Sunset looked out the car window as Nightlight drove them through the neighborhood towards her soon to be new home. “Id of never pictured you guys to live in some place this fancy!” She said giggling before looking back to her bodymate.

Twilight blushed and giggled as well. “Its not that fancy.” She said looking down at their outfit. They wore Sunset’s light blue top and jacket, as well as her pants, but with Twilight’s shoes as the girls werent to confident on walking in heeled boots just yet.

“Well, compared to the neighborhood I lived in? Yeah, its pretty fancy” Sunset said with another giggle as the car pulled into the driveway.

“Alright Mrs. Shimmer, welcome to your new home!” Mrs. Velvet said getting out of the car and turning around to get the back door open. The pair got out of their seat and began pulling their belongings that were brought to the hospital as well as the Switch. Doctor Disco gave it to them as they were leaving, saying it was meant for them all along to keep, to help with their teamwork, even though he was sure they would just end up playing it for fun.

Sunset looked up at the house and whistled. “Nice place Twi. So where do I stay?” she asked only for the family to chuckle as Twilight pointed at herself. “With me silly. My rooms right there.” She said then pointing at the front left corner of the house on the second floor. “Oh, right hehe” Sunset said giggling with the family as they made their way inside only to hear barking.

“Oh no, I forgot about Spike!” Twilight said as a purple and green puppy came charging at them down the stairs and leapt up into their arms licking Twilight’s face happily. “Hehe, I missed you to Spike!” She said as Spike then noticed one of the hands holding him wasnt his owners and looked to see a second head next to his owners. The two walked over to the couch and sat down with him as he then proceeded to sniff the new person who was somehow attached to Twilight.

“Spike, this is Sunset. She’s going to be living here with us.” Twilight said as Sunset lifted her hand for Spike to sniff. Eventually, he got over the shock and licked her hand, causing the girl to giggle before he jumped up and started licking her face as well. The pair laughed at how adorable he was being before standing up and heading upstairs.

“Dont get to comfy up there girls. We got alot to discuss down here.” Nightlight said as he stepped into the kitchen.

“Ok, Dad. Im gonna at least show Sunset around my room abit.” Twilight shouted down as the pair carried their things and Spike up stairs. Stepping into their room, Sunset looked around slightly impressed at how much space the room had.

“Its almost as big as my old apartment.” She said as they set their stuff on Twilight’s bed before noticing a few boxes in the corner. “Whats all of the boxes over there for? Sunset asked as they kicked off their shoes.

“Oh, thats all your stuff!” Twilight said as they walked over to show Sunset, pulling out Sunset’s lava lamp.

“Oh neat! How much of my stuff did you get?” She asked looking through it all. “As much as we could. Rainbow Dash spotted us moving you out and helped out. She was pretty helpful at saying what youd love to keep and what could be thrown away.” She said noticing Sunset lower her head and sigh. “Dont worry sis. Its in the past now.” She said taking her hand. Nodding, Sunset took a deep breath to calm herself before her nervousness caused their body to stop functioning for abit and turned to Twilight.

“So, how are we gonna set my stuff up? It seems most of your room has been taken up?” She asked as they turned to look at the room. “Well, I was thinking over the break, we could work on taking down some of my stuff and stick them in my lab outback and work some of your things into our room.” She said pulling out some christmas light’s Sunset had strung up in her room. “Think these would look great strung around the room hehe.” Giggling, Sunset nodded and they put them back into the box as their stomach growled.

“Guess we can go and grab some food while your parents talk to us about whatever they wanted to talk about?” Sunset said as they petted Spike before heading downstairs.

Nightlight opened his laptop up and began typing on his keyboard for abit. “What do you think we should do about school for them hun? They both go to two different schools.” He said as he pulled up a pizza joint and began searching for some food to order.

Twilight sighed and turned to her husband, a warm tea in her hands. “Honestly, Im thinking we take Sunset out of her school and put her in Crystal Prep. Did you see how she acted every time someone from Canterlot High was either mentioned or showed up at the hospital? It caused her to become upset and had their body just stop working for abit. Itd just be worse if they went to Canterlot.” She said sipping her tea.

“I was feeling the same way. Though I have a feeling were gonna have to talk to both principles as well to see what should be done.” He said as he finished placing the order as he heard a single pair of feet come down the stairs only to see the girls slide into the kitchen. “Ah, timing, I just placed an order for pizza!” He said closing his laptop causing the girls to blush giggling that they were found out on why they came down and walked over to the island and sat down as Velvet walked over and sat on the other side.

“While we wait, we wanted to talk to you both about school.” She said putting her cup down. Watching Sunset sigh, she continued, “We talked it over, and we think it would suit you both to go to Crystal Prep after everything weve heard from Canterlot High happen to you Sunset.” She said watching the girl’s look at her.

“Mom, Crystal Prep is one of the hardest schools to get into, and while I dont doubt Sunset’s intellect, Shed also have to prove her athleticism in order to get in, and I already had struggled there, so i know well struggle trying to get her in.” Twilight said with a questioning her families choices.

“Im sure Principle Cinch will at least listen to us for abit on the situation before making a decision.” Nightlight said as he stood up to go to the fridge. “Well call her and Sunset’s principle over after lunch to discuss things.

Cinch grumbled as she walked up toward the Sparkle residence. She wanted to at least enjoy her holiday away from her students for a few more days before she had to worry about work again, but apparently something came up in the Sparkle family that they needed to see her for. Right before she was about to knock, she heard another car pull up. Turning around, she saw her school rivals, Celestia and Luna, get out of the car and walked up towards the house.

