Chapters Chapter 1: New World, New Bodies?
Jet and Danny were at a mini-mart getting snacks when an armed man walked into the school, holding a pistol, wearing a ski-mask demanding money, and anything of value.
“Yo Danny what are we going to do?” Jet whispered as the two hid behind some shelves.
“Well we can’t just leave, there are people in danger” Danny replied.
“Good point, so what’s the plan?” Jet said.
“Okay, we’re going to take the guy down, first get behind that aisle over there, then we’ll attack from behind” Danny replied.
“Alright, just try not to get shot” Jet said as he went to the position while Danny grabbed a bag of candy.
“You to bro,” Danny replied and once Jet got into position Danny threw the bag of candy across the aisle, alerting the robber.
“Yo who the hell’s there?” The man shouted as he walked to the source of the sound.
As soon as the robber reached the aisle Danny attacked him from behind and attempted to get the gun away from the man but was shot in the leg and thrown off of him.
“Damn you!” Jet said as he charged the robber.
The robber was taken aback a bit but managed to get Jet off of him as Danny limped behind him holding a chair and smashed it in the robber’s back causing him to grunt in pain.
“Gah, fuck you!” The robber shouted in pain as he pushed Danny to the ground and shot him in the head.
“Danny!” Jet cried out as the robber turned his focus to Jet and shot him in the chest.
“Now is there anyone else who wants to get shot?” The robber asked, now annoyed.
“Dan-ny I’m...sorry...” Jet muttered as he bled out and the life drained from his eyes.
Meanwhile in a world an alternate world filled with pastel colored creatures that seem out of a fantasy book two mares, Princess Twilight Sparkle, her student, Starlight Glimmer were on their way to the castle after eating some Hay-burgers and chatting about Daring Do books.
“So what did you think of the first Daring Do book?” Twilight asked.
“Eh, I thought it was a little childish but I liked it” Starlight replied.
As the two mares were walking they heard a “vroom-boogh” followed by a plop and a groan. Then they heard another of the same sounds this time with an extra plop.
“What was that?” Twilight asked as the two mares turned around to see a unicorn stallion and a dragon male lying on the ground, groaning.
The unicorn has an electric blue mane, tail, hooves, with dirt brown fur, royal blue eyes, a scar under the left eye and the left half of a silver shield that has a curved red line on it for his cutie mark. The dragon has sand blue spikes, claws, under belly, fin with sand green scales, flame orange eyes, and the right half of the silver shield with the mirrored red line on it as his cutie-mark.
“H-hello who’s there?” The unicorn asked as he opened his eyes but quickly closed them due to the sunlight.
“Uh...hello, who are you?” Starlight asked the stallion as the dragon also opened his eyes.
“D-Danny, wait whe-ohmygodwhatthefuck!” The unicorn who was apparently Danny started to reply when he noticed that his arms, feet had turned into hooves and his face was a longer then he remembered.
“Danny, where are you, what’s wrong bro?” The dragon who’s apparently Jet asked as he turned his head, unaware of his new snout.
The dragon went to stand up when he noticed his new clawed, scaly hands and feet.
“Holly shit what the hell!” The dragon added and noticed his snout.
Twilight and Starlight just looked at each other, baffled at the sight of the two freaking out creatures.
“Um excuse me, but why are you two freaking out?” Twilight asked the unicorn and the dragon.
“Yea, you two are acting like you’ve never been a dragon and a unicorn before” Starlight added.
“Wait, unicorn, dragon? What are you talking about...oh” Danny replied as he realized that there are two pastel colored ponies in front of him.
Danny also realized that there was a pastel dragon about a foot away from him and that he was also a pastel colored pony.
“Wait, Danny are you that brown unicorn next to me?” Jet asked.
“I think so, but are you that dragon?” Danny replied.
“I’m a dragon? Cool!” Jet said as he sat down.
“Um hello, do you two mind telling us who you two are and what are you doing” Twilight replied.
“Uh I’m Danny and I think this is my fraternal twin brother Jet” Danny replied.
“Yep it’s me Danny” Jet replied with a wave.
“Weird names...but what are you doing here?” Starlight asked.
“Well we were in a mini-mart and a robber came in so we tried to stop him but I ended up getting shot in the leg then in the shot again but right after I blacked out and woke up here” Danny explained.
“There’s more to it then that but overall that’s what happened. Oh and I got shot in the chest and also blacked out and ended up here,” Jet added.
“But why are we no longer humans?” Danny asked.
“I think I might know, it sounds like a case of reincarnation but I never thought something like that was real, especially from another world” Starlight replied.
“So wait does that mean we died?” Jet asked.
“Unfortunately I think you two did, but if you like you can stay here in Poneyville” Twilight suggested.
“Wait, who are you two?” Jet asked.
“Well I’m Starlight Glimmer a unicorn, and this is Twilight Sparkle, an alicorn” Starlight replied.
“Oh you mean like those half unicorn half pegasus horses?” Danny asked.
“Precisely, but currently there’s only five and those who are alicorns are princesses, such as I am how ever I prefer to be called Twilight” Twilight replied.
“So are there any kings, queens, or other types of royalty?” Jet asked.
“There are but they’re in other kingdoms” Twilight replied.
“Oh okay? Well since we don’t exactly have anywhere to stay I think it would probably be a good idea, but what’s that thing on our thighs?” Danny asked as he pointed to his flank.
“Oh that’s a cutie-mark, ponies, horses and zebras have them but dragons don’t, except for Jet” Twilight replied.
“What’s a cutie-mark?” Jet asked now confused.
“Well it’s like your special talent or thing you do the most” Starlight explained.
“Yea, since it looks like you two have shields it probably means you like to protect others or want to protect others, but it’s usually a whole shield not half of one, especially not one that’s split between two creatures” Twilight added.
“Well ever since the two of us were little we wanted to be police officers or guards” Jet replied.
“Yea, and we always liked superheros as well” Danny added.
“Well then that explains it, so you can either live in that castle over there with us or you can live in a house in Ponyville...or anywhere else in the world” Twilight said with a grin.
“Eh it might be best if we stayed here, besides I want to know how to use this thing” Danny replied as he pointed to his horn.
“Yea, and I don’t know how to fly or if I can even breathe fire” Jet added.
“Well Twilight and I can help with the magic part, Spike and Smolder can help with the flying and fire breathing parts” Starlight replied.
