I scrunched up my nose as I smelt the burning of wood. Me and Luna were sitting outside around a campfire with the soldiers as they toy and play with one another.

I watch them with a grin as they race like children and fight with wooden staffs that were made to resemble spears.

"I got won! I got here first, Lightning Dash." A stallion nickered happily as he danced a dance of victory. The pegasus mare grumble under her breath as the next contestant stood to show off for the princess and her guest.

"I do not believe we got very acquainted before..." Luna whispered as the soldier began a game of hoofball.

"Nope." I popped the p. "The name's Yoshino. You can call me Yoshi or Lucc."

"Luna. Princess Luna. I believe the new name, Yoshi, will suit you perfectly."

"Which is your surname?"

She seemed to blush at that "Mares do not get surnames unless they are born to noblity, inherit their father's, or marry."

"Aren't you nobility?"

She let out a humorless chuckle "I wasn't born as a princess. I was chosen as was my sister."

"I see... Well I'm a Spirit with ice powers in this form. I can't really control things." Suddenly as soon as I said that, it began sprinkling lightly from the overcast clouds above. The maid next to us requested that we rise and we did as they put a blanket down. The rain didn't last very long and we remained in our spot on the hill.

"Was that your doing? The pegasi didn't report rain this evening."

I giggled sheepishly and nodded "Could be pouring. I'd say we're lucky."

"Lucky, indeed."
