After the event's in Evangelion 3.0 Shinji Ikari refused to go back with Asuka to WILLE. Despite the fact, that he caused the 4th Impact he refused to be taken by WILLE, he refused to be used by Nerv or any organization for that matter. Everyone, he called a friend, everyone he reached out to now hates him. He decides to escape.

Not really remembering how he got there Shinji has a new life in a world where there is no Angels or Evas. A world where he can free from those who want to hurt him. Even though he has a new life in a small town and is a student at Canterlot High, he has trouble fitting in.

How can Shinji Ikari love again knowing that everyone he reaches out to betrays him in the end? How can this sad soul move on with his life knowing that his horrible past will always haunt him?
