Chapter 2 Love is in Bloom and PANCAKES!

John got up and made himself some breakfast. He knew that with Luna asleep he wouldn’t have to make pancakes. No offense to her though, but it gets pretty tiresome having pancakes EVERYDAY! So he decided on oatmeal and put some sugar and cinnamon on top. He then walked outside to the gardens and to his surprise there was the goat from the best night ever episode.

“Hi there!” He glanced up at John and went back to gardening. “My name is John and yours?” John smiled sheepishly at the gruff goat.

“Oh my name is Greenleaf.” Greenleaf then went back to taking care of the flowers

“Cool.” With John being giddy with what he accomplished, he practically skipped back to his room. Seeing Luna was still sleeping he decides it was time to wake her up with the loudest and best brony song Love is in Bloom Archie Remix. He grabbed his laptop and portable boom box. He connect those two son of a bitches cranked them to the highest they could go, put ear muffs on, and pressed play. Luna went *Eep!* and jumped on the closest light fixture and all the while John was on the ground choking on his own laughter. Luna glared at him as if this was his last day to live. John fumbled for the boombox and pressed the power button. He smiled as innocently as possible.

“I hate you.” She flew down from the ceiling and landed on the bed.

“Oh I was just teasing you Luna get over it.” Luna looked up at him and pouted.

“I never wake you up so harshly or prank you when you’re sleeping.” John didn’t look amused by her choice of words.

“Really you don’t remember last week when you put whip cream in my left hand and made me wipe my face with it.”

“Oh right... That.”

“So I consider us even now don’t you?”

“Well I guess so. Oh lets have pancakes!”

“I already had breakfast though. So get one of your cooks to make them.”

“But they can’t make them like you can, they don’t have hands.” She pouted at him in hope that he would make her some and she was right John couldn’t resist her look so he looked away.

“I swear you just married me for my hands. Okay but first what will you do for me if I make you these pancakes?” Luna trotted up and whispered things that will not be said. Something rose on John and it certainly wasn’t his arms and legs. “Okay we definitely have a deal now. Let’s go to the kitchen shall we.” John smiled at Luna.
As they headed to the kitchen they got interrupted by a bunch of fillies and colts walking past them, John froze visions of the kid he was holding on to flashing into his mind. ‘Why do I always have trouble going past kids? All that stuff is behind me now.’ Once the kids left the ear shot of John he started to walk, Luna looked at him with concern.

“Are you okay?”

“Yes just bad memories, that’s all.” They continued the rest of the walk in silence. John made her pancakes and they began walking back to the room.

“Why don’t you tell me what’s wrong John? I can see when you’re upset.” John exhaled loudly.

“After the ‘incident’ I have never been the same when I pass a child I instantly get sucked back to that memory and freeze up.”

“Well how can I make you forget that horrible experience?” John looked at her deadpanned.

“Don’t mention it.”

“Alright.” They continued to walk to their room. “Do you think you’ll get over it?”

“Well I don’t know time heals all wounds I guess.” Luna walked in the room first.

“Hey I don’t remember turning off the lights.” John eyes widened and he started to run through the hall

“Luna it’s a....”

“SURPRISE!” Luna jumped at the sudden switch of lighting and all the ponies.

“Ahhh!”

“Trap.” John entered the room while everyone was helping Luna up.

“Oh my gosh, I didn’t know you were going to be that surprised! It’s just that when I heard that you were married I had to throw a party.”

“It’s okay Pinkie I am quite alright with this. But next time no surprises please.”

“Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye.” For some reason John went through the actions with her.
John grabbed Pinkie Pie and spun her to look at him. “Hey who are you and what are you doing with Luna?”

“Oh I’m Pinkie Pie and this is a Party for Luna and John, oh have you seen John?” Luna walked over to them to view his reaction to Pinkie Pie and so far he has done well for himself.

“Yes I have he has dark brown hair on the top of his head, he wears a blue t-shirt and sweat pants. Oh and he is amazing in
bed so I’ve heard.” Luna chuckled at the last part. She enjoyed his little sexual innuendo it livened the day up.

“Hey you look just like him! Can you tell me your name weird ape thingy?”

“Oh my name is John and I am married to the most loving and caring mare. Luna.”

“Awww, that’s so sweet of you to say Johnny!” He smiled at Pinkie Pie. He loved her creative nature and fourth wall breaking. (Which was even better in person)

“Yes very sweet indeed and I bet he has even more sweet things to whisper to me now that I’m here.” John turned around to see Luna smiling at him.

“I especially love how she can sneak up to you even though she wears metal slippers. Also her mane is very stylish.”

“Oh John you always know just what to say to get yourself out of trouble.”

“Hey I do not! All I know is that I find you as a pony very attractive. Also I know how to run night court that helps lighten your mood quite a bit. Oh and foreplay works wonders as well.” Luna blushed at the last part.

“John behave yourself this is a public place with a lot of ponies listening in. What will they think?”

“Oh they’ll just hash this out as John being John.” Twilight stepped out of the crowd. “What John may be doing is quite rude in its own right, but you know usually he doesn’t listen to himself.” Twilight pointed a hoof at Luna. “Also if I recall you were the flirty one back on Earth.”

“Very true but that was in closed company with not so may... ponies around.” Luna looked around. “Half these ponies I don’t even know” John looked at Luna.

“Honey do you want just the elements of harmony and Celest here?” Luna covered her face with her mane like Fluttershy.

“I would prefer that, yes.” John turned his attention to Pinkie Pie.

“Pinkie can you do that for us?” She looked at him funny.

“Okie Dokie Lokie!” She quickly hopped away and started clearing the crowd out of the room. It took about a half hour before everyone was out of the room. Luna gave Pinkie a hug.

“I can’t thank you enough Pinkie.”

