Elemancer High

“H-hey everyone” Twilight said as she greeted her friends while still having a small blush from the previous event.

“Hey Twiley, Tye we’re here!” Pinkie Pie said enthusiastically as she bounded into the dorm wearing pink with sea foam blue doted pajamasand sat next to Tyler on the couch.

“Something the matter sugarcube?” Applejack asked as she spotted the slight blush on Twilight’s face, she was wearing sand blue pajamas with her signature cowboy hat.

“N-no!...Well come in,” Twilight replied frantically while waving her arms in front of her.

“Uh huh?...Well thanks for having us over,” Applejack said while not believing Twilight.

“N-no problem” Twilight replied as the rest of their friends walked in.

Rainbow Dash however knew what most likely happened but decided to keep it to herself with a mischievous grin plastered on her face while wearing a lime green and black sports bra with black panties.

“Now then do you guys wanna watch a movie?” Rainbow Dash asked with a smirk while seeing that Tyler also had slight blush on his face.

“How about something romantic?” Rarity suggested as she was wearing a similar nightgown to Twilight except it was purple and black.

“Oh but you always wanna watch a romantic movie” Applejack replied.

“H-how about an f-family movie?” Fluttershy suggested, she was wearing a green bunny onesie.

“No, we need something that has action!” Rainbow Dash replied.

“How about a comedy?” Pinkie Pie suggested.

While almost everyone was arguing about what movie to watch Tyler got up, grabbed a movie he had brought, placed it into the DVR, and sat down.

“Hey we weren’t done choosing the genre” Rainbow Dash protested.

“Well at the rate that you were choosing there wouldn’t of been enough time” Tyler retorted.

“But, but...” Rainbow Dash tried to think of a comeback but couldn’t and just responded by pouting.

“Well what movie did ya choose?” Applejack asked.

A malicious look grew on Tyler’s face as he uttered the word “a horror movie.”

“Alright but it better be a good fucking movie” Rainbow Dash finally managed to say.

“Well if you’re into the classics then the Shaman is a great choice, though it does get kinda gross” Tyler replied.

“Oh I heard of that one, didn’t the production take like twice as long due to all sorts of stuff happening?” Twilight asked.

“Yep, set burned down, injuries, all sorts” Tyler explained.

“Well what are you waiting for? Play the damn movie!” Rainbow Dash commanded now enthusiastic.

“Alright but I warned ya” Tyler chuckledas he pressed play.

About seventy-three minutes later…

“Yuck” Twilight said as she closed her eyes.

“Ew” Rarity added.

Applejack simply dry heaved.

“Human heads should not be able to turn like that” Said Pinkie Pie.

“Eep!” Fluttershy squeaked in fright.

“Gah!” Rainbow Dash screamed as she hid behind the couch.

Tyler simply chuckled at his friend’s reactions.

“Darling I’m impressed that you’re not fazed by this but...how in the hell are you not wincing?” Rarity asked.

“Simple, I’m used to this, I’ve watched this movie probably a million times over” Tyler replied.

“You can’t be serious right? I mean just look at it! The Shaman just got vomit in his mouth” Rainbow Dash said.

“Again it doesn’t faze me but I’ll be right back” Tyler replied as he stood up, went to the kitchen, he then grabbed a glass, filled it with water and headed into his bedroom.

Tyler emerged soon after with the empty glass and placed it into the sink before sitting back down on the couch.

“What was that about?” Twilight whispered.

“Just needed to take my medicine” Tyler replied.

“Alright but you and me are gonna have to talk about that later” Twilight said in a whisper.

“Okay” Tyler replied as the movie continued.

A couple of hours later the group felt like it was time to sleep.

“Night everyone” Tyler said before heading into his bedroom and conking out on top of his bed.

Sometime during the night Tyler woke up, he saw that Twilight, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash were cuddling him, with an exasperated sigh he decided that he was to tired and went back to sleep.

Six days later Tyler was in class when the announcement came stating that the tournament was starting tomorrow. Tyler just sighed as he continued his work when the announcement spoke the vary words he wished not to hear “Tyler Vs Gilda, match at noon!...”

