Luna grumbled in her sleep as the sunlight began to force its way through her eyelids, she turned away irritably waiting for the maids to come rushing in and force her up. But they didn't come, after a minute she opened her eyes and found herself looking at unfamiliar walls. She was confused for a second before she remembered where she was and a smile lit up her face as she put a pillow on her face and reveled in the fact that she could sleep in if she wanted to. She didn't but she could. She instead lay on her back, spread her wings out and just let it soak in that she could lay there for as long as she wanted and no maids would come rushing in to make her get up. She would have laid there all day if a smell hadn't snuck in through the hall and made her stomach grumble.

"Alright," Luna said as she got out of her bed "Food wins," She quickly got dressed, putting on a light gray shirt and dark grey shorts, before opening her bedroom door and getting completely lost in the maze of confusion that was the castles identical doors. After failing to find the source of the smell in the span of 5 minutes she lit her horn and teleported to Spike, who was making them both breakfast. Her appearance out of thin air with no warning surprised Spike in no visible manner.

"Congratulations," He said, a click drawing Luna's eyes to one of his hands revealing a stopwatch in it "You beat Starlight's time,"

"Time in what?" She demanded as Spike pocketed the watch and began setting the table for two.

"It took Starlight maybe 20 minutes before she gave up and teleported to the kitchen, Shining and Cadance both gave up and just went to sugar cube corner," Spike pointed at himself "I end up jumping out a window and walking back in through the front door to find the kitchen on my first day, and Twilight just teleported here instantly, so congrats you're in third place,"

"How did you beat my time?" Luna demanded as she partook of the food.

"I opened one door, looked at the infinite duplicates of the same door, and jumped out the nearest window, my time was about 2 minutes, yours is a little over 5," Luna squinted her eyes at Spike but before she could say anything he added "And no, you don't get a re-do,"

"Bullshit," Luna snapped after swallowing her food "you didn't tell me it was a contest, and how would you even know when I awoke from my sleep,"

"Celestia informed me that she swapped you and Twilight's sleep schedule, and true to form your awake and ready for breakfast just a few minutes after Twilight usually would, so you've been awake and stumbling about for a little over five minutes," Luna stared at Spike for a good long second before grumpily taking a bite out of her food.

"Lucky guess," She muttered irritably as Spike passed her a mug of black coffee and a tray with all the fixings, the Two settled in for a nice quiet breakfast that lasted an impressive 20 seconds before they began arguing again.

"So what if I played as Pugmancer in Borderworlds Fallenempire?" Spike demanded, "She has exploding Pugs and laser cubes! That's way more Interesting that the Recon Ranger,"

"Recon Ranger takes 15% less damage from all attacks, their bio-suit comes with a shoulder-mounted cannon, and their face mask makes them the only character that doesn't take constant damage in any irritated areas and it has a consistent playstyle, and they dam well can't kill themself with their own dogs!"

"But the face mask also makes them the only character who can't regain health from any food found in the overworld," Luna smiled at that and Spike frowned.

"That was true... until last Thursday when they released the Vacation planet DLC!" Spike blinked.

"Dammit I don't have that," Spike said angrily and the conversation instantly switched tones.

"Oh, I highly recommend it," Luna encouraged with a grin "Main story's only about an hour or 2 long but you get some good gear just for starting it," Spike scratched his chin.

"Dammit I wanted to tryout Equestrian Kombat X, but if there's a New DLC for BwFe...." before Spike could go down the rabbit hole of what to do Luna gave him a solution.

"I don't have anything going on," She decided "Why don't we play both? should only take a few minutes to upload my account onto your gaming station and then we can start out with Kombat X and once we get board we can hope into BwFe and get your Pugmancer...whatever she gets from the DLC I haven't actually checked," Luna need no response as Spike began downing his food at a very quick pace, Luna was about to continue eating as she usually did then blinked. "Fuck it," She decided and began downing her food in a similar manner to Spike, it took little to no time for the two to finish and they made their way to Spike's game room, it was a pretty chill looking place, he had a few gaming consoles lined up on a shelf with their wires and controlled neatly packaged beneath them, Luna gave the room a look around as Spike picked the station that he owned the two games for and began hooking it up, there was a mini-fridge in the corner along with a table housing an open bag of partially stale chips.

He had a nice section of floor space set aside for his Magically enhanced Virtual reality gear, and two shelves overflowing with games, the main attraction was his double set up of Wall hanging monitors that functioned as his Computer monitors and as a clever way to make local-only two player games feel less cramped, beneath the monitors was a desk housing Spike's computer and the Game console he had just set up, along with a selection of 12 games that Luna assumed where either his favorites of the ones he was currently most invested in, a little ways back from the monitors were two chairs, on a recliner and the other a rocking chair, Spike claimed the rocker and handed Luna her controller as she took her seat.

"Alright," Luna said with a smile "Time to kick your virtual ass,"

If I ever figure out how to code a game I am so making a game featuring both the Pugmancer and Recon Ranger

I couldn't pick a game so Broderworlds Fallenempire is just Borderlands, Outerworlds, and Fallout all mixed together into an incoherent mess.
