Chapter 5 - Igniting the revolution

Just as Sparkplug was working overtime. Khan, Tempest, and the rest of the rebels were sneaking through the shadows. They slipped past guard patrols, while also looking to see any human slaves being left out with no ponies guarding them. The royal guards were busy lazing around, not paying any attention to what was going on outside, as they left 3 humans in a cage outside. Khan went over to the cage to check who was in there, and found out that they were 2 males and one female wearing ragged robes.

"I have come to get you out." Khan whispered as he got his knife out, and started to pick at the locks.

"Oh, thank you so much sir." The female whispered back as Khan got the lock opened, and the cage swung open letting they out.

"Ok, your free now. You wanna help liberate our brothers, or head back to our hideout? The choice is yours."

The three humans looked at one another, after that they nodded their heads, and looked back at Khan.

"We rather fight with you brother." One of the males replied as Khan now pulled out a iron dagger, and gave it to him.

"Well you better keep up, and be prepared for anything." Khan said as he gave the other two humans kitchen knifes. Just then Tempest whistled for Khan's attention.

"We are ready to assault the royal guard's outpost a few blocks away from here. Get ready to take out the guards when we get there." Tempest ordered as she was crouching down, and slipping into the shadows.

Khan, along with his new followers got the message, they were heading towards the outpost. This outpost had guards patrolling non stop, and the moment a guard takes a break, another one takes his place. They also had search lights along the walls both inside, and outside making sure that no human gets in, or out. Khan was on the other side of the outpost's walls, while Tempest and he group were on the opposite side looking towards one another.

"Alright Khan, lets see how you handle this situation." Tempest said as she signaled Khan with her horn flashing in Morse code saying: Find us a way inside. Khan understood as he remembered sunlight reflection communications back in his old homeworld.

"Alright you guys." Khan whispered to the humans next to him. "I will take the lead, you follow, and don't do anything stupid I need you all alive."

Khan looked around to look for a weakness, and at first he couldn't find any. He then saw a hole small enough for a human to get through, so he decided to use that hole to get into the outpost.

"Alright will sneak through this." Khan said as he showed the other humans the hole. "We can use this to get in, and free any humans inside, but keep it quite."

The other humans understood, as Khan crawled right through the hole with the others following behind him. They reached the other side to see it was not just an outpost, but the human reconditing center being built right inside the outpost. It was horrifying to see, human slaves force to build for the ponies, and the ponies were making sure that they were working twice as hard.

Just then a sound of whipping came off in the distance. Khan looked over to see not just any other human, but his gunner Sparkplug, and he was being whipped by a royal guard with a whip in his hands.

"You ungrateful creature!" The guard yelled out, as he whipped Sparkplug again, but this time across his shoulder plate. "We gave you food, shelter, and this is the result you give us?!"

"I have been doing my best sir honest!" Sparkplug said, only to be whipped again.

"Its not good enough, we need better results than this!" He said as he continued whipping Sparkplug really hard.

Khan then decided to do the 'bait and snatch' technique. So he gathered the others around him together to reveal his plan of action.

"We are rescuing this one." He said looking at one of the male humans. "We are going to have to kill him."

"How do we do that my chief?" One of them asked.

"Simple, you distract him by throwing rocks at him, while me, and the others go down to save Sparkplug."

"Oh, good idea, its payback time for these sacks of horse flesh." The female human said with venom in her words.

With that Khan, along with a few others, waited for the other human to begin the distraction. The other human male got into position, as he then begin to pile rocks to start throwing right when Khan gives the order. Khan then raised his hand readying his support to begin bombardment anytime now. Just then the royal stopped whipping Sparkplug to take a breather.

"Whew!" He said as the other guards came in. "Finish the job, I have no use of him anymore." The others next to him got themselves ready to get rid of Sparkplug. Just then, Khan ordered his support to throw one of his rocks at the pony who whipped Sparkplug first, and he did it hit the pony right in the face.

