End Of A Decade But The Start Of An Age

"What do you mean someone who went to the same class with me? And why would she want a revenge?" Sunset was confused.

"I don't know." Pinkie shurgged.

"I have a better question." Applejack added. "How do you know about what's happening here."

"Oh riight!" Pinkie said and then told them about both Pinkies switching places.

"You WHAT?" Rainbow was shocked.

"Okay that explains A LOT!" Sunset said. "Now we need to figure out who this is and what did I do to her. Maybe we can solve this all with talk?"

"I sure do hope so." Fluttershy said.

They decided to enter and wait for Cherry and mysterious girl going against Sunset to arrive.

Many people were dancing, some were voting for prom's king and queen, Discord was photographing and waiting for chaos to happen but most importantly, everybody was having fun. Except for Rarity. She sadly leaned on the wall and watched everyone.

"Ah" she sighed.

"No one should feel down on prom! If nothing you can join me in waiting for some chaos." Discord came.

"I don't feel like doing anything right now."

"Ah yes, heartbreaks are rough. But do you really want to spend your prom like this?"

"You know what, you're right! This is not how I'm going to spend the prom! I'll go do something!"

Pinkie from Equestria joined the conversation. "You can always dance with me!"

"Sure!" Rarity replied.

As they walked away Discord continued waiting for some drama. Pinkie from human world and Cheese came to him.

"Hey Discord! Could you please take a photo of us?" Pinkie asked.

"Wait! Didn't you just left with Rarity?" Discord was shocked but as Cheese started to gesture him not to ask, he decided he won't. "Actually nevermind. I'll just take the photo."

Sunset and Twilight were dancing.

"This is nice." Twilight said.

"Yeah." Sunset agreed. "I hope it will last long."

Applejack and Rainbow were competing in who will lead their slow dance better.

Fluttershy joined Trixie in trying food that was on the table.

Suddenly everything went dark. When lights turned on again, Twilight was missing.

"TWILIGHT?!" Sunset was in panic.

All the girls ran outside the room into the hallway.

Cherry was standing at the other part of the hallway.

"Where is Twilight?" Sunset was angry.

"Oh, she is with a friend of yours."

"The changeling you're working for?" Applejack asked.

"Changeling?" Cherry was starting to laugh. "She tricked you so well. It's someone who knows you a lot better. She just used magic to pretend to be a changeling and Celestia."

"Who is it?" Sunset was getting more angry.

"You'll have to go outside to find that out."

The girls started to run outside.

"But wait!" Fluttershy stopped. "Why are you doing this?"

"I joined her because she only wanted revenge on Sunset, to take her precious magic away and the girl she is obviously in love with to Equestria and forever break the portal. She wanted me to help her so she gave this necklace that can absorb magic so, even though I won't be able to return to Equestria, I would rule over this world. I didn't know how you all looked at first but I spied on you when you had a meeting at Applejack's barn and her brother joined you."

Fluttershy was shocked but continued. "But did you kill all those people you tried draining the magic from?"

"Unfortunately yes. But necklace doesn't kill anyone who has magic, it only takes it away."

"But that's impossible." everyone but Fluttershy was already gone.

"Wanna bet?" Cherry said as she started to lift in the air. Fluttershy was terrified.

Suddenly, a pan hit Cherry and she passed out.

"Oh I do love a good drama!" Discord said.

"PHEW! Thank you so much!"

"It's nothing! I'll take care of her, you go join the rest!"

Fluttershy nodded and left.

She came and saw that the girls were looking for her. They all went outside.

Outside Sci Twi was being held by someone, they were stading near the portal. That someone holding her was princess Twilight.

"TWILIGHT?!" everyone was in shock.

"What in Equestria are you doing?" Sunset yelled angry.

"Oh I will take this world's Twilight to Equestria and forever break the portal. You'll be forever without your loved one and Cherry will take all your magic away."

"That is ridicouls! Why are you doing this? Aren't we friends?"

"Why? Friends? Don't you remember what happened in Celestia's school when we were kids?"

"No?"

"Well let me refresh your memory." Princess Twilight started. "When Celestia decided to teach me as a small child, she was also teaching you at the same time."

"That little filly was you?"

"Yes! Yes I was! Anyway, you were always the one that was the best and way ahead of me. You got all the credit and praise and everyone forgot about me. Celestia loved you as if you were her daughter!"

"Oh!"

"I had to do something to get rid of the competition. So I set you up so you can get banned to this place. It went so well."

"It was YOU who did that?!!" Sunset was even more angry now.

"Oh yes. And everything was going perfectly, I became a princess and everyone hated you. But then you decided to steal my crown, became good and reunited with Celestia. Your brave battles in this world are now well known in Equestria and everyone is praising you again while slowly forgetting me!"

Twilight paused and then continued while everyone stared angry and in shock. "Now when I take your girlfriend and magic, you will be without your most valued things. I'll destroy the portal and say you pushed Sci Twi in the portal and destroyed it to get a revenge on me."

"Who would believe that?"

"Ponies who don't know you and ponies who don't know how much you love this worlds Twilight."

"I can't believe this! I thought we were friends!"

"Sunset, Sunset. This was all a plan to get rid of you. I thought by pretending to be your friend and your connection with Equestria, I could keep all your stories from being told and makr everyone remember you for being evil. Seems like I was wrong."

"Give her back!" Sunset was dead serious.

"And what if I won't?"

"Then you'll see how powerful true friendship can be!"
