What is this energy?!

Last time on Dragon Ball Equestrian Z! Bardock had a dream of his future son, explaining how he messed up the timeline. Bardock had the choice to go back to the original but chose to stay in the one he created.

The next day, he wakes up to chaos, caused by the God of Chaos, Discord, what will happen next. Let's find out, Now!

'Good, now they won't be caught in the crossfire.' Bardock thought as they were there far enough from the castle. So he gets in front of the Frieza clone and double-ax handled him to the ground, creating a crater 10 feet across and a dust cloud.

As he waits for the clone to get up, he doesn't realize that he's being watched. Discord sits on a cloud, watching the battle, he searches for weaknesses.

Then, the clone jumps out of the crater, heading straight for Bardock. He dodges and elbows the clone across the chin. Just as Bardock was going for the finishing blow, he feels a sharp pain in his chest. He looks down to see a ki blade piercing him.

"Bardock!" everyone yells, they all rush out of the castle to get to Bardock. They see him up there, trying to gasp for air.

'Dammit, how'd I'd get so careless?!' Bardock spits out blood onto the clone, evaporating. It pulls the ki blade out of him and lets Bardock fall towards the group below.

"Bardock!" They all run to him, Gine and Kakarot crying, hoping for Bardock to stay alive for a little longer. He looks up to see his wife holding onto him, he turns his head to see some of the ponies crying. The Mane 6 were all trying to hold back tears, but the princesses walked past them and stood next to Bardock.

"He'll be fine, we can cast a healing spell on him, but not fully." The princesses explained, they all looked to them, waiting for them to cast the spell. They started the spell and Bardock was enveloped in a bright yellow aura. The wound in his chest started to close, but a scare would remain there for the rest of his life.

"Thank you, now." He said, getting up then looked at the clone, "Now, let's start round 2!" He flew up at new speeds he never had before, punching the clone in the gut, almost going through. Everyone was awestruck at Bardock's power.

"How is he even faster now, how is that even possible?!" Twilight was confused beyond belief, 'He was slower than this, but when he got healed, his powers grew!'

"Because us Saiyans can grow in power every time we get healed from a near-death experience. Bardock just used that ability, and now he has a chance," explained Gine.

"Amazing..." Luna looks to the battle happening above, Bardock is beating the crap out of the clone.

He prepares energy into his fist and punches it into the clone, flipping back in the air upwards and yells, "BURNING HEAT!" releasing the energy upon it. The blast consumes the clone and destroys it, ending the battle.

Everyone cheers for him, but it was not over yet. Out of nowhere, Discord teleports behind Bardock and kicks him to the ground, making everyone gasp. "Bardock!"

"You left your guard down, Bardock." Discord then looks to the group, ginning at them, "Can't wait to have fun with your wife." He starts to walk towards her, stopping 10 feet away. He then notices a small child hiding behind her, "Why haven't you told me about your son Bardock?"

Bardock shot up, flying at blinding speeds, making multiple sonic booms, but rainbowed color. In the blink of an eye, Bardock's fist makes contact with Discords jaw, sending him into a nearby cliff. Bardock doesn't stop there, he then continues to shoot multiple ki blasts at the draconequus, creating a large explosion.

'Damn, used up too much energy in that rush, I can't take another blow from him.' As Bardock thinks of a strategy to survive against Discord, the others run up to him. He falls to one knee, gasping for air.

"Are you alright?" Fluttershy said, rushing to his side to see if was injured. She was right, his ribs were broken, his armor was torn in places, and blood dripped from his head. Fluttershy was panicking, she turns to the others, tears forming, "If he doesn't get medical attention quickly, he'll die!"

"Princesses, can you cast another healing spell on him?" Twilight hoped they could, but they shook their heads.

"I'm afraid we can't, the last one took a lot out of us and can barely stand as it is," Celestia explained. Twilight notices Luna struggling the most.

"I believe I can help you and father." A voice says behind them, they all turn around to see a man with the same hair as Bardock.

"Wait, who are you, and why do you look like Bardock and Kakarot?" Gine questions, then hear Bardock getting up, but failing.

"Kaka... Goku, is that you?" Bardock weakly says, trying to get up again with the same result. Goku slowly hovers down to him, pulling something out of a sack.

"Yea told you I wanted to meet you and mother soon, but I see you're in a tricky situation." He pulls out a green bean and hands it to Bardock, "It's a senzu bean, it can heal all battle wounds and give your full power back."

Bardock just nods, taking the bean and eating it. As soon as he swallowed it, he felt all his wounds heal and can feel his power coming back, even stronger than ever. "Ah... Amazing!" Bardock exclaims.

Goku then stares where Discord is, still being covered by the dust cloud, "Something is off, why does this dark energy feel familiar?"

"What do you..." Bardock is cut off when the air gets heavy, the wind blowing in every direction. They all shielded there eyes, to see a dark aura surround Discord, with glowing red eyes.

"It cant be... I thought me and Vegeta got rid of the two!" Goku is shocked to see this familiar aura and eyes before. He then turns Super Saiyan, surprising Bardock and the others.

"Kakarot, you're the Legendary Super Saiyan!?" But Goku ignored Bardock, he then notices Goku's gaze

"All of you stay back, I've dealt with this problem before." Goku then flys towards Discord, ready to attack. Then Discord appears in front of him in a flash, surprising him.

"Don't underestimate me, monkey!" Discord's voice sounded distorted, but his powered grew every second. Discord then pulls a barrage of punches, every one of them connecting. With a final attack, Discord fires a magic blast at him.

"Kakarot!" Both Bardock and Gine yelled. They both raced towards the crater, but there was another flash of light. The dust settled to see Goku, different.

His pole and upper body clothing disappeared, red fur covering his arms and upper body, except for his biceps and abbs. His hair grew in size and was black again, he had a red monkey tail and yellow eyes. Everyone can feel the immense pressure coming from him, but as he spoke, his voice got deeper.

"From here on out, things are about to get ugly, prepare yourself, Discord!"

Things are kicking up a notch, Goku from the future turned into a Super Saiyan 4 to fight against Discord. Will it be enough to defeat Discord, or will he catch the upper hand and defeat Goku. Find out next time on Dragon Ball Equestrian Z!

There is a reason why I made Discord act more vicious in this arc, he was affected by another's magic wielder has taken him over. They will be revealed soon. But I hoped you enjoyed and liked the chapter.