“I mean if you’re okay with it bro then I am to” Jet asked his brother.
“Yea I’m okay with it” Danny replied.
“Great, so will it be a house or the castle?” Twilight asked.
“Wait, what castle?” Jet asked.
“That one to your left” Twilight replied as she pointed to the large crystalline castle on the outskirts of Ponyville.
“Holly...shit” The two brothers said in unison as they gazed upon the massive structure.
“Yea I know, it’s massive” Starlight replied.
“And you would not believe how it came to be, but why don’t we show you two around?’ Twilight suggested.
“Yea, okay” Jet said as he stood up while Danny attempted to stand on his hind legs to no avail.
“Uh are you okay bro?” Jet asked.
“Yea, just can’t seem to stand up” Danny replied as he kept on following forwards and on his rear as well.
“That’s because ponies aren’t bipedal” Twilight snickered as she helped Danny up with a hoof.
“Oh right sorry, I guess this is going to get some getting used to” Danny replied with a shrug.
“Well then, follow us and we might be able to strike a deal with Mayor Mare” Starlight said.
“All right, I’ll try my best not to fall down” Danny replied as the four headed to the town hall.
After striking up a deal the two brothers were shown a fully furnished two bedroom, two bath house near Sugarcube Corner.
“Well there you go Danny and Jet, if you need anything Starlight and will be at the castle” Twilight said with a smile.
“Thanks” Jet replied as the two mares walked back to Twilight’s castle while Danny who was still struggling to walk on all fours but was starting to get the hang of it trotted into the two brother’s new home.
Jet walked in as well and shut the door as Danny plopped onto the couch.
“Man what a day” Danny said as he sighed and turned on the TV.
“I know right, but I’m going to miss mom and dad” Jet replied.
“Yea, I hope they’re taking our deaths well and that no one else was hurt by that guy” Danny added as he sat up.
“Well look on the bright side, we might actually be able to relive those fantasy style video games” Jet joked in an attempt to lighten the mood and sat on the couch with his bro.
“Heh yea, but who knows” Danny shrugged.
As the two brothers were chatting they heard a knocking on the door and looked at each other.
“I’ll get it” Jet volunteered as he got off the couch and went to open the door.
Once to the front door Jet opened it only to get a face full confetti from Pinkie Pie's party cannon and Pinkie Pie herself who was bouncing in place.
Chapter 2: A Dragon, A Unicorn, And A Satyr
“Hello I’m Pinkie Pie, I saw you move in from Sugarcube Corner and came to welcome you to Ponyville...with a party!” Pinkie Pie shouted as the rest of her friends appeared.
“Uh hi?...” Jet replied baffled.
“Who is it bro?” Danny asked.
“Uh it’s a mare named Pinkie Pie, Twilight, Starlight and a few other ponies plus another dragon” Jet replied.
“Hi Jet, sorry about this but Pinkie Pie insisted” Twilight said.
“Oh and this is Rarity, Applejack, Spike, Fluttershy, and Rainbow Dash” Starlight said as she introduced the two brothers to most of her friends.
“Howdy welcome to Ponyville, I brought apple cider” Applejack said as she patted a barrel.
“Thanks, I’m Jet and this is my brother Danny” Jet replied.
“Wait, brother? How can you two be related, you’re a dragon and he’s a pony” Rainbow Dash pointed out.
“It’s kinda complicated...but if you want I can explain it to you later, now do wanna come in?” Jet asked.
“Well duh, where else are we supposed to have this party?” Pinkie Pie asked sarcastically.
“Good point” Jet replied.
“Wait I have a question darling” Rarity chimed.
“What is it?” Jet replied.
“What is that on your thigh?” Rarity asked.
“Oh uh, it’s my cutie-mark...I think” Jet replied.
“But you’re a dragon like me, we can’t get cutie-marks” Spike said.
“Listen, Spike was it? It’s complicated and my brother over there has a mirrored cutie-mark as well,” Jet responded.
“Prove it then” Rainbow Dash Challenged.
“Alright then, we will!” Danny shot back as he stumbled to the door and showed his cutie-mark.
“Yea I’m still not convinced” Rainbow Dash replied as she crossed her forelegs.
“Whatever, just come in” Jet said in annoyance.
“I-I believe you...” Fluttershy chimed up.
“You do?” Danny asked.
“Y-yea, especially on the brother thing...” Fluttershy replied with a smile.
“Thanks Fluttershy” Jet replied.
“N-no problem...” Fluttershy said as everypony that showed up walked into Danny and Jet’s house.
Even though the party did kinda start out rough it became much more enjoyable as the night went on.
“Hey Danny what’s wrong, you haven’t used your magic at all” Applejack said.
“Yea, and when I offered Jet a gem he turned it down” Spike added.
“Well I guess it’s no use trying to hide it” Danny said.
“Hide what?” Rainbow Dash asked.
“Well you see...Danny and I weren’t born and hatched” Jet replied.
“What do you mean?” Spike asked.
“Well Jet and I used to be human, in fact we’re fraternal twins until well one day we kinda got killed trying to stop a robber” Danny sheepishly replied.
“Then we ended up getting reincarnated in this world as a unicorn and a dragon” Jet added.
“Wait, what’s a human?” Rainbow Dash asked.
“Well it’s the thing Starlight and I turned into when we crossed the mirror, though I’m not fully sure what humans are” Twilight explained.
“Humans are a great ape like gorillas, chimpanzees, and orangutans; however I’m not sure what the humans in the mirror look like but where Danny and I come from they’re not pastel colored,” Jet explained.
“Is there magic?” Twilight asked.
“Well only in fiction” Danny replied.
“Wait...did you say that you turned into humans?” Jet asked.
“Yea, but I doubt they’re like where you came from” Twilight replied.
“Heh maybe Danny and I should visit there sometime” Jet said.
“You can if you want, I’ve made it so that the portal is open 24/7” Twilight replied.
“Yea but I’m not sure if you would turn into a dog or a human” Spike added.
“Why’s that?” Jet asked.
“Well when I went there with Twilight I got turned into a talking dog” Spike replied.
“Heh, so maybe not...” Jet said with a sigh as everyone chuckled.
While everycreature was chatting they didn’t notice that a gravel gray skinned satyr with jet black fur a soul patch on his chin, deep brown cloven hooves, small charcoal gray curved horns on the head and sunset purple eyes had appeared in the house and took a drink of apple cider before spitting it out.
