The Princesses donate to Charity
Princess Celestia
Load Full StoryNext Chapter"Your highness?" One of the guards said to Celestia.
"Yes?" She said calmly, but very subtly suprised. Wondering what the interruption was about.
"Somepony is here with a gift to you. As for what it is... I don't know that part." The royal guard informed, waiting for a response.
"Send them in." Celestia said, dismissing the guard. The guard returned to his post, not saying anything else.
A rather noble looking pony in a suit and tie walked in.
"Princess, I am here to give you a large sum of bits, the noble donor wishes to remain anonymous. The donor was feeling generous so he gave you the money." The noble pony told her.
"Very well. Put the bits in the vault until further notice."
Celestia began to wonder. What should she do with the bits? Should she put it into her own bank account like Blueblood probably would? Obviously not. She was beeter than Blueblood in terms of ethics. Should she just deposit it to the national treasury? What about giving it to somepony else, or sending it as a gift to somecreature else? Or give it to a foreign nation as a gift? Celestia didn't know what to do with the bits. Then Celestia got an idea. An awful - NO! Giving money to charity is not 'an awful idea.' What is wrong with you?
Tons of things, honestly.
Anyway...
KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK
"Hello? Who is it?" The receptionist said at the Sunside Salvation Corp.
No response.
"I said who is it?" The receptionist said, clearly louder than before. Looking up from her book at the door.
Once again no response.
The receptionist gets up, annoyed. "If this is another one of thos-" She opened the door to reveal a very suspicious looking box.
"-Pranks by those colts down the street..."
"Ummm, Mr. Sunside?" The receptionist yelled unintentionally loud.
Faintly she heard: "Yes, Recept? "
"Somepony left a suspicious looking box on our front door." She told Mr. Sunside
Before she could do anything else, he was suddenly out of his office, and examining the box.
Mr. Sunside then noticed a note on the back side of the box, it read:
Dear Sunside Salvation Corp,
I, Princess Celestia are giving you a very large sum of bits.
I am sorry I could not deliver it in person, but something else came up
Sincerely, Princess Celestia
The receptionist then noticed something odd about Mr. Sunside. And it was that his back apparently had a zipper. Who knew?
