The colours of love

It's Friday me and Scoots are clearing the clouds with the rest of the weather team. It was a special occasion Princess Celestia was coming to Ponyville for and 'informal' visit, but everyone knows when royalty comes its never informal. After about half an hour of clearing the skies it was finally done we celebrated, it was scoots first time on the weather team I told her she done a fantastic job but she thought she kept failing because she didn't have enough power to get rid of some fairly big clouds but not even I could do clouds that big. We had to get snowflake to do it she thought I was just pretending to not be able to do it.

"Today is the day hurry every pony we don't want to be late." said Twilight as the princess was coming

"Hun don't you think you're being a little bit of a worry wart?" Apple jack asked Twilight

"A worry wart! The princess is coming and we haven't even got the food."

"Don't you worry you silly filly, pinkie will check to see what apple bloom is doing" Pinkie Pie said as she walked in the room

"Thank you Pinkie. Now where is Rainbow? She is supposed to be back as soon as she has finished cleaning the skies." Twilight said with a frustrated voice.

Me and Scootaloo are supposed to be meeting Twi at the Library but we don't have to meet her for another hour. But i bet she is still worrying as usual when Princess Celestia comes to town.

"Dash?" Scootaloo asked.

"Yeah Scoot." I answered back

"Well um do you wanna go and uh well never mind"

"No scoot what is it?"

"Well I was wondering if you would like to go to a restaurant you know just you and me?"

"What like as friends?"

"Yeah yeah yeah as friends." Scootaloo answered back laughing nervously.

"Sure scoot I would love to let me just get some money from my house and we will go."

"This. Is. The. Worst. Possible. Thing." Rarity said

"It's not that bad" Said Fluttershy in the softest possible voice

"Not that bad! Look I screwed up the stitching. I've never messed the stitching up on anything ever."

"Would you like me to take a look at it?"

"No! If anyone is going to fix it up it will be me!"

"Okay Rarity I was just trying to help."

"I'm sorry Fluttershy its just that Twilight has such high expectations of my work and I can never mess up."

We got to my place but instead of grabbing my money I looked at scoot and she looked back I saw her eyes. Her beautiful purple eyes, her wild purple mane and her wonderful orange coat. At that point I realized that I loved that beautiful mare but I couldn't I have known her since she was just a filly it would seem wrong and I would be shunned I remember when another mare dated a pony she had known since she was a filly,  she was shunned and forced out of the town but I couldn't help myself I threw my self to her. I kissed her soft lips and then I tasted what I was always longing for....love. But at that point I heard a crash. Me and scoot take a look and we saw a grey flank hanging out of rubble then a pony arose.

"Derpy what the hell." I said

"Sorry Rainbow Dash but twilight told me to get you." Derpy said

"Fine sorry Scoot but I gotta race."

And like that I was off to see what the hell twilight wanted, I'm guessing its something to do with Celestia's visit.

*Sigh* Dash just left and I'm here alone in her house. "It's a mess" I thought to myself. So I thought I would try and clean as much as I possibly could, but all that was going through my mind was the kiss that me and Rainbow Dash shared only 10 minutes ago. I stopped cleaning and flew out of the house to find Rainbow but I was called by sweetie belle. I flew down.

"Whats up?" I asked

"Princess Celestia is almost here and you haven't even gotten your dress on hurry to Rarity." Sweetie Belle

"Oh I forgot I better fly thanks for that!"

"Hello Twilight" said Princess Celestia as she exited the carriage

"Princess!" Twilight said excitedly and she hugged the princess

"So lets get this party started eh?" Said the princess

"Uh not just yet Pinkie is still getting the food from Apple Bloom." said Twilight

*Knock Knock*

"Come in." said Apple Bloom

"Oh hey Apple Bloom, Twilight sent me to get the food and lucky she did looks like you're having a bit of trouble" Pinkie Said

"Yeah thanks for the help pinkie."

"No problamo!"

"What did twilight want?" I thought to my self.

I reached Twilight and I saw her with princess Celestia.

"I'm sorry I'm late Twilight, sorry you're majesty." I said

"Its okay Rainbow." Both Twilight and the princess said

"So Twi I'm done with all the clouds and I'm about to get my dress off of rarity and I will be done."

"Well hurry and check on Pinkie and Apple Bloom they should be here by now" Twilight said as I rushed to rarity's store. I rushed to Rarity's as fast as I possibly could. As soon as I reached there I crashed through the window and saw the most awesome dress I have ever seen.

"Now lets try it on." said Rarity

"Okay" I responded

It took about 5 minutes before she got it on me right but it was so comfortable I was so happy with it.

"Thank you Rarity mind you its not as comfy as a cloud but its very close." I said

"Well thanks Rainbow i worked my flank off on that." Rarity said.

I could tell she was happy with the dress and so was Fluttershy. *BANG* we saw Derpy crash through the wall.

"How the hell do you smash through a wall?" I said

"I just don't know. But the party is about to start." Derpy said not knowing what she was talking about.

Derpy wasn't invited to the party for obvious reasons but I pleaded to Twilight to let her come but she said she would embarrass us.

We all arrived at the party at the same time. Then I saw Scootaloo I don't know if it was her or the gown but something drew me to her. The normal wild purple mane was now elegant.