“Yea yea, where’s the alcoholic cider?” A satyr asked as he was rummaging through some cabinets after tossing a mug of apple cider.
“Uh who are you?” Danny asked as the satyr turned around.
“I’m Clover The Corrupt, also know as The Sinful Satyr at your service, now where is your alcohol?” Clover asked.
“...We don’t have any” Jet replied as the group looked at each other.
“Ugh you mean I came in here for nothing?” Clover asked now annoyed.
“Uh dude you weren’t even invited, so can you please leave?” Rainbow Dash asked.
“Not until I get some real apple cider” Clover replied as he sat in a kitchen chair.
“I got this” Twilight said as she teleported Clover out of the house.
“Rude” Clover said as he teleported back into the house.
“How the?” Twilight thought as Clove sat back in the chair he was in.
“Oh I forgot to mention, I have magic, but where is my fucking alcohol?” Clover demanded.
“Well we don’t have any but we do have nonalcoholic apple cider” Danny replied.
“Ew no, I want alcoholic cider, not that shit” Clover said.
“What the hell, this cider is awesome!” Rainbow Dash shot back.
“No it’s not, you just have shitty taste buds” Clover replied as a sunset purple fireball formed in his palm.
Clover shot the fireball at barrel. Upon impact the barrel exploded, sending wood and apple cider flying, Twilight managed to shield her friends but unfortunately everything else was covered in apple cider and wood splinters.
“No!” Rainbow Dash cried out as Applejack grew angry.
“Hey!” Applejack shouted in anger.
She then charged Clover who teleported out of the way and tripped her, causing her to crash into a wall.
“Applejack are you okay?” Twilight asked.
“Yea, the guy just tripped me” Applejack replied as she stood back up and put her hat back on.
“Okay what the hell dude!” Rainbow Dash shouted as Clover shrugged nonchalantly.
Before the group could do anything Clover gave the group the finger, he then teleported out of the house and went to a pub in another town.
“...What just happened?” Pinkie Pie asked.
“I...have no clue” Twilight replied as the group looked around at the cider and wood covered room.
“Don’t worry, we’ll help clean this mess up” Starlight volunteered.
“Thanks” Jet replied with a sigh.
“Don’t worry about it darling” Rarity said as her, Twilight and Starlight used her magic to get cleaning supplies.
“Yea we got this!” Rainbow Dash added.
“Then we can get back to partying!” Pinkie Pie shouted as the group started cleaning up the mess that Clover left.
After cleaning was done the party was resumed until late at night when all but Jet and Danny went home.
“Night bro” Jet said as he walked into his room.
“Night, see yo-ow” Danny started to reply when he fell down after trying to stand on his hind legs for like the thousandth time.
“You do know that you can walk on all fours right?” Jet said.
“Oh heh” Danny replied as he went into his own room and crashed on his bed to sleep.
“Hey Jet, I heard that you don’t know how to fly and breathe fire, so I brought a friend to help teach you how to fly and breath fire” Spike said as he and Smolder walked up to Jet.
“Thanks Spike, but who’s this?” Jet asked.
“I’m Smolder, the dragon who taught Spike how to fly and I’m also a student at Headmare Twilight’s School of Friendship” Smolder replied.
“Nice to meet ya, so what are you going to teach me first?” Jet asked.
“How to breathe fire” Spike and Smolder said in unison.
“Uh okay, so how do I do that?” Jet asked.
“Well first you need to take in a lot of oxygen, so inhale as deep as you can” Spike explained as Jet in hailed deeply, causing his chest to expand.
“Alright now, imagine sparks in your throat as you’re breathing out, like this” Smolder added as she breathed in and then breathed out fire.
“Now you try,” Spike said as Jet shot out blue flames from his mouth, but he’d inadvertently singeing some foliage around the trio.
“Uh...oops, sorry” Jet replied after letting out the last of the flames.
“Heh don’t worry about it, all dragons have done something like that at least once, but it’s usually when they’re little” Smolder said.
“Oh okay...” Jet replied.
“Don’t worry I told Smolder about your situation” Spike said.
“Yea, though it does seam a little weird but I believe you” Smolder replied.
“Okay, so how do I fly?” Jet asked.
“Well then, extend out your wings and start flapping them while also bending them at the same time, like this” Spike replied as he demonstrated how to fly.
“All right, now you try” Smolder said.
“Okay, I’ll try” Jet replied as he tried to fly.
With some effort Jet began to lift off the ground but accidentally put a bit too much force into it and shot into the sky.
“Okay I think I put to much force into it” Jet called as he hovered above the skyline of Ponyville.
“Yea think? Try flying back down,” Smolder suggested.
“Alright” Jet replied as he flew back down to the pair.
“I hope Twilight and Starlight teaching Danny is going well” Spike thought.
Meanwhile Twilight and Starlight were trying to teach jet how to levitate objects which wasn’t going nearly as well as planned.
“How does this even happen?” Danny asked as magic was pouring out of his horn, teacups to appear and disappear.
“I...have no clue...” Twilight replied as all but the original teacup disappeared.
“Huh?”- Danny said as the teacup began shaking violently -“Uh-oh...”
“What’s happening?” Twilight asked as Starlight made a magic bubble around the trio.
“Hold on tight everypony!” Starlight shouted.
The teacup exploded into billions of teacups which quickly filled up the castle and started flowing out of the massive structure causing what only could be described as a teacup-fall. The flood of the beverage holder stopped soon after with a considerable amount of land overrun with teacups. Meanwhile Spike, Smolder, Jet; were chatting when they heard a bang and saw the teacup flood come from Twilight’s castle.
“What the...hell...wait Danny’s there!” Jet said as he took off to the castle.
“Let’s go, Twilight and Starlight are in there!” Spike said and flew after Jet.
“I guess I have to go too” Smolder replied as she flew after the two dragons.
Jet was the first one to arrive on see as Danny, Twilight and Starlight’s heads popped out of the teacups.
“Yo are you three okay, what happened” Jet asked.
Twilight looked at Jet and explained what had happened with a giggle.
“Yea, sorry about that” Danny apologized.
“Ah don’t worry about it, all this could be take away with magic” Twilight said as she waved her hoof in a circle.
“Yea, and trust me you got some pretty strong magic” Starlight added as Twilight poofed all the teacups away.
“What happened, is everypony okay?” Spike asked.
