Jotaro's House, Evening

After coming back home from school, Jotaro and the gang were now able to relax for the rest of the day. Greeting them at the door, Holly welcomed the group and asked how their first day of School. Most of them told her it was fine and different than their previous one, it was pretty relaxing. Hearing their day went great Holly smiled and said.

"Alright then, everyone get cleaned up! Dinner will be ready soon!"

"Actually mom, I won't be joining you tonight, I got somewhere else to be." Jotaro replied.

"Huh?" Holly was taken back a bit. She knew Jotaro never missed dinner! Why? Wait. Does that mean…he's hanging out with trouble makers?! Holly then wrapped her arms around her son and screamed. "NO! I WON'T LET YOU LEAVE!"

"What the-" Jotaro was surprised that his mother was hugging him. She didn't even let go! What the hell is her problem?! "D-Damn it! Let go of me!"

"I SAID NO! I DON'T WANT MY SON TO MISS DINNER AND HANG OUT WITH A BUNCH OF TROUBLE MAKERS! I'VE HEARD OF SUCH THINGS THAT IF THEIR CHILDREN DOESN'T WANT HAVE DINNER WITH THEIR FAMILY, IT'S A SIGN OF REBELLION!"

"WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT YOU STUPID BITCH?! GET OFF OF ME!"

Seeing Jotaro struggling to escape from his mom and her trying to keep him away from leaving, Josuke and the others keep looking as they were entertained. Sure they could've done something but why ruin it? It was hilarious! Their Jotaro was always so serious and looked like he never had any fun. This one however was around their age, and expressed other emotions. Basically this Jotaro was fun to hang around!

Having enough of her stupidity, Jotaro began to explain.

"DAMN IT! LET ME EXPLAIN WHY I CAN'T HAVE DINNER TONIGHT!"

"Okay!" And with that, Holly released Jotaro. Well, that was easy.

Now free from his mother's monstrous grip, Jotaro began to explain.

"Look, the reason why I can't have dinner tonight, it's because Twilight invited me over to have dinner with her parents at their place. Mostly to get to know me since we're friends, that's all."

Silence filled the room. Holly began to replay what her son said. His friend Twilight, invited him to dinner at her house? Does that mean...

"Whaaaaat?! My Jotaro has a date?!"

"EH?!" Gasped Josuke and his friends. Oh yeah, this Jotaro is 100% better than their Jotaro!

Jotaro however was annoyed that his mother misheard him.

"It's not a date! She just-"

Holly warped her arms around Jotaro once again, only this time it's out of happiness.

"Oh my baby boy is growing up so fast he's going out with a girl!"

"Jotaro you lucky bastard!" Josuke said as he patted his nephew's back. As an uncle he felt so proud of him!

One by one everyone congratulated Jotaro and wished him good luck on his date. Poor guy kept telling them it's not a date, but they didn't listen.

"Good friggin grief…"

Twilight's House, later that day

Looking at herself in the Mirror, Twilight made sure she is dressed properly for tonight as she wanted to make a good impression for her parents and of course, for Jojo. She checked every single inch of herself to see if anything was in order.

Hair Clean? Check. Perfume sprayed on? Check. Breath smells good? Check. Wearing her best underwear? Check. Oh yeah!

*Knock* *Knock*

"Twilight? Can I come in?"

"Oh,sure!"

The door opened to reveal Cadance, she took a look at the young girl and said.

"Well look at you, trying to get Jotaro to notice you?"

Twilight blushed but slightly smiled. Cadance knows her stuff.

"Is it that obvious?"

"Come on, I was your age once! I remember when your brother invited me to your parents it made me nervous! So I dressed up nicely to make a good first impression for your parents, you should've seen Shining, he couldn't stop staring at me!"

"D-Do you think Jotaro will do the same?" Asked Twilight. "I-I mean I wouldn't mind! But I don't want to give off the wrong impression! I want him to see me as the way I am, not just some girl who wants his attention!"

"Not a lot of boys out there are like that. Most of them only see what girls are 'packing', and don't want to get to know them personally."

"Maybe, but I think Jotaro is different."

"Then we'll just have to find out. And hey, I'll be rooting for you."

"Thanks Cadance. Twilight replied.

"Sure thing. Come on, let's head down stairs and get a peak at dinner. You know your mom makes good grub!"

Later…

Pulling up to Twilight's driveway, Jotaro took a moment to think before he exited the car.

("Good grief, why am I doing this? I could've said no to her this morning but I didn't! Why? Guess I'm starting to get soft ever since moving here. I need to keep my guard up! Especially right now since I'm about to meet Twilight's family. Damn it, why do I feel nervous?! This isn't like me! What changed? Has something to do with Twilight, ever since becoming friends with her. Let's see...Sunset mention about the magic of friendship. Could that be the cause of it?")

