Meanwhile, Emperor Tiber Septim has conquered all of Tamriel, but he has only one more achievement before declaring the end of the second era. Go to a wedding in Equestria with his army and set out negotiations with the princesses. He and his army set sail to Baltimare to settle for the night. But when one of the pegasus ponies that had escaped from Jewelius's tyranny told the, about what is happening to the 11 outcasts, and told him and his army to meet up in Ponyville, the Emperor orders his army to make a move to Ponyville. When he does make it to Ponyville with his army, he did not see what he had expected. At the same time the 11 outcasts makes it to Ponyville and when they saw Tiber Septim and his army, they unite themselves to put an end to Jewelius's tyrannical reign.