“Yea, just a magic accident” Jet replied.
Meanwhile Clover was walking through Everfree Forest while drinking when he heard a growl.
“Huh who’s there?” Clover asked.
Clover looked around as a lion the size of a house approached him from behind. The lion let out a blood curdling growl as it leaped at Clover in an attempt to kill him, however Clover teleported out of the way and saw that this lion was no ordinary lion.
“Oh a Nemean Lion...I have a job for you...” Clover said as he snapped his fingers causing a small ball of red light to fly from the fingers into the head of the lion.
The Nemean Lion shook it’s head, stopped once it started to see red and growled intensively before Clover teleported away. Meanwhile Twilight and friends were discussing how the training was going when Spike spotted a familiar unicorn heading towards the group.
“Hey isn’t that...Tempest?” Spike asked Twilight.
“I think it is, hey Tempest!” Twilight shouted as she waved her hoof.
“Heya Twilight, how’s it going?” Tempest asked as she grew closer to the group.
“Pretty good, though there was an accident” Twilight replied with a chuckle.
“Cool, so who are these two?” Tempest asked.
“Oh this is Jet and his brother Danny, I’ll tell you about the relation later” Twilight replied.
“Sup, Hi” Jet and Danny said.
“Heya” Tempest replied.
“So what brings you to Ponyville?” Twilight asked.
“Just wanted to meet up with my friends” Tempest replied.
“Cool, well wanna get some Hay-burgers?” Twilight offered.
“Eh why not I’ll just order some gems” Smolder replied.
“Gems?” Jet asked.
“Oh yea, dragons can eat gems” Spike replied.
“Okay?...” Jet said.
“Well I’m down for a couple of Hay-burgers” Tempest said as she stretched.
“Then lets go” Starlight suggested.
As the group made their way to Hay-burger the group heard a massive roar come from Everfree Forest.
“Uh guys...what the hell was that?” Danny asked.
“I have n-” Twilight started to say as another roar emerged from the forest along with the sound of trees snapping.
“Whatever it is it’s coming closer” Starlight replied.
After a bit a large shadow leaped out of the forest and landed in the town square of Ponyville.
“That’s one big lion” Danny said as the Lion let out a ferocious roar.
Anycreature that saw the lion was near blinded as the light reflected off of it’s golden fur while it had a jet black mane, claws that could rip through steel and eyes that seemed to be full of rage.
“That’s not just any Lion...it’s a Nemean Lion” Twilight replied as the Lion set it’s target on the group.
“Anyone got an Idea on how to defeat it?” Jet asked as the Lion charged at the group.
“I’ve got one” Starlight replied as she shot a magic bolt at the beast only to realize that it had no affect.
“Oh shit!” Danny said as most of the group got out of the way except for him.
Before Danny knew it he was in the mouth of the beast, being shaken like some sort of chew-toy and finally being thrown into a build after the Nemean Lion was done with him. The Lion let out a snarl before charging at the rest of the group.
“H-how dare you asshole!” Jet shouted in rage at the Lion.
Jet then flew high into the air, inhaled tones of oxygen and let fire rain from the sky. This however did nothing to the Lion except made it angrier then before. Jet only saw red as he flew to the beast, claws and teeth bared in an attempt to kill the creature.
Meanwhile Danny had somehow survived being thrashed and thrown into a building but was loosing a lot of blood. He saw his brother trying to kill the beast and managed to limp out of the building, albeit with a broken leg and some wood piercing him.
“Jet!” Danny called, causing Jet to stop mid flight.
“D-Dan-” Jet started to ask as he was thrown down to his brother by the beast.
“Hey are you all right bro?” Danny asked as the rest tried to fend off the beast.
“I should ask you the same thing, but how the hell did you survive?” Jet asked.
“To be honest I have no clue, but what I do know is that we need to take this overgrown feline down” Danny replied as he held out a hoof to help Jet up.
“Damn right!” Jet added as he grabbed the hoof causing the two brother’s cutie-marks to glow before the two eventually were engulfed in the light.
“Graww!” The Lion bellowed as it went to swipe at Tempest but was knocked away by a bright azure light.
“Whoa what the?” The other’s said in unison as the light hovered in front of Tempest.
Chapter 3: Fusion And Hay-burgers
The Nemean Lion grunted as the light subsided, revealing a hybrid that has azure fur, a dark blue azure navy blue scales that stretched from the front legs down to the waist, a dragon’s tail that ended with a dark azure pony tail, frame and outer parts of the dragon wings; the hybrid has bright green eyes with a scar under the left eye, bright green claws on the front legs to the wings, bright green spikes going up the tail, a bright green unicorn horn on the head, and canine teeth. The cutie-mark of the hybrid.
“Okay this is weird...” The hybrid said in two familiar voices as they looked at themself.
“Uh who are you?” Tempest asked.
“We think that we’re Jet and Danny?” The hybrid questioned.
This confused Tempest until she noticed the cutie-mark which is a combination of both Jet and Danny’s shield cutie-marks but fused into one whole shield with two red lines, one on the left and one on the right
“It certainly sounds like them, but I’ve never heard of anything like this” Twilight replied.
“Me neither, not to mention it looks like the Jet coloration is inverted” Starlight added.
“So how do you like unfuse?” Tempest asked.
“Oh...shit we don’t know how to!” The hybrid shouted in panic.
“So if you’re stuck like this then what should we call you?” Twilight asked.
“Eh...how about Jayden?” Jayden replied.
“Uh guys I’d hate to break up the conversation bu we still need to deal with the Nemean Lion” Spike said as the Lion was about to pounce.
Jayden turned to face the Lion when it leaped into the air.
“Oh no you don’t!” Jayden shouted as he kicked the Lion back down to the ground.
Jayden then brought their claws up to their mouth, breathed blue flames on them and formed a fireball using magic. They then brought their right arm back, fireball in claws and through it at the Lion who yipped in pain. The Lion rolled back onto it’s stomach and saw that Jayden was a few feet in front of it and was slowly approaching. The Lion then started to back up slowly in fear as Jayden grew closer.
“Listen here house cat, I’m gonna tell you this once. Scram!” Jayden said to the Nemean Lion, causing it to run back into Everfree Forest.
“Well that happened” Smolder said as Jayden approached the group.
“Now then, Hay-burgers anyone-” Jayden started to say as he clapped his claws together, causing a bright green light to shine from them.