“Oh no” Tyler thought as the panic quickly set in upon realizing that he was facing Gilda, an arguably cute gryphonness with a massive ego followed by some serious anger issues.

“Hey sugarcube are you okay?” Applejack asked with a concerned voice and look.

“N-no...”- Tyler replied in a whisper -“I still don’t know what my Elemancer ability is and at this point I feel like I’m gonna be thrown around like a rag doll by Gilda” Tyler added.

“I’m sure everything will turn out okay, who knows maybe she won’t try to tear you a new one” Applejack replied.

“Thanks AJ...”- Tyler replied as he trailed off -“I just feel like I’m already giving up, I mean she probably has an Elemancer ability, she can also fly and from what I’ve heard a gryphon’s talons are strong enough to tear through iron” Tyler sighed at the thought of all the ways Gilda could kill him.

“Don’t worry, if it looks like you’re about to die or get knocked out they’ll stop the match, and besides each contestant has to wear some type of armor” Applejack replied.

“Sounds like you’ve done this before” Tyler said.

“Ah have, grant it was only a couple of times but it each time it was fun as hell”- Applejack replied -“Just remember, the number one rule is to have fun” Applejack added.

“Thanks” Tyler said with a sincere smile.

“No problem” Applejack replied with a similar smile.

After school Tyler went back to his dorm to allow the rest of his nerves to unfold. As soon as he walked in he was greeted by Twilight, and Rainbow Dash.

“O-oh hi y-you two” Tyler stammered as the two mares waved at him.

“Hey Tyler, good luck on your match” Twilight said enthusiastically.

“Yea, you’re gonna need it” Rainbow Dash added which did not help Tyler calm his nerves one bit.

“Rainbow!” Twilight glared.

“What?” She asked nonchalantly.

Tyler could swear he felt his heart pound out of his chest and ran into his room before locking the door.

“Tyler?” Twilight asked now worried as she went and knocked on his door.

“Go away” He replied as he plopped on his bed, not caring to change or take his shoes off.

“Tyler open up.” Twilight insisted.

“Listen dude I’m sorry for say that about your duel with Gilda” Rainbow Dash added.

“You don’t get it...” Tyler replied after a few minutes of silence.

“Then tell us” Twilight begged.

“I don’t wanna” Tyler said as he buried his face in his pillow.

“Don’t make me come in there!” Twilight shouted.

Tyler didn’t say anything which only made Twilight frustrated. After a while Twilight had enough, she used her telekinesis to unlock the door from inside before barging in with Rainbow Dash following in suite. They found Tyler holding his pillow while staring at the wall and listening to music as tears flowed from his eyes.

“Tye...”- Twilight muttered as she sat on his bed -“I know you must feel like the odds are stacked against you and I get it, really I do but you need to remember that you have friends” Twilight said as she caressed his side.

“Yea, besides you’ll do great either way and if you try then it’s a win in my book” Rainbow Dash added.

“I guess there’s no point in trying to fight it” Tyler finally replied with a sigh and turned to look at the two mares.

“There you go dude” Rainbow Dash smiled softly.

“Now will you please tell us what’s wrong?” Twilight asked.

With a sight Tyler replied “I’ve been at this school for almost a week, I’ve done everything I could think of to try and find what my Elemancer power is, each attempt ended in a failure, not to mention that I feel like I’m a disappointment.”

“Tyler you’re not a disappointment, you try your best heck Twilight told about how you fought those thugs with your bare hands and ended up with a sick scar to prove it and you know what? I one hundred and twenty percent believe you!” Rainbow Dash replied.

“T-thanks” Tyler said as he stood up and hugged the two, Twilight happily embraced him while Rainbow Dash was hesitant.

“W-whoa calm d-dow-oh fuck it”- Rainbow Dash said as she returned the hug - “Oh and don’t tell anyone I hugged you” Rainbow Dash added with a dead serious tone.

"Don't worry I won't" Tyler replied as his tears slowly stopped.