"OWW!" The royal guard yelled recovering from the impact of that rock thrown at him. "Who threw that rock?!" He then looked up to see a human slave in rags throw another rock, only this time at on of the others around him.

"Get that slave so I came kill him myself!" The royal guard ordered, as the other guards were rushing in to catch the human. He was still throwing rocks down on them keeping them distracted. During the scene, Khan with the others ran to Sparkplug seeing him in bad shape.

"Sparkplug." Khan cried. "Sparkplug, are you alright?" Just then Sparkplug's head turned towards Khan, and had wide eyes as he saw Khan alive.

"Boss, you're alive." Sparkplug said as he tried to lift himself up, only to feel a sting, and laid flat down again.

"Don't move, your still hurt." Khan ordered as he told the other two humans to pick him up, and they did. The other two humans carried Sparkplug away from the area, as turned towards the ponies that now looked like they caught the human throwing rocks earlier. Khan then pulled out his mace, as he made his way towards the ponies.

"You are so going to die human!" The royal guard said as he pointed his sword towards the pinned human.

"No, your the one going to die, horse flesh!" Khan yelled as he quickly swung his weapon. Just before the guard could react, his head was smashed in causing his friends to freak at the sight of a splattered body in front of them. "Fight!"

The two humans got into their fighting stance, as they prepared for each others moves. Just then Khan made the first move as he swung his weapon towards the ponies. One of them took out his weapon, only to be stopped as the other human stabbed him in the throat.

"Sound the alarm! Call for help!" One of the guards ordered, and one of the nearby guards rushed to hit the alarm.

"Oh no you don't!" Khan yelled out, as he threw his mace at the alarm switch, crushing the guard's hand in the process.

After that, another guard came out of no where to pin Khan down, with a dagger in his hands. He was trying to stab Khan in the mouth, while Khan was struggling to shake the guard off of him. Just then, Tempest showed up with the other rebels, as she drove her blade right into the guards head saving Khan.

"Great job solider." Tempest said, as she reached to grab Khan's hand. "How was your first time leading this party of your?"

"Well, like every other leaders says: Like leading a bunch of unsupervised children through the game of life." Khan replied as he got up on his feet.

"Heard you got your friend back. Don't worry our healers will fix him in no time."

"So what now?"

"Now, we make our way to the humans cages to free them. They will help us place these explosives out to destroy the site."

Tempest then had a diamond dog with ten sticks of TNT on his person, and was wearing goggles on.

"Got it Tempest." Khan said, as he was now following the diamond dog towards the construction site. Tempest was freeing the other humans, escorting them to the portal which lead directly towards the hideout. Khan was done setting the explosives, and headed for Tempest's location, as she was freeing the last of the humans.

"Alright, that's the last of them." Tempest said as she looked at Khan with a devilish look in her eyes.

"We did well Captain, we showed the princesses what for." Khan boasted making Tempest laugh.

"Oh boy! If only I could see the looks on their faces of what we did here today. Now light the fuse!"

With that she ordered the diamond dog, as he lit the fuse. The others got to running as they went through the portal, and after that, the site/outpost blew up so loud it woke every citizen in Ponyville.

Twilight was sleeping peacefully, until she heard a loud sound in the distance.

"What the hay?!" She exclaimed as she put on her clothes, and ran outside.

Many other ponies were in their clothes when they came outside. They all headed for the outpost, and were in complete shock of what they saw. The outpost that was also a human reconditing center, was in complete ruins.

"Sweet mother of celestia!" A familiar cyan Pegasus mare yelled in horror.

"What in tarnation happened here?!" An orange mare with a cowboy hat asked.

Just then, the royal guards came into the scene, looking pale, and angry at the same time. Right after the townsfolk got together, a purple alicorn flew on the scene, with a look of disbelief on her face. All that devastation made her dropped to her knees, while tears leaked from her eyes.

"How?" Twilight asked as she sobbed. "How could this happen? Those poor guards, and the place that would solve our human problem, destroyed!"