The light faded revealing Jet and Danny who were on their rears, confused and in a daze. Danny was also apparently healed with no wood sticking out of him, and no broken bones.
“Jet, Danny?” Twilight asked.
“Oh hi Twilight, man my head’s killing me” Danny replied.
“Same here, but what the hell just happen?” Jet asked.
“I don’t know dude, but it seemed like we managed to separate” Danny replied as he held his head.
“Either way we don’t have to worry about being stuck together forever” Jet said.
“Heh yea, but I’m hungry” Danny added as his stomach growled.
“Me to, but we should probably fix the damaged places” Jet replied.
“Leave that to us!” Twilight replied as her and Starlight used their magic to fix the damaged properties.
“There, all done!” Starlight said happily.
“Great, now then lets get going” Danny replied.
“Alright” Everyone else said and then the group made the way to Hay-burger again.
“So bro I see that you like Starlight’ Jet told his brother causing him to go beat red.
“W-what no I don’t!” Danny replied.
“Yea and I have a bridge to sell ya” Jet said sarcastically.
“Dude I’m serious!” Danny replied.
“Whatever, I’ve known ya since birth, so I can tell that you’re in love with someone” Jet said.
“I-I’m not in love with her, s-she’s just smart, beautiful, funny...oh” Danny started to explain when he realized that his brother is right.
“What was that?” Jet asked smugly.
“S-shut up” Danny replied in embarrassment.
“Eh don’t worry bro, I won’t tell her” Jet said.
“Thanks Jet” Danny replied.
“No problem, now lets go eat” Jet said as he walked into Hay-burger and Danny followed.
The group then sat down at a large table and took their orders.
“Here you go!” two waitress ponies said as they set down the group’s orders.
“Thanks” The group replied collectively as they dug into their food.
“So Jet, what do you think about the crystals?” Spike asked.
“Even thought I still think it’s a bit weird I like them” Jet replied as he munched on some crystals.
“What about you Danny, how’s your Hay-burger?” Starlight asked.
“O-oh it’s g-good” Danny stammered as a blush formed.
“Then why is your food only partially eaten?” Twilight asked.
“Oh uh...I guess I’m not quite used to eating hay, heh” Danny replied, even though that wasn’t the reason.
“Okay, I can see that” Twilight said as Danny continued eating his food.
The group chatted as they ate however Danny was quiet through most of the conversation.
“So tell me Jet, Danny what was your old world like?” Tempest asked.
“Well for starters the place we used to live in was bleak and kinda dull, compared to here in Equestria, not to mention there isn’t any magic, and the only places to find creatures like chimeras, satyrs and dragons are in fantasy” Jet replied.
“Yea, thought that zoo Jet and I went to on a field trip was pretty fun, except for when of our classmates got hit in the face by chimp shit” Danny added.
“Oh god I remember that, poor guy’s face was covered in it and some even got into his mouth” Jet replied and made a gagging sound.
“Eww” Twilight said as she pushed her plate forward.
“But why did the chimpanzee do that?” Starlight asked.
“Well the kid was staring and taunting it so the chimp started doing it’s thing it does before flinging poop, however the kid would not listen to the tour guide and that’s how he ended up with poop over his face” Danny replied.
“Yea, and don’t forget the time we saw that man who was dressed in only a towel try to run from the cops” Jet added.
“Uh a little clarification?” Spike asked.
“Well…we’re not sure why he was in a towel, nor do we know why he was talking to some police officers but all that we know is that he tried to run from the officers but he tripped, got back up and continue running” Danny replied.
“Did the police catch him?” Twilight asked.
“We’re not sure as we had to turn right because we were going to a bookstore called Barnes And Noble” Jet responded.
“Oh you guys have books in your world?” Twilight asked excitedly.
“Well yea, but Barnes And Noble is one of our favorites as it has manga and various other books like romance, mystery and such. Plus the stores are generally like two levels tall, or at least the one Jet and I lived in is,” Danny explained.
“Was there any Daring Do Books?” Twilight asked.
“Or Power Ponies?” Spike added.
“Uh first of all I don’t know who those guys are and second, no” Danny replied.
What! Isn’t there any A.K. Yearling books?” Twilight asked.
“...No” Jet said.
“Ugh what kind of world did you two live in?” Twilight asked as she plopped her head onto the table.
“Like we said, dull and bleak” Jet replied.
“Good point, well see ya” Twilight said as she walked out of the restaurant.
“I’m gonna go take a nap, see ya guys” Smolder added as she left.
“Same here, that Nemean Lion attack exhausted me out” Tempest said.
“Yea, well it’s nice to meet ya” Jet replied.
“You to” Tempest said as she left.
“Well I should probably go and help Twilight” Starlight added as she also left.
“I guess we should...hey bro stop drooling over Starlight” Jet said as he shook his brother back to reality.
“W-what?” Danny asked as he wiped saliva from his chin.
“Dude, just confess to her already, if she doesn’t want you she doesn’t but you won’t know if you don’t ask” Jet replied.
“Ugh I know I know!” Danny said as he put his head in his hooves.
“Eh don’t worry bro, I’m sure you’ll be able to ask her out” Jet said as he tried to comfort his brother.
“Thanks...well see you later bro” Danny replied.
“See ya” Jet waved as Danny left.
Chapter 4: To The Human World
“Man I’m bored” Danny said as he yawned and laid on the couch.
“Ugh I know right...wait did Twilight say we can go to the human world?” Jet asked.
“I think so, why?” Danny replied as he sat up.
“Well even though it might not be our home world I wouldn’t mind seeing what another parallel version of our world looks like” Jet explained.
“But aren't you worried that you’ll end up as a dog?” Danny asked.
“Yea, that is a concern but at this point I wouldn’t be surprised if I ended up as a cockroach” Jet sighed.
“Good point” Danny replied.
“So...you in?” Jet asked.
“Huh, what do you mean?” Danny replied.
“I mean lets go to the human world” Jet said.
“Wait really?” Danny asked.
“Well yea, besides you wouldn’t have to worry about falling on your face when ever you walked” Jet pointed out.
“True” Danny responded.
“So you in?” Jet asked.
“Fuck yea lets do it!” Danny replied as he hoof-bumped his bro.
The two brothers soon made their way to Twilight’s castle. Once there they knocked on the door and was met by Rainbow Dash.
“Oh hey guys, what’s up?” Rainbow Dash asked.