“That’s alright I’ll just get John to fill in the rest of your thank yous!” Luna giggled.

“Thanks John.”

“I’m glad to be of service.” Rarity walked up to the group.

“So tell us darling how did you two get together. I can bet the story is most exquisite.” Luna and John looked at each other. John nudged Luna.

“Oh yes well we were talking about getting back home and John was throwing some ideas. Then James the other human
there told everypony to leave except me. That was when he confessed his feelings to me. Oh it was most romantic thing I have ever seen and then I told him to go get me the moon but quickly got saddened knowing what happened to my last lover I so foalishly ignore. SO I said yes and in a few months here we are.” There were a few ‘awww’ s during Luna story but it was relatively silent.

“Wow that’s a great way to show your love is it not.” Rarity swished her hair back. “Oh I do wish I had an admirer like that.” John chuckled, Spike was right beside Twilight with a I Heart Rarity shirt on.

“Oh I think an admirer is closer to you than you think Rarity.”

“Oh you do, well thank you but you’re already engaged.” John stomped his foot in anger.

“No Rarity look at the purple Dragon beside Twilight or are you blind!” By the time his comment came out he was seething with anger. Luna put her hoof on his shoulder and looked into his eyes.

“Please calm down John.” John brushed through his hair and exhaled heavily.

“Sorry I didn’t mean to burst at you like that.” Rarity looked at Spike’s shirt.

“I see him but to tell you the truth he’s too young for me, Spike is still a child in my eyes and I’m afraid to crush a child’s dream. After all I used to have fantasies about my English teacher that pony was a hunk of a stallion.” Twilight came over to join the group.

“So what are you guys talking about?” Twilight said.

“The prank I pulled on Luna earlier today.” John held in his laughter.

“Oh yes do tell us from your reaction it seemed priceless.” Rarity rolled her eyes.

“Well I finished my breakfast and came back to find Luna still asleep so I decided to grab my computer and boom box. I then
blared Love is in Bloom out of its speakers.” John started laughing. “Oh her reaction was priceless.”

“Well that doesn’t seem very funny at all.” Rarity said with a tinge of anger.

“Well how would you like to wake up with a slap of whip cream courtesy of The Prankster of the Night?” Rainbow Dash started laughing. “So I think this was payback.”

“True but you could have done that a little less loud.” Luna pouted. “I have never seen a meaner way of waking a pony up.” John put his hand up in glee.

“Oh! I could have poured water on you or electro shock therapy comes in mind.” John smiled evilly at everyone.

“Well thank you for not doing so then.” There was an awkward silence.

“Oh! Who wants cake?!” Good thing Pinkie was good at breaking tension because soon everyone was dancing and eating cake. “So John how do you like the party?”

John turned towards Pinkie. “It’s a nice party Pinkie, nice and joyful.”

“Good a non enjoyable party is not a party at all.” He rose a glass to her and chugged it down. Pinkie decided to out beat him and chugged down 5 glasses.

“Hey Pinkie what is this stuff?”

“Oh that’s my special grown up punch.”

“So in other words it will make you drunk.”

“Yep!” Pinkie started swaying side to side. “I feel a little tipsy wispy.” She dropped like a rock.

“Wow guess some one can’t handle their liquor.” John walked over to the group of girls in the corner. “Hey Luna how many glasses of that ‘punch’ did you have?”

“Oh about three, why?” John went up to Luna’s ear.

“The punch has been spiked.” Luna’s eyes widen

“Oh crap.”

“Indeed.” John stood up.

“Okay everyone outside and someone drag Pinkie out.”

“But the party just started!”

“Well in two minutes everyone will be drunk so I have to take care of Lulu.” There was a bit of grumbling but soon everyone was out of their room. “Hey Luna are doing okay because I feel good.” Luna turned to John.

“Oh I feel like I could take on thousands of humans right now.” John chuckled.

“Well good thing I’m not that dangerous or I would be toast.”

“Oh yes I would drain your HP really fast.”

“So do you want to watch a movie?”

“Oh how about Die Hard 3?”

“Sure.” John got up and activated his IPad he then put the projector accessory on it. He aimed at the white part of the wall and pressed play. “Hey do you want some popcorn?”

“Yeah thanks.” John headed to the kitchen when he heard a thud noise. He walked back into the bedroom to see Luna fast asleep on the couch. He sighed. “Well looks like I’m not getting anything tonight.” John carried Luna to bed and he went in the hallway. He walked to the court room and saw a pony with a short brown mane and a same colored coat. His cutie mark was an hour glass. “Hey Doctor Whooves right?” The brown earth pony looked at him.

“Yes that is me and Doctor will do just fine.” He had a British accent like David Tennant’s.

“You are a Time lord right, TARDIS and everything or am I wrong?”

“Well I guess I am a traveller of some sorts but I gave that up a long time ago, so human how did you figure out who I was?”

“Well you see in my world your adventures are on the TV.” The Doctor narrowed his eyes.

“Prove it.”

“Okay.” John took a big breath. “ TARDIS, River Song, Amy, Rory, Rose, Cybermen, Daleks, Pandora’s Box, and Martha.” The Doctor opened his eyes wide.

“Wow you do know a lot of stuff and so how did you get here?”

“Oh Luna, Twilight, and Luna found out a dimensional travel spell. I and Luna fell in love and I came here to marry her.”

“Good for you mate! I never would have thought she could fall in love again after the knight.”

“Well real nice seeing you and all but I have to get to sleep.”

“Hope to see you around.”

“Me too.” John head back to their bedroom and collided with the bed. Soon he found himself fast asleep.

A/N: Okay I have school so chapter will go severely slower than they usually do but I hope you like the story so far. Oh and sorry for the Doctor Who reference but I just had to do that.
