Rise of the human's revolution
Chapter 4 - Horses with guns
Previous ChapterNext ChapterSince now that Khan, and the others retrieved his truck. They were able to get the weapons for their next plan of action, and Tempest Shadow was training with the others. Khan had some of the members build a shooting range which fits his style of training, this gave great results. Tempest was getting off on her new weapon, which Khan taught her to use properly. At first it scared them as one of the rebels fired by mistake, but over time they got used to it by now.
"So, how is the training coming along Captain?" Khan asked looking at Tempest.
"It is more than enough to overwhelm Ponyville." Tempest replied with a smile on her face, while polishing her weapon. "This is better than I planned, Celestia will be begging for peace, and release our human allies."
"I was just wondering, when are we going to rescue Sparkplug?" Khan asked as he was checking his outfit, making sure in was in fine condition.
"Like I said before Khan, we have to wait until we get orders from Ember." Tempest said as she got up to put her weapon away on a nearby rack to store guns at on the truck.
1 week later
It was getting boring in the cave with the band of outlaws. Now things are going downhill with Khan as he was waiting anxiously for news from the rebel leader, and he had little choice in the matter. Just as he was on guard duty outside the hideout, a old looking female griffon came to the mouth of the cave.
"Halt! Who goes there?!" Khan yelled as he pointed his rifle made out of a piece of pipe at the griffon.
"My name is White Flyer, and I have come to deliver news from Ember herself." She said as she reached for her pouch, and pulled out a piece of paper. "This is to be done at once young man, now double time!"
With that she flew off in the distance, Khan did as he was told, and rushed back in the cave to give the letter to Tempest. Some of the outlaws were busy sharpening their melee weapons, the others are still trying to get used to the ranged weapons. Tempest was now in the war room with the others as they were now looking over the weakness of the new human center, designed to training humans to behave more.
"I got a letter from a old griffon that just arrived." Khan said causing the others to turn to him.
"Who is it from?" Tempest asked.
"She said it was from Ember herself." Khan replied as the others perk their ears up with interest. Tempest looked at the letter, and readied it out loud.
Dear Captain Tempest Shadow
I have heard that you found a human with the weapons to aid in this rebellion, and information about what the equestrians are building. I am impressed that you manage to find a useful ally indeed, however do to this unexpected thing. I will arrive at your hideout myself, and I better see this human myself face to face when I arrive. Also what my next plan of action is you ask, now I thought about it, and I decided that the human reconditioning center should be liberated at any cost.
Signed Ember the Dragon Lord
P.S. This human sounds like someone I just have to meet after everything he has done for us.
Tempest looked at Khan, and the others with confident looks.
"Well Khan, I think we won't be able to save your friend after all, I'm sorry." Tempest said as her ears flopped down in sadness. Khan walked up to her with a concern look.
"Don't worry about it Tempest." Khan said as she looked at him raising a hopeful expression. "I know Sparkplug, he is strong, and incredibly smart when it comes to endurance. I can let this slide for now, but promise me that if we do mange to destroy that hell hole we will look for him right?" Tempest stood tall in front of Khan with a strong look.
"I promise we will look for him Khan." Tempest replied as she looked back towards the others the had the same idea.
"Thank you all, and I will help you in this fight, for the new republic!" He yelled out as the others did the same.
"FOR THE NEW REPUBLIC!" With that their own moral had increased even further.
Meanwhile at the construction site for the new human center
The equestrians were forcing the human slaves to build the new center. The human slaves only use of tools were hammers, chisels, and wooden shovels. The Royal guards were keeping an eye on the slaves, while the other guards just laying back not caring about anything, and the humans have been given stale bread in large wooden crates. One of the humans had a finer set of gear on, and this made the others look at him with curiosity. One of the humans tapped behind this human's fine clothing.
"What tribe did you come from weird one?" The slave asked.
"Pardon me, but I did not come from any tribe around here." Sparkplug replied as he continued to shove the new materials that arrived the day before he got into this mess.
"What happen to you, that they have sent a human with finer clothing here of all places?" The slave asked as Sparkplug looked back at him.
"Turns out, a certain horse lady wanted to get closer to me, and her dad threw me out of their house." Sparkplug said stretching his fingers. "Because of them I'm sent to work at this place with you all, and I haven't got a moments peace for the past week."
"Quit talking down there, and get back to work!" The pony slaver yelled as he cracked his whip scaring the other humans back to their work places. Sparkplug went back to do more shoveling, while the other human slaves worked on building up the conditioning center. The guards were mostly looking at Sparkplug, because they heard of what he had done to the other guards back weeks ago, and this gave them reason to not let Sparkplug have a moments rest.
After everything was done the ponies sent the human slaves to their quarters. As for Sparkplug, he was ordered to stay behind as the other humans left him alone. Just then some of the royal guards came up to him with a unicorn stallion in a white suit looking rich with a green mane, and eyes.
"Greetings to you my new human friend." The unicorn said making Sparkplug look at him with a weird expression. "Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Money Bags owner of the Human Slave Trader. The only other reason I came to you is cause you are not like the other humans in this awful place, I came to offer you my help in being supportive for my next campaign." As he finished he showed Sparkplug a picture of Money Bags running as Ponyville's mayor.
"What does this poster have anything to do with me?" Sparkplug asked looking back at him.
"You are going to be apart of my campaign. Once I become elected, I will open up a new building to provide the locals, and their humans with great amount of wealth." Money Bags said as he gave Sparkplug a piece of paper, and a pen with it.
"Uh, well if it involves me getting out of this area for a while then fine I'm in." Sparkplug said as he took the pen, and written down his name on it.
"Excellent!" Money Bags exclaimed as he rolled up the paper in his hands. "I have a carriage ready for departure within an hour. So feel free to use my soap products, you must have very rough hands after everything you been through."
Back at the outlaw's hideout
"Alright everypony! Lets go over the plan one last time!" Tempest said as the group, and Khan got around a model of the human center construction site. "We have everything in place, all that we need is the way we infiltrate the place. So here is the plan of action I have seen in the documents so far." As she had another model out, but this one had figures of royal guard ponies at certain areas of the site.
"First, we sneak through two unicorn elite guards, then we take care of the watcher, as he guards the keys, and the codes for the human cells that they are holding the slaves. Lastly if we are detected by the guard, kill those who get in our way, and wreck havoc to the area. Any questions?" Tempest asked as she looked around to see no one say a word. "Alright then lets move out!" And the rebels moved out towards Ponyville after dark at 9:23 P.M.
Now back at Ponyville
The Royal Guard was on patrol as they activated the spot light controls watching over some of the human slaves still working over time. The slaves worked really hard during the day, and now it was getting worse at night. Sparkplug although he made a deal with Money Bags early, he was still working out in the site finishing up the work for the ponies. One of the royal guards looked at Sparkplug as he threw a wooden mug on Sparkplug's head, hitting him on the forehead as he looked up at the guards smirking.
"Hey monkey, you missed a spot!" One of the cocky ponies said pointing towards the mug, making Sparkplug moan as he reached for it. Sparkplug picked up the mug, as he made his way towards the guards offering their mug back, and a Pegasus mare slapped the mug right out of Sparkplug's hands.
"I don't want it, you throw away yourself!" The Pegasus mare snapped as she pointed her finger towards the nearby trash can about ten feet away from where they were standing.