“We’re gonna ask Twilight if we can go to the human world” Jet replied.
“Oh really? Did you get tired of living in this world?” Rainbow Dash asked.
“No, we just wanted to see how it’s different from our home world” Danny replied.
“Alright, well she’s currently in the map-room reading the latest edition of Daring Do, but I’ve already read it” Rainbow Dash explained.
“Uh okay? Well do you mind showing us where the map room is?” Danny asked.
“Sure, follow me” Rainbow Dash replied as she made her way to the map room.
“Thanks” Jet said as he and his brother walked into the map room”.
“Oh hey guys, what’s up?” Twilight asked as she looked up from her book.
“Well is it okay if Danny and I went through the mirror portal?” Jet asked.
“Yea, it’s in the library to your left” Twilight replied.
“Thanks” Danny said as the two walked to the library.
“Wait, can I come?” Starlight asked as she trotted out from the opposite doorway of the room, causing Danny to blush.
“Uh sure?...” Twilight replied, a little confused at the request.
“Thanks! I wanted to hangout with Sunset” Starlight replied.
“Okay, well then let me contact her” Twilight replied as she wrote in her journal.
“Thanks, lets go guys” Starlight said as she walked to the library, with her saddle bags on.
“A-alright” Danny replied as he followed.
Jet just sighed, shook his head and followed the two as they reached the library where the portal is.
Alright, we’re here!” Starlight said in excitement as she pointed to the mirror in the weird machine.
“That’s it?” Jet asked.
“Yep, through that mirror” Starlight replied with a smile.
“Well what are we waiting for?” Jet asked as Starlight went through the portal.
Danny then went through as well and finally Jet went in. After a very dizzy spin the three came flying out of the portal in the same order they went in. Starlight landed with a plop while Danny who was heavier landed with a thud on the ground and Jet...he flew out, landed on Danny and bounced of him. Danny sat up after getting control over his eyes and looked down to see that he was wearing a now dirty olive jacket, with a white t-shirt, blue jeans and a black bracelet with his cutie mark on it.He also has electric blue hair, dirt brown skin, royal blue eyes with the same scar under his eye.
“Hey Starlight, and I presume this is Danny, but where’s Jet?” Sunset asked.
“Present” Danny replied as he raised his hand.
“Oh come on!” Jet shouted in anger at finding out he had turned into a chihuahua with a sand blue furry underbelly and ears; the rest of his fur is sand green with flame orange eyes, a black collar with his cutie mark as the doggy-tag.
“What’s wrong buddy?” Danny giggled as he picked Jet up.
“Dude shut up.” Jet replied as he huffed and crossed his front paws.
“Uh Jet?” Starlight asked.
“Here, I’m the chihuahua” Jet sighed as he raised a paw.
“And here I thought I you would of turned into a human” Starlight replied.
“I was hoping” Jet said as Danny set him down and stood up.
“Oh! This is Jet and Danny,” Starlight introduced.
“Nice to meet ya, I’m Sunset Shimmer” Sunset replied.
“Heya, I’m Danny and this is my twin brother Jet” Danny replied.
“Now I find that hard to believe” Sunset said as she crouched down to pet Jet.
“Well considering that we weren't originally from Equestria” Jet retorted.
“What do you mean?” Sunset asked.
Danny explained to Sunset their situation and their unique ability.
“Okay?” Sunset replied.
“Yea, when I first met them they literately appeared behind Twilight and I” Starlight added.
“Well I guess I can’t argue” Sunset said.
“What do you mean?” Danny asked.
“Well...I kinda came here through that portal, then waited for said portal to reopen so I can steal Twilight’s crown and turn into a she-demon” Sunset replied.
“You know what, at this point I’m not gonna question it” Jet replied.
“Come, I’ll introduce you to my fiends” Sunset said as Danny stood up and brushed himself off.
“Okay, but where are we?” Danny asked as Jet stretched.
“Oh, we’re in front of Canterlot High-school” Sunset replied.
“Wait isn’t that the name of the capital city of Equestria?” Jet asked.
“Yea, but here it’s the name of a high school, now come on everyone else is waiting!” Sunset replied.
“Okay?” Jet replied.
“Yea they’re at my place, so follow me” Sunset said as she started walking, Jet and Danny followed.
“So what was your home world like?” Sunset asked.
“Well to sum it up it’s pretty boring compared to Equestria” Danny replied.
“How so?” Sunset asked.
“Well there’s no alcoholic Satyrs and no one can fuse” Jet replied.
“What do you mean by fuse?” Sunset questioned.
“Jet and Danny have a very special ability where they can fuse into a dragon-unicorn hybrid, but it gets better, if you look on Danny’s bracelet and Jet’s collar you can see halves of shields” Starlight explained.
“Okay, what about them? Sunset replied.
“They’re Jet and Danny’s cutie-marks, but the thing is Jet is a dragon in Equestria while Danny is a unicorn” Starlight explained.
“So wait, Jet here, the chihuahua is a dragon, and he has a cutie-mark?” Sunset asked.
“Yea, but please don’t keep mentioning that I’m a tea-cup sized dog that will destroy your eardrums” Jet replied with a sigh.
“Heh sorry, but you might want to cool it with the talking” Sunset whispered”
“Let me guess, dogs can’t talk” Jet replied.
“Yea, except for one” Sunset responded.
“Really? Who?” Danny asked.
“Spike, Twilight’s dog” Sunset replied.
“You mean there’s a human version of Twilight and a dog version of Spike?” Danny asked.
“Yep...but magic here does not work like it does in Equestrian and Well my friends and I have powers” Sunset responded.
“...So there’s superpowers here? Man why did out world loose out on the interesting lottery!” Danny sighed.
“Tell me about it” Jet replied.
“But anyway how’s living in a parallel world?” Sunset asked.
“Eh it’s pretty good but I’ve been struggling walking on all fours” Danny replied.
“Ugh tell me about it, when I first came here I got a serious amount of looks because I was walking on all fours” Sunset replied.
“So does money here work like it does in Equestria?” Danny asked.
“Kinda, it’s similar but also different at the same time” Starlight replied.
“Yea, but we’re almost there” Sunset added as they nearly reached her apartment.
The group soon reached Sunset’s home where the rest of her friends including Spike were waiting.
“Hey Starlight, who’s that guy?” Rainbow Dash asked.
“I have a name” Jet replied.
“Uh bro I think she was talking about me” Danny replied.
