King Thorax was just informed that Queen Chrysalis, the former tyrannical ruler of the Changeling Kingdom, had recently been spotted in Canterlot during the Summer Sun Celebration. Due to the urgency of such a terrifying detail, Thorax was quick to try and find his brother, General Pharynx, to deliver the news himself. But much to his horror, when Thorax finally came across Pharynx's whereabouts, he was shocked to discover that the "reformed" changeling was still tightly aligned with Chrysalis in secret. And even worse, before Thorax could try and seek assistance in taking down his traitorous brother, he was quickly discovered as soon as he tried to escape.
Much to the Changeling Kingdom's soon-to-be horror, Pharynx had a lot of plans for his little brother while he was bound in chains in an undisclosed cave. Not to mention, an unexpected discovery by Chrysalis results in big changes for both of the changelings. One for the better, and one for much, much worse...