“Im sorry you two, but what are you doing here?” Cinch asked crossing her arms. Celestia frowned seeing her and folded hers as well. “We were called because a student of ours who went missing a few days ago is here.” She said before asking why Cinch was there.

“I was called here because The Sparkle family wanted to discuss something with me about a student of mine.” She said frowning before turning to the door about to knock only for Twilight Velvet to open the door. “Oh good, your both here! We have abit to talk about.” She said inviting all three into their home. As the women walked in, they heard the sounds of their two students in the living room, which caused Celestia and Luna to run forward.

“SUNSET!” they both shouted turning the corner only to gasp at what they saw. Rolling her eyes, Cinch walked forward about to address Twilight Sparkle only to see what the sister’s saw. “Oh my...” She said as they looked at the two girls sitting on the couch, both looking at their principles before getting up and walking over to them on one pair of legs.

“Sunset... What happened to you? To both of you?” Luna asked the girl causing the fiery haired teen to look away nervous. Twilight spoke up for her instead, “She was beaten to near death by some Canterlot High students, and the Doctors at the hospital had to combine her to me in order to save her life.” She said to the two women.

Celestia gasped and went to her knees in shock. “M-My students... were heartless enough.. to do this to you?” She asked shaking looking down at the floor. Cinch looked the two pairs of sisters over and then walked over to Celestia. “Just what caused your school to act like this to a single girl?” she asked only for Sunset to speak out.

“It was someone on Mystable called ‘Anon-A-Miss’. They started posting everyone at school’s secrets and used me as the scapegoat...” She said shutting her eyes as Twilight took her hand in hers to comfort her. Luna stepped forward and put her hand on Sunset’s shoulder causing the girl to look up at her.

“We caught them. We caught Anon-A-Miss... apparently Applebloom had a change of heart after seeing you destroyed... Was a shame she had it right before you got kidnapped.” Luna said sighing as Sunset frowned. “It... it was Applebloom? All along?” She asked talking through grinding teeth. Luna nodded before adding, “her and her friends have been found out and will be telling the school what they did to everyone after the break, you can be sure of that.” She said crossing her arms before looking to Velvet.

“Im guessing with Cinch here as well, you want to pull one of the girls out and have them transfer to the others?” She asked to which Velvet nodded. “We were thinking it best to take Sunset out of Canterlot and send her to Crystal Prep after all shes been through.” Twilight Velvet said walking over behind her daughters putting her hands on their shoulders.

“I think itd be best for the girls to be in a place where Sunset wont be attacked on a daily bases for something she had no part in." Celestia sighed and nodded as she stood back up. “I suppose that is for the best. What do you say Cinch?” She asked turning towards the other principle. Closing her eyes, Cinch thought it over and nodded. “Yes, I think itd be smart for Mrs. Shimmer here to start taking classes at Crystal Prep. Im sure right now we can make a slight exception from the two of them on terms of their athletics program, but I do expect you two to at least participate in them none the less.” She said folding her arms.

Sunset looked at her sister and smiled holding her hand. “Looks like were classmates now!” She said happily as the two began giggling and jumping in place. The trio of women watched Twilight’s kids in amazement. “How long have they been able to act as one?” Luna asked looking at Nightlight.

“Apparently they started that only a few hours after they woke up, though for some reason sometimes their bond fails and they wont be able to act as one for abit.” He said stepping behind the girls as they calmed down. Cinch studied the two and turned to the parents.

“I shall expect the paperwork to be filled out after Christmas. Im sure after all of this, they would like some time to not think about school for now.” She said about to leave when Celestia stopped her.

“Cinch, one more thing... Is it ok to have them miss the first day of classes? I want Sunset present at the assembly to show the students the consequences for their actions.” Sighing, Cinch turned to the girls as they sat back down pulling out their Switch to play some more before turning back to Celestia and whispered, “I do agree that they should be present for that, but that is Mrs. Shimmer’s choice. If she says yes, I will personally bring them to your school.” With that, she turned and stepped out the door. Celestia turned and stepped back into the living room to see Luna holding one of the controllers as she played with the duo.

“Having fun sister?” She asked only for her to shush her, clearly in the zone. “TAKE THAT YOU VILE BEAST!” She shouted in victory as she smashed the boss they were fighting with her massive two handed sword straight in the forehead only for the girls to slice it apart with the Master Sword. “Hows it feel to be beaten by a two headed girl Ganon?” Sunset asked smugly as she and Twilight folded their arms in victory.

Giggling, Celestia turned towards Velvet and Nightlight. “I can see shes in good hands here.” She said before adding, “I want to bring Applebloom and her friends over to have them see the result of their actions later this week.” The couple looked at each other and nodded.

“It would be wise to have them learn how their actions have consequences...” Nightlight said before pulling his phone out and checking the calendar. “Make it Friday. Tomorrow and Thursday were gonna take them christmas shopping. Something tells me that girl has never even had a proper christmas being an orphan and all.” He said sadly looking at his new daughter.

Nodding, Celestia opened her phone to its calendar and punched in a few keys before putting it away. “Ill see to it their families are aware they will be busy on Friday at once.” She said before calling her sister to the hallway. “Luna, its time we leave. We have a few things to take care off.” She said as Luna sighed and gave the girls a hug before getting up to go.

“We should do this again sometime” She said as the two giggled putting the system down and walked with her to the hallway. “Sunset, well see you later this week with the paper work for your transfer.” Celestia said before hugging the girl. Sunset and hugged her back smiling abit. “Thank you Principle Celestia.” She said as the two sisters went to their car.

Twilight Velvet then turned to the girls and asked, “Ok, now that thats over with, we can call Cadence and Shining Armor over here to put the tree up!”