“Yea...wait that chihuahua can talk?” Rainbow Dash asked in shock.
“Yes and It’s Jet” he replied with a sigh.
“Sweet another talking dog!” Spike said as he went to sniff Jet.
“Hey I may be a dog in this world but I was once human!” Jet barked.
“I don’t understand” Twilight replied.
“It’s a long story, but I’m Jet’s twin brother, Danny” He explained.
“So wait, are you like part dog?” Pinkie Pie asked as she appeared next to Danny.
“No,” Danny replied.
“Then why did you say that you two are twins?” Applejack asked.
“Because they got reincarnated into Equestria” Sunset explained.
“Yep, they just fell out of no-where as a dragon and a unicorn” Starlight added.
“S-so um which one is the unicorn and which one i-is the dragon?” Fluttershy asked.
“I’m the unicorn, but poor little Jet here is the dragon” Danny replied as Fluttershy went and picked Jet up.
“H-hey wha-” Jet started to ask but stopped when he felt Fluttershy pet him.
“So wait, if you two were reincarnated then that means you two would have had to of died” Twilight said.
“Unfortunately yea we did die but we ended up in Equestria” Danny explained.
“Ugh this is all to confusing, so what do you guys wanna do?” Rainbow Dash asked.
“I don’t know, wanna go hang out at the park?” Pinkie Pie asked.
“I guess, besides I can finally beat AJ in catch” Rainbow Dash replied.
“Yea right, you may be fast but you can’t throw as hard as me” Applejack shot back.
“Well I’m okay but I didn’t really prepare for being out in the sun” Rarity interjected.
“What about you Jet?” Fluttershy asked, snapping him back to reality.
“Oh uh sure?...” Jet replied.
“Then lets go!” Starlight replied as she went to walk out the door and tripped, only to be caught by Danny.
“U-uh are y-you okay?” Danny asked as he was blushing while helping Starlight on her feat.
“Y-yea...thanks” Starlight replied, blushing as well.
“Now then, lets get going!” Sunset suggested.
Chapter 5: Parks, Glimmer And Brothers
“So which one of you is the elder twin?” Twilight asked Jet and Danny as they were on their way to the park.
“Jet is but we were born around midnight, he was born before and I was born after midnight” Danny explained.
“So does that mean you two are quite literately a day apart?” Pinkie Pie giggle.
“Heh yea, though it does get confusing at times” Jet replied.
“So what are the Daring Do books like in your home world?” Rainbow Dash asked.
“We don’t have any Daring Do books, and we’ve barely even heard about them from your pony counterpart” Danny replied.
“You what? What kind of world doesn’t have Daring Do?” Rainbow Dash shouted as she covered her eyes with a forearm
“Uh you okay Dash?” Jet asked.
“Yea...it just doesn’t seem possible” Rainbow Dash replied as she let out a fake sniff.
“You aren’t actually crying are you?” Danny asked.
“Coarse not!” Rainbow Dash replied and laughed.
The group soon reached their destination where Applejack and Rainbow Dash immediately went to play catch while the rest went to a shaded area under a tree that also has a bench.
“Hey Danny can I ask you something?” Sunset asked.
“Uh sure what is it?” Danny replied.
“Do you like Starlight?” Sunset questioned causing Danny to blush brightly.
“W-what where did you get that i-idea?” Danny stammered.
“Well one I’ve seen how you look at her, two I noticed your face went beet red when you grabbed her hand to catch her” Sunset pointed out with a sly smirk.
“F-fine just don’t tell her please!” Danny pleaded.
“Don’t worry I won’t” Sunset replied.
“Thanks” Danny said with a sigh.
“No worries” Sunset replied with a smile.
Meanwhile Jet was pouting because he couldn’t join in on the game but felt Fluttershy pick him up again.
“Now d-don’t be sad just because you’re a chihuahua” Fluttershy tried to reassure Jet.
“Thanks but don’t rub it in” Jet replied with a sigh as Fluttershy went to pet him.
Meanwhile Danny went to talk to Starlight, however before he could say anything he was hit in the back of the head causing his face to go forward and ended up accidentally kissing Starlight on the lips.
“Whoops, sorry Dan-” Rainbow Dash started to apologize when she saw what had happened.
“O-oh my” Fluttershy added as Danny realized what had happened and pulled away quickly.
“Oh my god I’m so sorry, It was an accident I swear!” Danny apologized frantically as his face turned cherry red.
“I-I-it’s o-okay...” Starlight stammered with a rose red blush on her face.
“Oooh that looked like the start of a romance novel!” Rarity squealed.
“Heh I know right” Jet added but immediately put his paws on his mouth upon realizing what he just said.
“Hey are you two alright?” Twilight asked.
“Y-yea...” Danny replied as he hid his face in his arms.
“M-m-me too” Starlight added as she darted looks be tween Danny and the ground.
“Hehe I see two people in love!” Pinkie Pie teased causing Danny to hide his face more and Starlight to blush brighter.
“N-no it’s n-not like that!” Starlight protested.
“Sure and my name’s not Pinkie Pie” She replied.
“Pinkie don’t tease them” Sunset interjected.
“Fine” Pinkie Pie replied with a giggle.
Danny went and sat down behind a tree with his knees held up to his face. Jet noticed this and asked Fluttershy to set him back down and when she did he made his way to his brother.
“Hey bro are you alright?” Jet asked.
“W-what do you think?” Danny cried.
“Listen dude I’m sorry but it was just an accident right? I mean how would anyone know that the ball was gonna hit you” Jet replied in an attempt to reassure his brother.
“You don’t get it...” Danny whispered.
“Then tell me what I don’t get” Jet replied.
“Fine! Starlight is probably going to hate me and never wanna speak to me ever again because of that!” Danny snapped causing everyone else to look at Jet and Danny.
Starlight was the only one who was listening on the whole conversation and was looking down.
“And why do you think that? Just because it was some accidental kiss, you think she’s going to hate you?” Jet replied.
“What do you think! I probably just stole her first kiss, not to mention she probably thinks of me as a creep now!” Danny replied as tears started to form in his eyes.
“Danny, I’m su-”- Jet started to say when he was cut off by Danny -“Just shut up and leave me alone...”
“Does he really think that?” Starlight thought as she had kept her blush from the kiss.
“Fine!” Jet replied in anger and walked away leaving Danny to sit and cry behind the tree.
