Backstage Shenanigans and the two Mystery Opponents

Previous ChapterNext Chapter

The camera opens after camera break to Sweetie Belle, Applebloom, and Scootaloo are holding microphones and each of them are hanging on a rung of a ladder.

"Hey y'all, we're standing right next to one of these here wrestlers. He's this bright color of orange and he don't look too happy." Applebloom held out her microphone to the pony she was talking about, he seemed slightly irritated for being here and was not even looking at the girls on the ladder.

"Excuse us? We're trying to get an interview with you," Sweetie Belle calmly spoke before shoving out her microphone to him.

His eyes met with Sweetie Belle and plucked the microphone from her hoof. "Listen, Sweetie, Bloom, Scoot. I want you to not bug me for awhile, because I'm contemplating on how much I hate my travel agent for making me come here and expect me to fight in a match in this dimension."

"Excuse me?" Scootaloo spoke up. "Dimension? What do you think you are, some sci-fi pony? You sure don't look like it."

The orange pegasus flapped his wings up to Scootaloo, her being at the highest point of the ladder. "I've been through a lot, let's just leave it at that. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to find out where the rest of the gang is hiding in this arena so we can make our way out of here."

He landed down on the floor and handed the microphone back to Sweetie Belle before stomping off and meeting face to face with a darker version of Pinkie Pie. His eyes shrunk momentarily before he wrapped an arm around her neck in a choke hold. "Get out of here, girls! Pinkie Pie is going to go berserk!"

"Yes! Choke me harder!" She gagged out, which made the orange pegasus release her and back off. "Not into being the dominant one? Don't worry, I can take control of the rest of the foreplay."

"Keep her away from me!" He yelled out before speeding away. The darker Pinkie Pie chuckled and made her way to the entrance curtain.

"Ladies and Gentlecolts, this match is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from... The Naughty Side of Ponyville? Kinkamena..." The ring announcer was confused as all could be as the straight-haired copy of Pinkie Pie made gyrations with her pelvis to the crowd and towards the ring.

"Celestia above! Who in the wide world of Equestria would act like this?!" Luna said with disbelief as Kinkamena stepped in between the ropes and sat on them, rubbing back and forth for a few moments before finishing her entrance to the ring.

"I... may have made a judgmental error when I picked out wrestlers," Celestia worriedly explained, seeing Kinkamena point a hoof at her and humped the air. "Scratch that, I did make a judgmental error."

The ring announcer had made as much distance between himself and Kinkamena before making his next announcement. "And from the edge of the Everfree, at a height of an apple and a half, weighing in at 6 pounds, he is 'The Heartbreak Bunny' Angel!"

Luna was now in a full blown rage, "ART THOU SERIOUS, SISTER?! A BUNNY?!"

Celestia tried her best to make sure that her ears were at least slightly covered from the loud shout before hearing the bell ring for the match to start. "Not much choice but to call the match now, Luna, just try your best to understand that it's difficult to keep things in control if you scream at me."

Kinkamena saw the rabbit in front of her and prepared to punt him out of the ring.

Angel saw this coming and went right to the ropes and bounced off of them to deliver a dropkick to her head. The attack was surprisingly effective as she keeled over and hit the mat before getting back up and looking at the bunny in disbelief.

"Well, if we must commentate, then we can be sure to say it is a surprise to see such a powerful move from something so small," Luna said, still with malice about what the match was about.

"Oh, it's not the size really, it's how it's used!"

Celestia and Luna turned to see Kinkamena wearing a headset beside them as she was watching the match alongside them.

The princesses looked to the ring and saw Kinkamena glaring angrily at Angel and then back to Kinkamena beside them. Luna and Celestia then looked at each other and tuned their headsets to the personal channel to overseers in the back.

"Yes, we would like to have some sort of drink, mainly of the heavy variety, because I'm not sure if we're stupid enough for this to make sense," Celestia spoke.

"Yes, we would like to have the Fruit Punch delivered to us, also be sure to bring a few grapes as well," Luna finished as she returned to the station where she could commentate again. "Angel seems to be standing still as Kinkamena prepares for... a backslide pin?"