He then remembered Sunset's words after the Friendship games incident.

"From what I can remember during my studies from my world's Celestia, it just sort of happens! I guess when a bond is formed when two or more people confess, agree, or whatever it may be, friendship brings them closer."

("Could it be because we formed a bond? But we just became friends a week ago! Yet it feels more than that…whatever. Let's just get this over with!")

Exiting out of the car walking towards the door, Jotaro hesitated to raise his hand. Come on damn it, all he had to do was knock on the damn door! They're just friends! Nothing more! He finally raised his hand and knocked.

*Knock* *Knock*

*Thump* *Thump* *Thump* *Thump*

His heart began to beat hard. Jotaro took deep breaths to calm down. He then heard some noises inside.

"Someone's at the door."

"I'll get it!"

"No, wait! I'll get it!"

"Wha-"

The door opened quickly to reveal Twilight.

"J-Jojo! You made it! What a relief!"

"Uh, yeah. I'm here. Sorry to keep you waiting."

"N-No no no! It's alright! It gave us some time to get ready anyway! Hehehe…"

"Right." He took a good look at Twilight. She looked prepared for tonight. Her hair was tidy, and she smelled nice. "You look...great."

"R-Really?" Twilight replied. Her inner thoughts screamed. ("HECK YEAH! THAT'S A COMPLAMENT RIGHT THERE!!!")

"O-Of course you do! It would be rude if I didn't mention it. Right?"

"Y-Yeah, I guess it would." Twilight looked down as she hid her blush. Jotaro looked away as he hid his blush too. This was starting awkward, however, they couldn't explain it but, it was nice to be around their presence.

Suddenly.

"Twilight would you please let our guest inside the house?" Asked her mother.

Snapping out her thoughts, Twilight shook her head and replied.

"R-Right! C-Come on in Jojo!"

"*Ahem* Thanks."

Entering the house, Jotaro saw Twilight's Parents, her brother, and Cadance. Everyone but Shining's girlfriend gave him a welcomed look. Guess they're still upset from hitting and screaming at them.

"Kujo…" said Night Light, still giving Jotaro an angry look.

"Mr. Sparkle." Jotaro greeted, not bothered by the man's expression.

"So glad you could join us young man." Velvet said, like her husband's, she didn't like him as well.

"And I thank you for inviting me to your home."

"Maybe you could invite us to your home next time?" Shining Armor added as he wanted to get this over with.

"I'll ask my mother, she loves company."

"Come on now, no need to be rude everyone!" Said Cadance as she hoped tonight didn't end in violence like the last time they met. "Let's eat shall we? Dinner is getting cold."

"Very well, let's take a seat." Said Night Light as he, his wife and son, except Cadance and Twilight, just walked away without escorting Jotaro to the table.

The woman just signed as she walked away as she felt embarrassed from her future in-laws attitude. Leaving Jotaro and Twilight by themselves.

"They seem nice."

"They sure are…I'll show you to the table."

A quick trip to the dining room, Twilight's family were already seated. The air around the table was tense, an argument could break out at any time! Twilight took her seat, as Jotaro was about to sit down...

"Kujo, how about you take a seat right on that chair right there?" Night Light said while pointing.

Jotaro stood still as he knew where this was going. Yup. They had planned something for him. Good grief…looks like he has to play along if he wants to survive the night. Taking his assigned seat...

*Pfff*

A fart sound was made. Shining Armor hid his snickering while Jotaro pulled out a whoopee cushion hidden on the seat.

"Whoops! How did that get there?"

Jotaro clenched his teeth as he fell for the classic joke. They really wanted him to get angry in hopes of banning him from being with Twilight.

"Don't worry, at least it broke the silence around here."

Shining Armor was a bit impressed. Jotaro played it off nicely with a joke. But it's not over yet!

"Alright then, now that everyone is here let's dig in." Said Velvet.

With that everyone began to eat. Jotaro looked at the food, it was a simple dinner. On the plate had pork chops, the sides were mashed potatoes and some corn. It looked delicious! Jotaro took a fork and a knife to cut a piece of the meat and placed it in his mouth.

Then…

"Urk!"

Jotaro began to cough, the pork chops flavor wasn't as he expected, despite being prepared. The meat had salt, too much salt!

Seeing his reaction, Velvet smiled. The young man fell for it! Acting concerned she said.

" Are you Ok Jotaro? Is the food alright?"

"Jojo! Is everything ok?!" Said Twilight.

"I-I'm fine." Jotaro said as he forced himself to swallow the food. "Just didn't expect the flavor of the meat to be quite delicious. Thank you for the meal Mrs. Sparkle."

