The two appeared at a save file that Twilight had created before facing Celestia, she frowned as she ran back towards the Lab with Sunset keeping pace. They re-enter the lab only to see a note that reads

I’m sorry to whoever finds but I have made a dreadful mistake. I have been hiding form it for so long but now I must face it. If anyone finds this don’t worry about me.

Sunset frowned “That’s not good.”

Twilight frowned as she saw a bookshelf that once was against the wall was moved leaving a dark staircase. Twilight went down it, Sunset frowned as they got in an elevator and began heading down. They heard a snap and the elevator fell fast before slamming into a hole.

Twilight groaned “That hurt!”

Sunset frowned as she saw the decrepit room“What is this place?”

Twilight headed out of the elevator with a frown, they continued on reading various research notes that Moondancer left behind, Twilight smiled as she talked to herself “That was interesting, it appears ponies can’t handle too much Determination before their bodies start to break down.

Sunset frowned “Agreed.”

The two headed forward as they saw a huge disformed skull, Twilight frowned “This is the DT Extraction Machine. It’s how Moondancer used Determination to help those monsters.”

As they explore they assaulted by several strange creatures looked like different ponies being melted into a single body. After collecting several items they arrived in generator where all of the amalgamated ponies attacked until Moondancer came in and gave them some food. Moondancer sighed “I hid them down her because I tried to save them from death using Determination but you saw how that turned out.”

Twilight smiled “No-one will judge you for your actions, you did your best. Trust me.”

Moondancer smiled “Thank you. There is another elevator out to the castle.”

Twilight and Sunset smiled as they waved goodbye. They arrived at the top only to see purple vines block the entrance, Sunset frowned “That’s not good.”

Twilight headed forward to the barrier room and was about confront Celestia when dark blue magic sent Celestia flying. Nightmare Moon grimaced “I’ve seen too much death to allow her to do this.”

Spitfire’s eyes widened “Wait your Princess Luna.”

Luna nodded “That is correct.”

Everypony else in the room save Fluttershy had their jaws drop to the floor in shock, Rainbow. Luna frowned “Rainbow, how did you know to bring us all here.” Suddenly everyone save Twilight was grabbed by vines.

Lily smiled “Soon my plan will fall into place.” Soon countless other both ponies and non-ponies arrived to support Twilight. Twilight and Sunset watched in shock as Lily absorbed all the monsters as well as the six human souls.

Soon the see a small pony, Sunset’s eyes widen “Sunshine.”

Sunshine then turned around revealing Sunshine’s body but she was much larger than when Sunset has last seen her easily being several times the size of her mother. She began firing spells of fire, ice and thunder as well as a powerful void at Twilight who dodged each spell with ease.

Sunshine shouted “Stand still, I’m not going to destroy the timeline. I,m just going to rule it.” A huge blast engulfed Twilight, Sunset watched in horror as Twilight’s soul cracked in half but the soul then glowed forcing itself back together.

Sunshine grinned as she powered up to full now having an extra pair of ethereal wings, Sunset used what power she could muster from Twilight to protect her while she saved everyone. Sunset eyes widened as Sunshine shouted as Twilight tried to save her. Sunshine ‘s Royal Voice boomed as she fired a huge blast at Twilight “Just let me win!”

Twilight gritted her teeth as her HP adding an extra zero in front of the one. Soon they were in a small green field, Sunshine was sitting there “I’m sorry, Twilight for everything.”

Twilight smiled “I forgive you, don’t worry about it.”

Sunshine smiled “You’re a very different human from Sunset, she was like family to me but to be honest she wasn’t the best person.’

Sunset giggled “That’s an understatement of the century.”

Sunshine frowned “I will destroy the barrier and return to a being an emotionless flower. Keep me out of trouble okay.”

Twilight smiled as he gave him a hug. Twilight then awoke to see herself surrounded by the everyone who had concerned looks on their faces, Twilight smiled as she stood up “I’m fine and now that the barrier has been broken we can leave.”

Sunset who was floating there smiled as she and the rest of the ponies followed her as she ran to the surface. Celestia and Luna smiled, Luna lowered the moon and Celestia raised the sun before grinning “I have missed this feeling.”

Luna smiled “As have I sister.”

Sunset smiled as he looked at Fluttershy (It looks like a human could do something good for once.) Fluttershy nodded bot of them unaware of what a curious human could do when she has the power to control the timeline.