Kinkamena had put her hind knee on Angel's back and attempted to shove her head underneath one of Angel's arms.

"Ooh! Ooh! She's trying to put on her submission maneuver, 'Bondage'!" Kinkamena cheered, still causing the princesses great distress as to how this was possible.

Due to Angel's small size, he just hopped on top of Kinkamena's head and started thumping his foot on her head before grabbing some of the hair and jumping back down to the floor. With a large yank, Angel managed to fling Kinkamena over his head and made her land on her back.

"Unique way to perform a suplex, I suppose," Celestia mumbled, still wondering if she may be seeing things because of her age or if it was because of that one drink she had with Vinyl Scratch before the show started.

Angel got up to the top rope and jumped from it, driving his tiny elbow into Kinkamena's heart. He also was staying on her and waited for the referee to start counting.

"Angel's got the cover... but we haven't seen a referee in the ring this whole time," Luna worriedly observed, until she saw the referee outside of the ring and he started to count the pin.

"1!" The referee called out, until he saw Angel get thrown off and up high into the air by Kinkamena.

Kinkamena had enough and managed to kick the little bunny into a corner from the other end of the ring she was at. The audience audibly gasped and the mares started crying from the sight of the hurt animal.

"Can you believe this? These ponies seem to forget that the rabbit is a wrestler, he is forced into these kinds of risks if he goes into the ring," Kinkamena commented, now her forehooves located between her legs as she leaned in, expecting something.

Kinkamena, in the ring, started to go up the turnbuckle over Angel and waved her butt in the air before shouting out, "It's raping time!"

She jumped from the ropes and dropped butt-first towards the mat that Angel was formerly at. When she hit the mat, she yelled out, both in pain and pleasure.

"Oh, darn. She missed her finisher..." Kinkamena at the commentators table pouted.

Angel stood at the center of the ring and slammed a foot to the ring, waiting for Kinkamena to get up. He slowly stomped faster before he saw her turn completely and delivered a kick to Kinkamena's shin.

The kick was so powerful that Kinkamena went on her back and held the hoof to her chest, crying out as Angel stepped on top of her chest.

"1, 2, 3!" The referee had counted from the outside of the ring, using the same strategy the ring announcer had done to keep away from Kinkamena and signalled the bell to be rung.

"Here is your winner, Angel!" The ring announcer yelled out, watching Angel get his little paw raised by the referee. The ref moved away and Angel stretched out his left leg and bent his right leg before flexing for the cameras that flashed around him.

"Well, I guess you can't win 'em all, eh girls?" Kinkamena said as she stood up and took the headset off, she gave a sly wink as she passed Celestia and gave a quick nip at her ear before bouncing away to the back.

"Hopefully, we don't run into another incident like this match," Luna sighed, still observing Celestia's wide-eyed look of terror.

"I just realized that there could be worse things to come..." Celestia gulped.

In an arena, from another dimension far away, wrestlers of the WWE were in their locker rooms getting their gear together. Each of them had been waiting for today and were ready to step inside and prove their worth.

As each one entered though, they curiously found themselves feeling exceptionally light and the hallways going dark.

"Someone should pay their electrical bills, eh, Cena?" CM Punk chuckled.

"Either that or Undertaker over there is getting some pre-match practice before Wrestlemania," John replied.

"Keep walking," Kane growled, not wanting to partake in any of the jokes that the two were making.

"Light's are on further up," Randy Orton noted.

"Well, ain't you Mr. Observant? Smartass," Steve Austin huffed, his southern accent mixing with his usual mood of anger.

"Hope Dad didn't get lost on his way here, that'd be unfortunate," Cody Rhodes absentmindedly spoke softly.

"Anyone else getting that pre-show jitter feeling? It's such a-" The sound of Golddust sucking in air through his pursed lips stopped his sentence before he continued. "-delight..."

Each of them finally got to the light and all of them stopped in place. They looked at each other and then at all of the other 'performers' that were milling around backstage.

"We can all agree on one thing at least," John C. Neigh said. "We didn't expect this to happen tonight..."
