Later, after Agnorith Septim tells the people that Tiber Septim has an announcement to make, the Emperor steps out onto the front of the palaces main doors and says the announcement.

"Citizens of Tamriel." He said. "I have received an invitation from one of the four leaders of Equestria that a wedding is coming tomorrow, unfortunately I won't be making it, but I will be meeting with the leaders for negotiations. And I along with my brother, Agnorith Septim will be sailing to Equestria west of Tamriel which will take up to a few days. We will be going there with the Imperial Legion fleet of ships to Equestria and tell the ponies that we are in no harm looking for invasion. We will be staying on the eastern coast of Equestria for a few days, then we will be going over to Canterlot for a meeting. This is a goal for the upcoming era, this is for the Empire, this is for the future of the Empire, Long live Tamriel! Long live the Legion!

The citizens cheers at his speech and he and Agnorith were on their way to port city of Anvil to leave on board a navy fleet that will set sail to Equestria the next day.

They reached Anvil and they settled in for the night.