“Fucking ass, what does he know” Danny mumbled as Jet away, slumped and laid down.
While an awkward silence had fallen on the group due to Danny’s outburst Starlight had managed to sneak away and went to Danny.
“I said leave me alone” Danny said quietly when he felt a hand on his shoulder.
“Hey it’s me, I know you feel like I hate you but I don’t, I know it was an accident and yea it was my first kiss but honestly even though I wish it was intentional I liked it” Starlight replied with a smile.
“Wait w-what?” Danny asked as a blush formed and he looked up at Starlight.
“Well you see...I kinda like you too” Starlight replied as she kissed Danny on the nose.
“R-really?” Danny stammered.
“Heh yep, now I think you have a sibling to apologize to” Starlight replied.
“Yea I suppose I was a bit of an ass to him” Danny said as he got up and went to his brother.
Danny approached to where his brother was laying down so he can apologize to him.
“Hey Jet…” Danny said as he reached his brother.
“Hey...” Jet replied quietly.
“Dude listen I understand if you hate me but I’m sorry for snapping at you like that” Danny said in an attempt to apologize to his brother.
Jet simply ignored his brother.
“I know I’m a giant asshole for shouting at you and yea you were right Starlight doesn’t hate me so please bro...forgive me” Danny pleaded.
“Heh told ya, now as compilation I demand you get me so food, I’m hungry!” Jet retorted with a snicker as he stood up.
“Really dude?” Danny asked while not impressed.
“Yes, you see this belly it needs food” Jet replied as his stomach growled.
“Fine, what would you like to eat?” Danny asked with a sigh.
“A pretzel and a vanilla ice cream cone!” Jet replied.
“Coming right up” Danny said as he pat his brother and went to fulfill his brother’s request.
Jet then began trotting triumphantly to the others.
“Tell me did you put on that act because your brother would do anything to have you not act like that?” Sunset asked.
“Maybe...I’ll never tell” Jet replied with a smug look on his face as Danny came back with his food.
“Um and everyone I’m sorry” Danny said as he sat the food down for his bro.
“Don’t worry about it, let’s just get back to playing!” Pinkie Pie shouted as the group resumed their activities while Danny sat down on the grass with Starlight who rested her head on his shoulder causing him to blush.
“So do you wanna go on a date here in the human world or in Equestria?” Starlight asked.
“U-uh h-here is fine” Danny stammered.
“Okay then I can’t wait!” Starlight replied with a giggle.
Chapter 6: A Date To Remember
“I mean what if I screw up, what if she isn’t into me” Danny panicked as he walked back and forth in Pinkie Pie’s living room.
“Relax, she wouldn’t of asked you on a date if she wasn’t into you” Jet replied in an attempt to calm his brother down.
“But I don’t even know what to wear, I mean is it like some casual date at a coffee shop, a stroll in the city or something romantic at some fancy restaurant” Danny listed as he became more nervous and more frantic.
“Relax I just got a text from Sunset, Starlight apparently wants to take you to the movies to watch Changling” Rainbow Dash read from her phone.
“You mean like that new space horror movie?” Twilight asked.
“I guess” Rainbow Dash replied as she shrugged.
“Either way you don’t have anything to worry about, just dress a bit nicer then normal” Twilight suggested.
“Yea and who knows, it could turn out to be awesome” Jet added.
“And don’t worry Sugarcube, even if the date doesn’t go smoothly you can still say you went on a date with her” Applejack replied as well.
“Heh thanks everyone” Danny said with a gentle smile.

Danny nervously waiting in front of the theater for his date when she walked up behind him and kissed him on the cheek, causing him to blush brightly which in turn caused her to giggle.
“Hehe hey Danny, are you ready for our date?” Starlight asked excitedly as she grabbed his hand.
“Y-yea, y-you look p-pretty” Danny manged to say.
“Heh thanks, you look good to” Starlight replied and again kissed him on the cheek, now turning him cherry red.
“Y-your welcome” Danny stammered.
“Well let’s go” Starlight said happily as she tugged Danny along.
The two arrived at the ticket booth and ordered two tickets for Changling and went to get some overpriced popcorn, candy, and some drinks. The couple soon entered the theater that the soonest movie of Changling was playing in and managed to get some two middle seats. While the two were watching the movie a jump scare appeared causing Starlight to instinctively latch onto Danny in fright causing him to blush slightly.
Danny on the other hand was not fazed by the jump scare and just pat Starlight on her back and rested his head on hers.
“Eheheh s-sorry” Starlight whispered as a small blush formed.
“It’s okay, I thought it was rather cute” Danny replied.
“T-thanks” Starlight replied and then sighed in content.
After the movie the two walked out of the theater.
“S-so um...what do you wanna do next?” Danny asked.
“Well there is a photo booth...so if you want we can take photos of our first date?” Starlight suggested with a small smirk.
“W-wait does that m-mean?...” Danny asked as strawberry red blush grew on his face.
“Hehe, yep now come!” Starlight replied with a wink and brought her new boyfriend to a photo booth.
Starlight walked into the photo booth with Danny and proceeded to take some photos, most of which were them either holding each other, making silly faces and smiling, however there was at least two of them kissing some times on the fore head or cheek but also on the lips.

Starlight and Danny made it back to Sunset’s home where the rest of their friends were waiting eagerly.
“So how was your date, did you do anything fun?” Pinkie Pie asked.
“Heh it was great” Starlight replied with a smile.
“Yea, I had tons of fun” Danny replied with a slight blush.
“Did you do anything romantic?” Rarity teased causing Danny to blush brightly.
“Well...we did kinda take some photos” Starlight replied with a sheepish smile and a small blush.
“Where any of them of you two kissing?” Sunset asked with a teasing look.
“M-maybe...” Danny replied as his face went full tomato color.
“Did you use any tongue?” Rainbow Dash asked.
This not only caused Starlight and Danny to blush an even darker shade of red but also caused Applejack to slam a pillow into the young athlete’s face.
“Hey what was that for?” Rainbow Dash demanded.
“For saying that!” Applejack replied as she readied another pillow.
“Alright calm down you two” Sunset interjected.
Applejack simply threw the pillow she was holding at Sunset which she caught and threw it back at her.
“Oh you’re on!” Applejack shouted as a pillow fight ensued, engulfing most of the group.
“Pillow fight!” Pinkie Pie shouted as she began throwing pillows.