Damn! This brat is good. Velvet frowned at the teenager as she didn't get the reaction she hoped. Putting that much salt would've made anyone complain! She started to have some respect for the boy for keeping calm.

"Here Kujo, drink some water." Said Night Light as he passed a cup of water to Jotaro.

Taking a large gulp, hoping to get rid of the salt, his throat began to burn! Jotaro gagged within the cup as he knew what it was. Vodka. Son of bitch poured a whole glass of it!

"JOJO!" Screamed Twilight as she was now concerned for him.

Jotaro quickly held up his hand and said.

"I'm... I'm ok, water just went down the wrong hole."

Night Light clenched his fist. This kid is really starting to get on his nerves. Why can't he get upset and leave already! But he did have to admit, he took that vodka like a man.

Dinner went on as time passed by slowly, poor Jotaro had to eat carefully as he tried not to make a wrong move or say anything negative. He had to do his best to try and act normal. He mixed the pork chops with the mashed potatoes to cover the saltiness of the meat. It helped quite a bit.

Wanting to get to know more about him, Night Light spoke.

"So Kujo, Twilight mentioned you were from Japan. Tell me, how's your stay here in America? It must be very different since moving here."

"It's not bad actually, the scenery is different but at least it's my home now."

"Glad to hear you are fitting in. But I'm sure trying to speak and understand english must have been challenging."

"It was, but thanks to my grandfather he helped out when he visited."

"Oh?" This caught Velvet's attention. "Does your grandfather travel?"

"Not really, the only reason I was able to learn English is because he's British."

"He is?" Ok this boy has caught her interest. "That's amazing! Anything else you can tell us about your family?"

Sensing he caught their attention for his family's background history, he decided to share some of it.

"Well, my grandmother is Italian. So that would make my mother half British, and half Italian."

Cadance never knew about Jotaro's family history! It was interesting to hear about it.

"And your father?" She asked

"Japanese of course."

"So that would make you, part British, part Italian,and part Japanese. That's incredible! Imagine if you and Twilight got together and had a kid! That would make them part British, part Italian, part Japanese and part American! That kid would have a bizarre lineage!"

Both Jotaro and Twilight froze as Cadance mentioned if they had a child together. Both began to blush as the thought of having a kid together was embarrassing! But it did leave quite an imagination in their minds. Oh boy when did it get hot?

Night Light and Velvet began to daydream if their daughter did have a child with Jotaro. They would look adorable! What would they look like? Would they have their looks? Their eye color? Not only that, they would be a true Multi- cultural person! Oh they were starting to look forward to it!

Curious about Jotaro even more, Shining Armor said.

"What about their profession? They gotta have an interesting career!"

"My grandfather works in real estate, my grandmother used to be an assistant for this one woman years ago. Never knew what for. As for my parents, my mother, I really don't know what she used to do. But she's been a housewife since I was a kid. My father is a famous Japanese musician. However I rarely, and I do mean rarely, ever get to see him since he travels a lot."

"Hmm...must've been tough growing up without him huh?"

"Not really, it never bothered me at all. I think I grew up fine without him. Not that I have anything against him."

"I see…"

Seeing it time to move on, Velvet then said.

"Alright, I think that's quite enough. How about some dessert?"

Everyone around the table agreed that something sweet is a good way to end the night. Velvet brought out the dessert, it was a simple cake. Nothing out of the ordinary so far. Cutting the first slice, Velvet gave it to Jotaro.

"Here Jotaro, you can have the first slice."

Jotaro smiled. Looks they trust him now, guess being calm paid off. He took the cake and…

("You gotta be shitting me…")

The cake was normal on the outside. The inside however, it was filled with something brown and it was greasy. It looked like dog food! What the hell?!

Velvet looked at the teenager with an innocent smile. If he could take a bite of this and swallow it, then he'll be considered a good friend of the family! Maybe as a future son in-law if he and Twilight got together!

Finally having enough Twilight intervene and said.

"Ok, I think that's enough! Come on Jojo, I think it's time for you to head back home. It's a school night after all!" She grabbed Jotaro by the arm and dragged him away.

He didn't get to say anything as he was quickly taken away from the dining room. He honestly felt very relieved that he didn't have to go through with this crap any longer!

Seeing this Night Light said.

"Hey! Don't-"

*Slam*

Cadance slammed her hand on the table hard enough to get everyone's attention, and she had a calm face, yet angry aura.

"I think that's enough from everyone. Twilight, go ahead and take Jotaro with you. I'm sure you two have a lot to talk about!"