"Hey guys, I think I found something." A butter yellow Pegasus called out getting her friend's attention. They listened to Fluttershy, and went to her. As they got up close, Fluttershy picked up a piece of cloth belonging to Khan himself. With that Rainbow dash burst out in anger.

"That bucker!" She yelled as she bash a nearby trash can. "That human scumbag snuck in, and destroyed everything!"

"Yeah, where were the royal guards when we needed them?" Said a random pony, as they looked at the guards, with judging eyes. The guards looked awfully nervous for not doing their jobs, but one of them spoke out in defense.

"Fear not our ponies!" A pony guard said as he stepped forward towards the crowd. "After the events of this human escaped last time. Our Captain sent a emergency message to her highness Princess Celestia's aid, and will show up. We will track down this human, and make him pay for throwing our way of life in the gutter."

With that the public stirred to angry, and demand justice from Celestia. Twilight along with her friends still could not believe of what happened here tonight. A human, with the aid of some rebels, single handedly destroyed a piece of Ponyville, a piece of a friendly nation.

"Therefore." The pony guard continued. "Once we gather enough forces, we will kill this monster for his crimes against our peacefully life style in Ponyville!" After that the crowd cheered at the idea, leaving the main six in disarray.

Back at the hideout

The group of rebels returned home with human slaves, along with more prisoners with them. Khan checked up on Sparkplug, worrying for his ally's life. Just then Tempest walked into the room with a sad look on her face, as she could tell on Khan's expression. So, she walked over to him, patting him on the back to get his attention.

"I know how you feel Khan." She said looking into his eyes. "I too know what its like, worrying about somepony. I worried about my friend long ago, but now its past history now."

"Thanks Captain." Khan said as he turned to Sparkplug on the bed. "He with Butcher are the one people in my life."

With that he left, leaving Tempest behind. She then walked to the entrance to the hideout, with her arms across her chest in discomfort. 'What is this feeling?' She thought to herself looking up at the night sky. Just as she was thinking to herself, a female human walked up to Tempest, and tapped her shoulder causing her to turn around quickly.

"Oh! Um, what do you want?" Tempest asked as she calmed down.

"Well, first of all. I wanted to inform you that the prisoners we brought back had valuable info of the military the equestrians have in Ponyville." The human girl said as she handed over a paper of the numbers they had. "Also I couldn't help but wonder, are you feeling well Captain?"

Tempest looked away from the human girl. "I feel perfect as always." She replied in a strong tone. "But, I may have to talk to you about Khan."

"What about him?" She asked.

"Ever since we met him. I feel a certain passion when he shows his warrior side, and I really like that side of him. But, when I see him down, I feel sick to my stomach."

"Oh, I see what's going on here." The human girl said in a cute like tone.

Tempest then looked back towards her with her ears perked up. "What, what is going on?" She asked.

"Your in love." The human girl replied making a heart shape with her hands. This caused Tempest's ears to move back and forth with embarrassment, while her face blushed dark purple. Tempest's mouth hung wide open to what her ally just said to her.

"N-no I'm not." Tempest snapped as she tried to hide her face from her friends, as she continued to tease her Captain.

"Oh, but it looks that way. Come on admit it already."

Tempest looked back at her friend, and took a deep breath as she faced her. "Ok, Ok, I somehow have fallen for this guy, but I can handle this on my own got it?"

"Of course my Captain. Feel free to ask anything from me. After all, who could resisted a hot blood mare like you anyways?" With that the human girl left, leaving Tempest alone to gather her thoughts.

Author's Note

I managed to get things rolling. For those that care about my profile, please tell your friends about my ways of domination. Also those that want to give me ideas on what to write about next, feel free to do so. And one more thing I forgot to tell you guys last time. I plan on making yet another story about anthro ponies, but this time not just humans. This one is about a human turning himself into a T-rex, and was transported into a anthro dinosaur realm. As Mr. V from V for Vendetta once said: Beneath my own mask there is a idea/ideals, and one thing that these words have in common is. That both of them you can't destroy, and are bulletproof.
