening. "Maybe we should tell somepony about this, like Starlight." At that moment, Twilight poofed back into the room with Cozy Glow still inside the cage.

"Gather around, everypony! We're all ready for the experiment. Turns out Cozy Glow really did have a broken hoof and Scootaloo is an unqualified, stupid motherfucker who needs to keep her mouth shut!" announced Twilight, staring daggers at the orange pegasus, who gulped and averted her gaze.

The class crowded around Cozy Glow like visitors to a zoo. Despite knowing what she'd done, the three crusaders couldn't help feeling a little sad for her. She was just a filly, though one who had made much bigger mistakes than they ever had. Her front right hoof hung limply, and her jaw was clenched in pain. Sweetie Belle frowned. She hadn't remembered her looking like that when she first entered.

"Now class, I'm going to demonstrate how to fix a broken hoof. It's dislocated, so we'll need to put it back in place. Watch closely." Twilight reached out to take the filly's hoof, but Cozy snapped at Twilight as she did.

"Don't touch me, you purple dragon dick rider," she snarled. Her eyes grew wide as the purple glow of Twilight's magic engulfed her body. The princess turned to the class with a dark smile on her face. She snapped Cozy Glow's leg backward so hard that the tip of her hoof briefly touched the front of the limb, holding in laughter as the filly let out an ear piercing scream. The three crusaders just stared in shock with their eyes wide open. "I'm scared!" whispered Sweetie Belle.

"Well I'm not staying here by myself!" said Scootaloo. "Let's just go before Twilight notices." The three fillies crept to the doorway, doing their best to ignore the sobs from Cozy Glow.

"Where the fuck do you three think you're going?" A shiver ran down the crusaders' spines at the sound of the cold voice behind them.

"Go Scootaloo, you're the fastest since you can fly!" said Apple Bloom, nudging the pegasus forward with her head. "We'll buy time!" But the pegasus turned her head indignantly.

"I can't fly, you shit for brains motherfucker!" replied Scootaloo.

"Oh, ah forgot. Well then I'll go." Apple Bloom slipped around the corner of the hall just as Twilight made her way over.

"Where are you two going?" asked Twilight.

Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo looked around nervously, fidgeting with their hooves. "Uh, washroom?" tried Sweetie Belle. The look of anger spreading across Twilight's face told her that was the wrong answer.

"You've been here long enough to know that the bathroom policy is ONE AT A TIME, and since it looks like Apple Bloom is out, you two can come back and watch the demonstration!" Without hesitation, Twilight teleported back to her position at the front of the room in front of Cozy Glow, this time bringing the two crusaders with her to the front row. She cleared her throat. "Since we're already here, it would be a waste not to get the most out of our subj-- er, volunteer! So today we'll also be going over the anatomy of a prepubescent female pegasus!"

Twilight used her magic to sit Cozy Glow belly up in the chair, each leg pinned outward to a corner of it. She ran a hoof over the filly's small wings, feeling her shiver underneath her touch.