Seeing it was their chance to leave booth teens left their sight and closed the front door. Cadance looked at her boyfriend and his family as she gave them a really upset look.

"What the hell is wrong you three?! Are you trying to kill him?!"

"N-No! Just trying to-"

"Break them apart just because of what he did back at the hospital? You all attacked him without asking what happened to Twilight!"

"Th-Thats true but-"

"What you did tonight was unbelievable! You are incredibly lucky Jotaro survived and wasn't hospitalized, again, from your actions! I swear I would break up with Shining Armor and report you all to the police!"

The three of them began to panic, but mostly Shining as he really didn't want to lose his relationship because of some pranks that were...somewhat harmless.

"C-Come on Candace, we were just trying to look out for Twilight! I read his file when he was attending Crystal Prep, he was a troublemaker in his old school! You had to at least be concerned for her! Someone like him shouldn't be around Twilight!"

"I saw someone who was trying his best to keep his relationship Twilight intact without trying to act violent or anything! He did his best to not offend anyone in this table! I swear, I feel like the only grown up in this family!"

Now that made the rest of the adults felt ashamed as they really did act like children for the pranks against Jotaro. But you have to admit. That kid played them off really well!

"We're sorry." They replied.

Cadance knew they meant well, but still it was not right. So she forgave them.

"Alright. Apology accepted."

They smiled. That was easy!

"But!"

They frowned. That's not good!

"Not without punishment! You see that cake you were about to give Jotaro? Eat it. Then we can forget this ever happened!"

Ah crap…

With Jotaro and Twilight.

Standing outside at the front door, both teen sighed as it was peaceful outside. And quiet too! They looked at each other and said.

"Jojo I-/Twilight I-"

Ok that was odd. Lets try that again.

"I'm Sorry that-/About what ha-"

Again? Alright, Third times a charm?

".../…"

They didn't say a word that time. Jotaro then motioned his hand to Twilight so she could speak first.

"*Ahem* Well! That was...quite an interesting family dinner!"

"Indeed. I think I broke the Ice between me and your family. Looks like we'll get along just fine."

"Seems like it. Honestly, you handled it pretty well."

"Sure did. 'Didn't think I would hold it together, but somehow I did."

"And I am so sorry for what has happened! If I had known what they would do, I would've warned you!"

"Don't worry about it. I'm sure you had no idea from the start."

"Y-Yeah…"

They didn't say a word for a moment as both looked away from each other. What else was there to say? Jotaro and Twilight knew dinner was almost a mess! But at least they could continue to see each other! That counts for something!

Knowing it was getting late, Jotaro said.

"Well, time for me to head home, I'd like to stay and talk some more, but it is a school night, gotta get some rest."

"Yeah, same here. See you tomorrow?"

"Always." Jotato tipped his hat and walked to his car. Seeing her one last time for the night he told her. "Next time, dinner at my place."

"Definitely!" Twilight replied. Jojo's quite the charmer!

Seeing Jojo drive away, Twilight felt a bit lonely. She really enjoyed his company. Of course she has her family right now, but it's nothing compared to how she feels about him. Why didn't she tell him? He was right there in front of her, and now he's gone! Well... there's always next time. She just hoped she could confess to him at the right moment. But then again there are other opportunities she could try again! Unless something gets in the way. That won't happen.

Right?

Elsewhere.

In a bathroom, a man was looking into a mirror, seeing his reflection. He turned his head side to side to get a better view of his face.

"Hmm...seems It's time to get rid of this facial hair…"

He grabbed the necessary tools nearby to shave. Shaving cream, and a razor. Simple enough. He applied the cream on his face and made sure he got all the hair covered. With that done, it was time for the shave. He grabbed the razor and began to work.

...

...

…

And done! No bumps and cuts! Now then, to turn in for the night!

*Knock* Knock*

"Hmm?" The man opened the door to reveal a woman. "Yes?"

"Filthy? Is everything ok?"

"Oh! Hello Spoiled, yes everything is fine. No need to worry. I am fine."

"I know but...you shouldn't push yourself too hard! After that car accident, I've been worried sick! Even Diamond! You've been quiet and ignoring us since you were released from the hospital! Please, tell me what's-"

Filthy interrupted his wife by hugging her and said.

"Shhhh, It's all right. There's no need to worry, I've just been thinking alot. That's all! The accident got me shaken up and my thoughts were about what will happen to you and our daughter if I were gone! But it didn't happen, and I'm here. So for your sake, and for this family, don't worry."

"Filthy…" Spoiled hugged her husband back, he was right. He's alive and here. There was no need to worry. "I'm sorry."

Unknown to them, or rather...her, a humanoid figure was next to them. Filthy looked in the mirror and smiled.

"I forgive you."
