Several years ago…

“Sombra to Principal Celestia’s office now! Again, Sombra to Principal Celestia’s office now!” The front desk attendant called through the loudspeaker.

“Heh probably gonna congratulate me on something” Sombra said with a smirk as he got up from his desk, and walked to the door before walking to the office.

“God I hate that motherfucker” A student whispered to another.

“You’re telling me, I hear he used his mind control Elemancer ability for something bad” The student whispered back.

“Like what?” The first student asked.

“I don’t know, probably just a rumor” The student replied along with a shrug.

As Sombra walked to Principal Celestia’s office he noticed quick glances and glares from students and staff that he passed.

“Heh jealous?” Sombra muttered as he reached the main office and entered. Sombra then entered Principal Celestia’s office to see Principal Celestia and Vice Principal Thorax glaring at him.

“What u-”- Sombra started when Principal Celestia interrupted with her signature authoritative voice that came out whenever she was angry -“sit down!”

Principal Celestia explained why she called Sombra into her office.

“What? What the fuck you mean you’re expelling me?” Sombra shouted in anger as he slammed his fists on Principal Celestia’s Desk

“The council, as well as I and Vice Principal Thorax are expelling on the grounds of you using your mind control powers to get better grades, along with anything you want” Principal Celestia explained while never averting her gaze from Sombra.

“Oh yea? Where’s your evidence?” Sombra asked with a smirk.

“Thorax” Principal Celestia replied as Vice Principal Thorax took out a CD from behind him and played it in the office’s monitor, he then turned it so that Sombra could see.

What Sombra saw made his eye twitch as the anger in him grew upon seeing months, if not years of him abusing his mind control power.

“W-what’s the meaning of this?” Sombra growled as his eyes turned green and purple magic essence started flowing from them.

“It’s evidence from all the times up to two years ago of you using your mind control ability, now then I’m gonna give you an ultimatum. One, leave the school and no charged will be filed. Two, be forced out and we will press charges” Principal Celestia replied.

"And don't even try using your mind control ability, we installed a magic dampener" Vice Principal Thorax added.

"F-fine!” Sombra snarled as he walked out of the office to grab his stuff then left the campus before vowing to make the council and the school regret their decision.

Now present day Tyler and two of his marefriends named Twilight and Fluttershy were snuggling while watching TV in his, Twilight’s dorm when the breaking news came on the TV, overriding the original program.

“Breaking news, there has been another attack by the so called Shadow Crystal gang, this time they had targeted Bronco Mall, the majority of the damage was caused by a stallion going by the name King Sombra” The news anchor who was a Kirin mare spoke.

“Not another attack” Twilight groaned.

“Uh Twi who’s King Sombra?” Tyler asked with real curiosity.

“Well for starters his real name is Sombra, he just likes calling himself King Sombra, he also used to be a student before any of us joined until he got expelled, now he runs a gang called the Shadow Crystal gang”- Twilight explained with air quotes when she said the gang’s name -“he’s also an Elemancer with two abilities, one being mind control, the other being able to create and or use these blackish crystals for multiple uses like weapons, defense, that kind of stuff”

“I-I also heard th-that he has a god c-complex” Fluttershy added as she hid from the picture of Sombra.

“Aw it’s okay Flutters”- Tyler replied as he comforted the yellow Pegasus mare -“but that dude seriously sounds like an ass”

“Yea, from what Cadence said he is an ass, I mean no one not even the staff nor the animals liked him, but he just assumed they were jealous” Twilight explained.

“Wait, Cadence, as in Mrs Cadence?” Tyler asked.

“Hehe yep, she’s married to my older brother, Shining Armour” Twilight explained and kiss Tyler’s cheek.

“Oh and how’s your arm?” Fluttershy asked, now looking up.

“Better, though it is still a little bit sore and something tells me I’m gonna have a scar but other then that I’m okay” Tyler replied as he booped the mare’s nose causing her to giggle.

“Hey do you have any plans tomorrow?” Twilight asked now looking up at her boyfriend.

“Well I was gonna help Rarity with her shopping for materials while also helping Rainbow Dash get new sports equipment” Tyler admitted.

“W-well Angel’s been wanting a new toy” Fluttershy replied.

“Um even though I don’t have any reason for joining can I go?” Twilight asked.

“S-so...can we come?” Fluttershy asked as her and Twilight gave Tyler puppy dog eyes.

“I mean I don’t see why not” Tyler replied as he petted two of his six marefriends.

“Hehe yay!” Fluttershy quietly squealed as she threw her arms around Tyler’s neck and kissed him.

Twilight giggled and nuzzled Tyler while simultaneously sighing in happiness.

The next day Tyler and Twilight met up with Rarity, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy at the front gate of the school.

“Thanks again for shopping with us darling” Rarity said as Tyler and Twilight approached the group.

“Yea, now I’m able to carry more then before” Rainbow Dash added with a grin and a thumb up.

“Heh it’s my pleasure” Tyler replied as he felt Fluttershy tug at his shirt.

“T-thanks...” Fluttershy responded in her usual bashful tone but with a smile.

“Don’t worry about it, I’m happy to help my marefriends” Tyler said with a genuine smile.

“Heh you can save the lovey-dovey stuff for when we get back” Twilight replied with a giggle.

“Only if you can resist it till then” Tyler retorted as he patted the Alicorn’s head causing her to pout.

“Only if I can have some” Rarity asked.

“Y-yea me t-to!” Rainbow Dash added as a light blush formed.

“Okay, okay, I promise I’ll be love-dovey with all of you when we get back” Tyler chuckled and smiled.

“If you think you can handle us then I’m more then willing to wait” Rarity said seductively before heading off the campus with three of her five friends and their boyfriend following her.

After a surprisingly short walk the group made it to a mall called Starswirl that was definitely bigger then Tyler’s old school.

“Whoa” Tyler muttered as he took in the massive structure that was painted blue and gray on the outside with a bright blue neon sign that read Starswirl.

“Heh so which one of you wants to get their stuff first?” Twilight asked.

“W-well I can get Angel’s toy l-last” Fluttershy replied.

“Then that just leaves Rainbow Dash and Rarity” Twilight said.

“I’m not exactly in a big rush so I can wait till Rarity’s done” Rainbow Dash replied.

“Oh thanks darling”- Rarity giggled delight when she noticed Tyler just staring at the massive structure -“something wrong?” Rarity asked causing Tyler to snap back to reality.

“H-huh oh no I just never seen a mall so huge” Tyler replied as the heat in his face rose a little from embarrassment.

“Heh I know right? The first time I entered I almost got lost” Twilight replied along with a chuckle.

“Oh but don’t worry darling we’ll make sure you won’t get lost” Rarity added.

“Y-yea, we’re h-here for you” Fluttershy also added.

“Th-anks”- Tyler started when he felt Rainbow Dash and Rarity grab his wrists -“enough chitchat lets get going” the two mares said excitedly before pulling him into the mall.

Before he knew what was going on he was yanked into the mall and noticed that was at the very least two maybe three stories tall with pathways and bridges all along the sides, there was an octagon shaped water fountain in the middle underneath a dome shaped skylight.

“Ooo come on Tyler let’s head to that store!” Rarity pointed in excitement at a craft store that Tyler somewhat recognized from having one in the strip mall in his hometown.

“Hey we have that store in my hometown...I just never bothered going in it” Tyler replied.

“Well you’re in for a treat darling, this is my favorite craft store to get materials for my dresses and other outfits” Rarity explained in glee.

“Okay then lead the way” Tyler replied as the white unicorn mare pulled her shared boyfriend along to the craft store.
